Government's initiative in launching QRIS is to make it easier for people who prefer digital payments, especially young people in Indonesia. The use of QRIS itself is increasing every year. The Governor of Bank Indonesia stated that more than 90% of UMKMs in Indonesia have used QRIS. The benefits of using QRIS for UMKM are faster payment processes, no need to prepare for money returns, increased sales turnover, easier settlement process, and financial discipline. The model used in this study is the Technology Accepted Model (TAM). TAM is a method to measure individual reception to the use of information technology systems. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) are used as populations in this study. In the sample selection, the researchers conducted the dissemination of the questionnaire with two events, namely online and offline. The samples obtained after the implementation of disseminated questionnaires and according to the conditions of the research sample are as many as 210 UMKM. Further, SmartPLS version 4 software is used for data processing. The findings from this study are that product knowledge variables significantly affect the use of QRIS. Perceived usefulness variables have also been found to influence the use. The same thing was also found in the perceived ease of use variable. Other findings that are backward related to the perception of risk variables. On this variable, it has been found that there is a negative influence against the use, so, it can be concluded that UMKM in Semarang district is still afraid related to financial risk as a result of the QRIS use.

Andhika Kanishka ship at Muara Pantai Port, focusing on the factors, consequences, and strategies for addressing it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.

This research aims to develop a sales prediction model by applying Data Mining techniques using the Multiple Linear Regression method to analyze the influence of stock and price variables on sales. The research methodology includes historical data collection, regression analysis, web-based system design using PHP and MySQL, and system testing through the Black Box method. The results indicate that the developed model is capable of generating measurable and systematic sales estimations based on stock and price variables. The implementation of this system can assist store management in planning inventory levels and pricing strategies more efficiently, thereby improving operational effectiveness and business competitiveness.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data transaksi penjualan pada Toko F3I Kisaran dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan dan penetapan harga. Selama ini, keputusan masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan overstock maupun stockout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi penjualan dengan menerapkan teknik Data Mining menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda guna menganalisis pengaruh variabel stok dan harga terhadap penjualan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis, analisis perhitungan regresi, perancangan sistem berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan estimasi penjualan berdasarkan variabel stok dan harga secara lebih terukur dan sistematis. Implementasi sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen toko dalam merencanakan jumlah persediaan dan strategi harga secara lebih efisien, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bisnis dan daya saing perusahaan.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dalam strategi bisnis agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Toko Ria Reklame sebagai salah satu usaha percetakan undangan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008 menghadapi beberapa kendala antara lain keterbatasan promosi, proses pemesanan yang masih manual serta pencatatan transaksi yang belum terorganisir dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterbatasan jangkauan pasar dan kurang efisiennya pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai strategi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan sektor penjualan pada Toko Ria Reklame. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis website, toko dapat menjangkau pelanggan lebih luas, mempermudah proses pemesanan serta menyimpan data transaksi secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. It can lead to inaccurate inventory information, which can affect customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. SCM is a set of applied and integrated methods for suppliers, stores, and other storage areas. This is done effectively and efficiently due to the complex business processes and the many parties involved. This system will be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. the researc method used is qualitative research. The results of this study found that the use of a web-based supply chain management system can help overcome the slow response of suppliers to Kedai Budi's spare parts if they are out of stock or in minimal stock conditions. Furthermore, this method can be used to overcome suppliers who do not know the stock of spare parts in real-time, so as not to disrupt the sales process to suppliers.

Decision support systems are systems that help users make decisions in a systematic process. Development priorities in the village are determined using the Topsis method. This study aims to obtain a decision model for the development of priority areas with criteria based on road damage, location requirements, cost estimates, road pavements, and road conditions. Of the 6 alternatives tested, v1 with a value of 0.6301303 obtained the highest score which means it is a priority area for road construction in Sei Alim Ulu Villag.

Abstract:Infrastruktur pembangunan jalan memiliki peranan penting terutama dalam mendukung bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Desa Sei Alim Ulu merupakan daerah yang masih tertinggal akibat kurangnya perhatian dari pemerintah terutama dalam hal pembangunan jalan. Pembangunan jalan di daerah tersebut bisa dibilang masih buruk sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk beraktivitas. Untuk memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan prioritas pembangunan didesa, maka dibuatlah program sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah sistem yang membantu pengguna membuat keputusan dalam proses yang sistematis. Prioritas pembangunan didesa ditentukan dengan metode Topsis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model keputusan pengembangan kawasan prioritas dengan kriteria berdasarkan kerusakan jalan, kebutuhan lokasi, perkiraan biaya, perkerasan jalan, dan kondisi jalan. Dari 6 alternatif yang diuji, v1 dengan nilai 0,6301303 diperoleh nilai tertinggi yang berarti Sebagai Kawasan prioritas pembangunan jalan di Desa Sei Alim Ulu.

