Through the implementation of an Islamic-based economic system, a social system based on Islam, and a political system that breathes the spirit of Islamic values, successful social, economic, and political transformation in Indonesia can be realized. tory of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

Maintaining raw material stock levels requires you to keep just enough inventory on hand for sales while cutting down on expenses and labor. An organization's attempt to minimize risk and maximize sales is known as inventory control. The challenge facing the Rini Bakery is figuring out how much raw material stock needs to be produced in the upcoming month to keep up with customer demand, avoid buildup over an extended period of time, and preserve raw material stock stability. Because an accumulation of stock may cause the product to expire before it is given to buyers. Customer demand is the reason for this, as it varies each month based on prevailing patterns. Toko Roti Rini Cake Cookies di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring memproses transaksi penjualan dalam jumlah besar setiap harinya sehingga berdampak pada persediaan bahan baku pada toko roti tersebut. Mempertahankan tingkat stok bahan mentah mengharuskan Anda menyimpan persediaan yang cukup untuk penjualan sekaligus mengurangi biaya dan tenaga kerja. Upaya organisasi untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan penjualan dikenal sebagai pengendalian inventaris. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Toko Roti Rini adalah bagaimana mengetahui berapa banyak stok bahan baku yang harus diproduksi pada bulan mendatang untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan, menghindari penumpukan seiring berjalannya waktu, dan menjaga stabilitas stok bahan baku. Karena penumpukan stok bisa menyebabkan produk kadaluwarsa sebelum diberikan kepada pembeli. Permintaan pelanggan menjadi alasannya, karena bervariasi setiap bulannya berdasarkan pola yang berlaku. The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi biaya persediaan.

The material data collection process is still done by recording manually so that errors can occur in determining the amount of material inventory. When observed in depth, there are still many obstacles that can be seen since this effort was implemented. From here, it is important to examine the scope of the application of supply chain management as a manifestation of efforts to advance business players, especially the home industry. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. The research method uses a qualitative research approach which is a research that only collects data and explains descriptively/narratively without having to be processed with calculations. This research will only utilize the data obtained from the research site and input it without changing anything.

Alasan mendasar penerapan supply chain management ini karena program ini melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terkait seperti suplier, distributor dan konsumen. Adapun kegiatan utama yang dilakukan yaitu produksi tahu dalam lingkup industri rumah tangga. Kebutuhan bahan baku di Pabrik Tahu Helen setiap hari dan hal ini bisa meningkat tergatung pesanan pelanggan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh Pabrik Tahu Helen adalah sering mengalami kehabisan stok bahan dikarenakan terkadang banyak pesanan mendadak dari pelanggan. Proses pendataan bahan masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan secara manual sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan bahan. Bila diamati secara mendalam, masih banyak kendala yang terlihat sejak usaha ini dilaksanakan. Dari sini penting untuk dikaji ruang lingkup dari penerapan supply chain managemen sebagai wujud dari usaha memajukan pelaku bisnis khususnya industri rumah tangga. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan perhitungan. Penelitian ini hanya akan memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari tempat riset dan menginputkannya tanpa mengubah apapun.

hrimp broth as an additive in Griya Batu Aji Housing in Batam, Riau Islands, with this activity participants gain insight and skills in utilizing papaya, and shrimp broth as a natural additive. Shrimp stock that is usually discarded can be utilized productively, as well as ripe papaya that is easily rotten can now be preserved in the form of sauce. The objective of this training is to make papaya sauce with shrimp stock as additive in Griya Batu Aji Housing Estate, Batam, Riau Islands. The results of the training showed that the women of Griya Batu Aji housing who participated in the training were happy (93.5%) with the training held because the women were enthusiastic because they had just learned that sauce could be made from papaya, they hoped that similar activities could be carried out again. The obstacle faced is the limited time in finding a combination of sauce filling ingredients so that the results obtained are many and have a good taste. Making papaya sauce with shrimp broth is very simple, namely papaya fruit is made into a paste mixed with spices. From this training program, it is hoped that housewives will be able to make sauces using natural ingredients for personal consumption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keresahan warga terhadap bahan sambal yang berbahaya yang beredar di pasaran, sehingga mereka berharap dapat membuat sambal rumahan yang lebih higienis. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah membuat sambal pepaya dengan bahan tambahan kaldu udang di Perumahan Griya Batu Aji Batam Kepulauan Riau, dengan kegiatan ini peserta memperoleh wawasan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan bahan tambahan kaldu udang, dan pepaya sebagai bahan tambahan alami. Kaldu udang yang biasanya dibuang dapat dimanfaatkan secara produktif, begitu pula dengan pepaya matang yang mudah busuk kini dapat diawetkan dalam bentuk sambal. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu perumahan Griya Batu Aji yang mengikuti pelatihan merasa senang (93,5%) terhadap pelatihan yang diadakan karena ibu-ibu antusias karena baru mengetahui bahwa sambal dapat dibuat dari bahan dasar pepaya, mereka berharap kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan kembali. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, praktik lapangan, diskusi. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu keterbatasan waktu dalam mencari kombinasi bahan isi sambal sehingga hasil yang diperoleh banyak dan memiliki cita rasa yang enak. Membuat saus pepaya dengan kaldu udang sangat mudah, yaitu buah pepaya dibuat menjadi pasta yang dicampur dengan rempah-rempah. Dari program pelatihan ini, diharapkan para ibu rumah tangga mampu membuat saus dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan alami untuk konsumsi pribadi.

The methods applied include identifying problems with partners and then providing solutions in implementing the website. Kenaikan harga beras bahan pokok utama dalam bisnis kuliner menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Beberapa pengusaha UMKM bidang kuliner membatalkan rencana untuk melanjutkan usaha mereka karena tingginya harga bahan pokok yang tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan mereka. Belum lagi penerapan teknologi digital dalam memasarkan sebuah usaha sangatlah jarang diterapkan. Banyak pegiat UMKM khususnya dikota kisaran belum menerapkan teknologi website ataupun aplikasi dalam mempromosikan usahanya. Sehingga usaha mereka kurang populer dan tak menutup kemungkinan sepi pembeli. Usaha kuliner warung wawa merupakan pegiat UMKM dikota kisaran khususnya usaha catering kuliner yang sudah cukup banyak merasakan pengalaman dalam menjalankan usahanya. Permasalahan mitra diantaranya kurangnya penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usahanya merupakan salah satu dampak sepinya peminat usaha catering warung wawa. Metode yang diterapkan diantaranya mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada mitra kemudian memberikan solusi dalam penerapan website. Selanjutnya mengadakan soialisasi terhadap mitra dalam penerapan website dan implementasi system yang telah dibuat. Selanjutnya evaluasi terhadap system. Tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pembuatan website nantinya dapat mempermudah dan memberikan informasi secara detail dan realtime sehingga mempermudah mitra warung wawa dalam menjalankan usaha catering digital.
