has an area of 156,002 Ha. Therefore, the service proposal team chose one type of business to be developed, namely pottery. There are quite a lot of pottery craftsmen in Karang Village, however, their economic conditions are far from prosperous. Seeing how complex the problems faced by partners are, it is necessary to prioritize the problems that will be overcome through this service activity, namely pottery diversification training and marketing promotion strategy training. The method goes through several stages, namely socializing the importance of diversifying pottery products. Partners can work directly to produce products other than pottery, finishing the product, and the pottery marketing stage. The results of this service are that the Karang Village community who participated in the training were able to make pottery in various forms, such as piggy banks, flower vases, ashtrays, and so on. As for marketing, these pottery products are marketed through social media.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Karang yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Semanding memiliki keberagaman dalam mata pencaharian masyarakatnya. Begitu juga dengan usaha-usaha yang dimiliki masyarakatnya, belum menunjukkan suatu ciri khas di Kelurahan Karang yang memiliki luas wilayah 156.002 Ha. Oleh karena itu, tim pengusul pengabdian memilih salah satu jenis usaha yang ingin dikembangkan, yaitu gerabah. Pengrajin gerabah di Kelurahan Karang lumayan banyak, namun, kondisi ekonomi mereka sangatlah jauh dari kata sejahtera. Melihat betapa kompleksnya permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka perlu prioritas terhadap permasalahan yang akan diatasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu pelatihan diversifikasi gerabah dan pelatihan strategi promosi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi pentingnya diversifikasi produk gerabah, kemudian mitra diberi kesempatan untuk berkarya secara langsung menghasilkan produk selain gendok, finishing produk tersebut, dan tahap pemasaran gerabah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Karang yang mengikuti pelatihan mampu membuat gerabah dalam bentuk bermacam-macam, seperti celengan, vas bunga, asbak, dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan masalah pemasaran, produk-produk gerabah ini dipasarkan melalui media sosial.

For this reason, it is necessary to use drone technology to provide solutions by providing fast and accurate spatial data, as well as improving the technical skills of village communities in mapping and managing areas. Through drone training, it is hoped that village communities can be more independent and actively participate in development planning, as well as opening up new opportunities in the field of technology that can improve their welfare and quality of life. Meanwhile, the method used in community service is in accordance with POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. From all the activities and evaluations that have been carried out, the results and conclusions obtained are that training and outreach on the use of drones through community service is considered effective and useful in developing community capabilities and increasing insight into the Pemali sub-district.

Abstrak: Kurangnya kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan teknologi pemetaan canggih seperti drone membuat Keterbatasan Masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Pemali ini menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi dan kontribusi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah desa. Padahal, partisipasi aktif masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap program pembangunan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi local untuk mencapai perencanaan pembangunan kawasan seperti yang tertera pada RPJMN 2020-2024. Untuk itu perlu peran penggunaan teknologi drone dapat memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan data spasial yang cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat desa dalam pemetaan dan pengelolaan wilayah. Melalui pelatihan drone, masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan pembangunan, serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Adapun, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini sendiri sesuai dengan POAC atau Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan serta sosialisasi penggunaan drone melalui pengabdian masayarakat ini diniai efektif dan bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dan menambah wawasan pada kecamatan pemali.

After the training, intensive mentoring is provided to help people apply new skills in their daily practice. The results achieved include increasing community capacity in sustainable agricultural techniques, developing better quality handicraft and traditional food products, as well as diversifying family income sources. Program evaluation shows a positive response from the community to training and mentoring activities, with indications of an increase in the local economy and awareness of the importance of sustainable natural resource management. This service activity not only succeeded in improving the economic welfare of the Rembitan Village community, but also strengthened local capacity in facing the challenges of sustainable development in the future.