Determination of PKH aid recipients in the Coal Regency Social Service so far there are still shortcomings including not on target because the data of poor people is not up to date and the determination of criteria that have not been referred to the criteria that have been determined. For that, a system is needed that can help the process of determining PKH assistance recipients using the AHP and TOPSIS methods easily, quickly and precisely. This research aims to build the application of the decision support system of recipients of Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance in DinSos Coal Regency using AHP and TOPSIS methods. The results of this study can provide the best value based on predetermined criteria. Based on calculations using the AHP and TOPSIS methods, the decision was obtained that Rahmadan with a value of 1 and Nurul Ha with a value of 0.48 that deserved to be recommended as a recipient of PKH assistance.

Abstrak: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan suatu program pemerintah yang memberikan uang tunai kepada Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) berdasarkan persyaratan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan dengan melaksanakan kewajibannya. Adapun tujuan dari PKH tersebut untuk mengurangi angka dan memutus rantai kemiskinan, meningkatkan kualitas SDM, serta mengubah perilaku yang kurang mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan dari kelompok paling miskin. Penentuan penerima bantuan PKH pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Batu Bara selama ini masih terdapat kekurangan diantaranya yaitu tidak tepat sasaran yang disebabkan data warga miskin tidak up to date dan penentuan kriteria-kriteria yang belum mengacu pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu proses penentuan penerima bantuan PKH menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS dengan mudah, cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada DinSos Kabupaten Batu Bara menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan perangkingan nilai terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS didapat keputusan bahwa Rahmadan dengan nilai 1 dan Nurul Ha dengan nilai 0.48 yang layak direkomendasi sebagai penerima bantuan PKH.

With the existence of an expert system which is a computer-based application, it will be able to solve problems as thought by experts. The design of this expert system is built to diagnose the type of contraception that is suitable according to health conditions. Knowledge of an expert, namely a midwife or obstetrician in diagnosing contraceptives that are in accordance with the health conditions of the acceptor's body implanted in a system using the Forward Chaining method. From these criteria, the system will conclude which contraception is suitable for use. With this expert system, it will help users and make it easier to determine the choice of the appropriate contraceptive. The test results show that the expert system application made is feasible and can be used by the community in conducting computerized consultations. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server.

Abstrak: Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi adalah salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi naiknya tingkat kehamilan yang merupakan bagian dari program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memilih alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan. Keterbatasan waktu, tempat dan tenaga para ahli dalam menyampaikan informasi alat kontrasepsi yang tepat menjadi salah satu kendalanya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis komputer nantinya dapat menyelesaikan masalah sebagaimana yang dipikirkan oleh para pakar. Perancangan sistem pakar ini dibangun untuk mendiagnosa jenis kontrasepsi yang cocok sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan. Pengetahuan seorang pakar yaitu bidan atau dokter ahli kandungan dalam mendiagnosa alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan tubuh akseptor yang ditanamkam pada sebuah sistem menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Dari kriteria-kriteria tersebut sistem akan menyimpulkan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai untuk digunakan. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini akan membantu pengguna dan mempermudah dalam menentukan pilihan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat layak dan bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam melakukan konsultasi secara komputerisasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database server.

Therefore, to determine the sales target to be achieved by paying attention to sales conditions in the past. Sales information is needed so that it can help forecasting the sale of herbicides so that the stock of herbicides in the business can be well controlled. Therefore we need a system that can help predict herbicide sales from time to time. So with the resulting forecasting results, it is expected to help sales in accordance with existing conditions. Untuk stoknya sendiri UD.Central hanya menyetok pupuk dan herbisida berdasarkan perkiraan saja sehingga sering terjadi kekurangan dan kelebihan pasokan. Maka dari itu untuk menentukan target penjualan yang ingin dicapai dengan cara memperhatikan kondisi penjualan di masa lalu. Informasi penjualan sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat membantu peramalan dalam penjualan herbisida supaya stok herbisida pada usaha tersebut bisa terkontrol dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu meramalkan penjualan herbisida dari waktu ke waktu. Sehingga dengan hasil peramalan yang dihasilkan, diharapkan bisa membantu penjualan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada. Adapun metode yang akan dipakai untuk penelitian yaitu metode Single Exponential Smoothing.
