Analisis Pemakaian Daya Listrik Genset Berbasis Ekonomi Teknik PT. Teladan Kutai Timur

Abstract: Electricity has become an essential need in daily life and is a primary resource that supports various economic activities. Along with the growth of the population, technological advancements, and increased investments,… the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

Studi Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sebagai Green Kampus

Abstract: Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu (UMB) has great potential to develop into an environmentally friendly and sustainable Green Campus. This study aims to analyze the existing conditions of the campus, identify challenges… s and opportunities, and formulate appropriate development strategies to create a greener campus. The research methods used include surveys, in-depth interviews, secondary data analysis, and field observations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation. The findings of the study indicate that UMB faces several challenges, including the limited green open space, which only covers 15% of the total campus area, suboptimal waste management, and the low awareness of the academic community regarding environmental sustainability issues. However, there are several opportunities that can be leveraged, such as the utilization of renewable energy technologies, government policies that increasingly support environmentally friendly initiatives, and the potential for collaboration with external partners from both the private sector and government institutions. The proposed development strategy focuses on five main aspects. First, increasing the campus’s green open space to 30% of the total campus area. Second, the implementation of renewable energy, such as the installation of solar panels, to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Third, waste management based on technology to effectively recycle waste. Fourth, the application of digital-based environmental education to raise awareness among the academic community. Fifth, maximizing student participation in sustainability activities. This strategy aims to reduce carbon footprints, improve resource efficiency, and create a campus ecosystem that supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eksplorasi Nilai Filosofis dan Sistem Tukar Koin terhadap Aktivitas Jual Beli di Pasar Sarwono

Abstract: This research examines the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market, which is related to learning arithmetic operations, with the aim of understanding how everyday practices in market… transactions can serve as a medium for learning mathematics. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.

Abstract: The growth of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia faces significant challenges, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that often encounter limitations in business management, marketing, and technology adoption.… tion. This community engagement initiative aims to assist the "Latimojong" coffee shop in addressing these issues through the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Penerapan The Dude Sebagai Monitoring System Untuk Optimalisasi Kinerja Infrastruktur Jaringan

Abstract: Abstract: The development of network infrastructure in higher education environments demands a monitoring system capable of detecting disruptions quickly and accurately. Royal University does not yet have an integrated and… nd real-time network monitoring system, so network administrators often discover disruptions after receiving reports from users. This condition results in slow response to disruption handling and suboptimal network performance. This study aims to implement The Dude as a network monitoring system to support the optimization of Royal University's network infrastructure performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the stages of problem identification, literature study, system analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The monitoring system is implemented with The Dude Server architecture running on MikroTik CHR, while The Dude Client is used by the administrator via a laptop. The results show that the system is capable of performing network discovery, monitoring device status in real-time, displaying network topology visualization, recording monitoring history, and providing notifications when disruptions occur. System testing proves that all monitoring functions run according to the analyzed requirements. Thus, the implementation of The Dude is proven effective in increasing the speed of disruption detection, troubleshooting efficiency, and optimizing the network performance of Royal University. Universitas Royal belum memiliki sistem monitoring jaringan yang terintegrasi dan real-time, sehingga administrator jaringan sering mengetahui gangguan setelah menerima laporan dari pengguna. Kondisi ini berdampak pada lambatnya respons penanganan gangguan serta kurang optimalnya kinerja jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan The Dude sebagai sistem monitoring jaringan guna mendukung optimalisasi kinerja infrastruktur jaringan Universitas Royal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem monitoring diimplementasikan dengan arsitektur The Dude Server yang berjalan pada MikroTik CHR, sedangkan The Dude Client digunakan oleh administrator melalui laptop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan network discovery, memantau status perangkat secara real-time, menampilkan visualisasi topologi jaringan, mencatat histori monitoring, serta memberikan notifikasi ketika terjadi gangguan. Pengujian sistem membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi monitoring berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dianalisis. Dengan demikian, implementasi The Dude terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi gangguan, efisiensi troubleshooting, dan optimalisasi kinerja jaringan Universitas Royal. Penerapan E-SCM Dalam Penentuan Jumlah Optimal Restok Barang Menggunakan Metode EOQ di Attar Jaya

Attar Jaya store still uses a manual inventory management system, so the restocking recording and decision-making processes are not yet supported by an integrated and data-driven system. This condition has the potential to cause inefficiency in inventory management. This research aims to apply the concept of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) integrated with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity of goods. The EOQ method is used to calculate the most economical order quantity by considering ordering and storage costs, while E-SCM plays a role in integrating inventory management processes digitally. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system design using the Unified Modelign Language (UML). The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the MwSQL database. The research result are expected to help Toko Attar Jaya improve the accuracy of resctocking decision-making, minimize the risk of overstocking and understocking, and increase the efficiency of inventory mangement.          Keywords: MySQL; PHP; e-supply chain management; economic order quantity; restock items Abstrak: Manajemen persediaan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberlangsungan operasional usaha ritel. Kesalahan dalam menentukan jumah pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan persediaan maupun kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan seerta menurunnya tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Toko Attar Jaya masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan restok belum didukung oleh sistem yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan barang yang optimal. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, sedangkan E-SCM berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan persediaan secara digital. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Languge (UML). Sistem dikembangkan mengguanakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Toko Attar Jaya dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan restok, meminimalkan risiko kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan data spasial dan informasi yang akurat mengenai letak gudang gambir, sehingga menyulitkan petani, konsumen, maupun pihak pemerintah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi tersebut. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan teknologi ArcGIS, bahasa pemrograman Java, dan Android Studio. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik gudang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menampilkan peta interaktif lokasi gudang gambir, mempermudah pengguna dalam pencarian informasi lokasi, dan memberikan data visual yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. In an increasingly competitive context, the application of information technology becomes crucial to meet the ever-evolving customer expectations. This study aims to design an E-CRM system that can support more effective customer relationship management. E-CRM is a technology-based tool that collects and stores customer data, enhances communication, personalizes services, and analyzes data for better decision-making. Additionally, this system integrates a digital loyalty program expected to increase customer engagement. Several questions arise from the issues faced, including: how to effectively implement an online purchasing system, steps to improve product information, and how to develop new flavor variations that align with customer preferences. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-CRM yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan secara lebih efektif. E-CRM adalah alat berbasis teknologi yang mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi, mempersonalisasi layanan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan program loyalitas berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Beberapa pertanyaan yang muncul dari masalah yang dihadapi termasuk: bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan sistem pembelian daring yang efektif, langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan informasi produk, serta cara mengembangkan varian rasa baru yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan. Optimalisasi Scm Persediaan Bahan Baku Pembuatan Bathub Pada Ro Aquatub

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid advancement of information technology requires companies to enhance efficiency in supply chain management. RO Aquatub, a business engaged in manufacturing bathtubs, often faces issues such as delays in… n raw material procurement, manual stock recording, and the absence of an integrated system with suppliers. These problems impact the overall production process efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak RO Aquatub dapat menjalankan operasional produksi secara lebih efektif dan terkontrol.