Abstrak: Program pendampingan sustainable livelihood di Desa Rembitan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal. Tahapan awal kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan lingkungan Desa, penyusunan rencana kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, serta implementasi pelatihan dan workshop. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan intensif untuk membantu masyarakat menerapkan keterampilan baru dalam praktiknya sehari-hari. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam teknik pertanian berkelanjutan, pengembangan produk kerajinan tangan dan makanan tradisional dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, serta diversifikasi sumber pendapatan keluarga. Evaluasi program menunjukkan respons yang positif dari masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dengan indikasi peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Rembitan, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan dimasa mendatang.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

The strategy employs a participative approach through training partners. In order to optimize marketing, the stages of this program are based on field conditions in the emping melinjo house business in Bernung village, specifically in Taman Rejo hamlet. Abstrak: Desa Tanjung Jaya merupakan salah satu desa wisata edukasi yang terletak di destinasi Tanjung Lesung, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Indonesia. Desa Tanjung Jaya, dikelilingi oleh pantai dan perbukitan yang indah, merupakan pilihan desa wisata yang menyenangkan dan santai bagi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Namun masyarakat Desa Tanjung Jaya belum memahaminya dasar-dasar hospitality dan pariwisata dalam pelaksanaan homestay. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman Pengetahuan Dasar terkait pengembangan Desa Wisata berbasis Community Based Tourism dalam pengelolaan homestay dan Sistem Pelayanan dan Manajemen Homestay. Metode yang digunakan disini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, adapaun tahapannya dimulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi berupa uman balik dari peserta. s community service activity is to have a real role in improving the degree of health in the community. Partners in this community service activity are residents of Muntilan Magelang. This community service activity emphasizes health education in the form of health counseling on the management of degenerative diseases, health checks in the form of checking blood pressure, current blood sugar, and gout. The team also provides solutions on how to manage degenerative diseases using complementary therapies. In addition to the examinations that have been submitted, the team also carried out fitness checks to determine the condition of the body's cells. This community service activity was carried out for two days (27-28 November 2019). The results obtained in this community service activity were that residents became aware of their health conditions and were able to apply complementary therapies that had been taught by the team.

Abstrak: Salah satu peran tenaga kesehatan dalam hal ini perawat yaitu memberikan edukasi tentang bagaimana berperilaku sehat. Tujuan tim dari fakultas ilmu kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai peran nyata dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan di masyarakat. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah warga Muntilan Magelang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menekankan pada pendidikan kesehatan berupa penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penatalaksaan penyakit degeneratif, pemeriksaan kesehatan berupa pengecekan tekanan darah, Gula Darah Sewaktu (GDS), dan asam urat. Tim juga memberikan solusi bagaimana melakukan penatalaksanaan penyakit degeneratif dengan menggunakan terapi komplementer. Selain pemeriksaan yang telah disampaikan, tim juga melakukan pengecekan kebugaran untuk mengetahui kondisi sel tubuh. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan selama dua hari, yaitu pada tanggal 27-28 November 2019. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu warga menjadi paham tentang kondisi kesehatannya dan mampu mengaplikasikan terapi komplementer yang telah diajarkan oleh tim.

Abstrak: Dalam sebuah organisasi sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dalam penyajiannya, data yang ditampilkan dapat real dan akurat. Dalam sebuah pemungutan suara umumnya dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam ruang lingkup terkecil maupun terbesar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pesat saat ini, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual kini bisa dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan electronic voting, dengan adanya e-voting diharapkan siswa dapat mengakses dan memilih calon ketua OSIS dimanapun tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat pemungutan suara yang biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah proses pemungutan suara dan e-voting dapat menjaga keamanan data dari manipulasi pihak lain. Metode dalam penyuluhan berupa dipusi iptek, dengan tahapan sisialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-voting. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini, menerapkan sistem pemilihan ketua osis yang lebih efektif dan transfaran.

Abstrak: Adanya pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini tidak efektif, termasuk dalam penyampaian materi wawasan kebangsaan. Penggunaan platform online ternyata tidak bisa dilakukan pada proses pembelajaran di kecamatan Purwantoro kabupaten Wonogiri karena banyak orang tua yang belum paham tentang pengoperasionalan pembelajaran online, orang tua yang bekerja secara fulltime, serta kondisi geografis yang tidak mendukung sehingga sulitnya sinyal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dan Institut Kebangsaan Studies Muhammadiyah Pacitan bekerjasama dengan HIMPAUD kecamatan Purwantoro kabupaten Wonogiri. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang wawasan kebangsaan melalui metode insersi dalam materi pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui dalam jaringan (online) dengan tahap pelaksanaan adalah pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi kegiatan, dan tindak lanjut kegiatan. Dari hasil yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil bahwa 94% peserta telah paham tentang penggunaan metode insersi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat memahami tentang wawasan kebangsaan dalam setiap materi yang disampaikan oleh guru.
