the most affected by these changes. One phenomenon that has emerged alongside the increasing use of social media is Fear of Missing Out (FoMO)—a feeling of anxiety or worry about being left out of trends, information, or social activities experienced by others. This phenomenon not only affects individuals psychologically but also has implications for students’ consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMO on students’ consumptive behavior and to identify the mediating or reinforcing factors that shape this relationship. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through literature review from various recent and relevant sources. The findings indicate that FoMO has a significant correlation with the rise of consumptive behavior among students, especially in the context of purchasing symbolic goods that enhance one’s self-image on social media. Key factors influencing the relationship between FoMO and consumptive behavior include the level of digitalization, social dynamics such as peer pressure, and low self-control. Furthermore, the study finds that financial literacy plays an important protective role. Students with higher levels of financial literacy tend to be more capable of managing the consumptive urges triggered by FoMO. This research contributes new insights into the psychological impact of social media on students’ economic behavior. The novelty of the study lies in its in-depth analysis of the link between FoMO and student consumer behavior in the digital era, as well as the identification of relevant mediating factors. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more adaptive digital and financial literacy education programs to meet the challenges of the technological era.

This research aims to explore the factors influencing individual investment interest in PT. Indonex Bangun Investama, a key player in the Indonesian capital market. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 82 active investors of PT. Indonex Bangun Investama. Data analysis utilizes various statistical techniques such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of risk, motivation, and investment knowledge variables on investment interest. The analysis results indicate that risk and motivation significantly affect investment interest, while investment knowledge, although important, does not significantly influence investment interest individually. These findings provide deeper insights into the psychological and economic factors underlying individual investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The implications of this research suggest the need for a more holistic and strategic educational approach to enhance financial literacy and effective risk mitigation in individual investment strategies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of education strategies and risk management in the Indonesian capital market context, laying a foundation for further discussions on expanding accessibility and participation in investment among the public.

Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and themes in understanding the concept of "holy." The results of this research reveal the complexity of the meaning of the word "holy" in the context of 1 Peter 1:15-16. There are various understandings of this concept, including an understanding of holiness as a call to a different life and an understanding of holiness as a reflection of God's holy nature. This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.

Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat.

ing through product diversification into catfish nuggets and the application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a supporting tool for digital marketing. The activities included socialization, production and packaging training, implementation of social media–based E-CRM, and Break Even Point (BEP) analysis to assess business feasibility. The results showed an improvement in partners’ skills in processing and marketing catfish products. With a monthly production capacity of 30 kg, where 1 kg yields 40 pieces or 10 packs of nuggets priced at IDR 5,000 per pack, partners achieved a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 1,500,000. The BEP analysis indicated an equilibrium point at 100 kg or around three months of operation with fixed costs of IDR 1,500,000. The E-CRM system served as a supporting medium to promote products and expand market visibility, while the main factors driving sales growth were product diversification and improved quality. This activity has implications for enhancing competitiveness and economic independence among small-scale fish farming groups.

Abstrak: Pokdakan Tani Makmur di Kabupaten Asahan menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya penjualan lele segar akibat tingginya persaingan harga di pasar lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil budidaya melalui diversifikasi produk olahan menjadi nugget lele serta penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, penerapan E-CRM berbasis media sosial, serta analisis Break Even Point (BEP) untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan. Dengan kapasitas produksi 30 kg per bulan, di mana 1 kg menghasilkan 40 potong atau 10 bungkus nugget dengan harga Rp5.000 per bungkus, mitra memperoleh omzet sekitar Rp1.500.000 per bulan. Analisis BEP menunjukkan titik impas pada 100 kg produksi atau sekitar tiga bulan operasional dengan biaya tetap Rp1.500.000. Penerapan E-CRM berperan mendukung promosi dan memperluas informasi produk, sementara faktor utama peningkatan penjualan berasal dari diversifikasi dan kualitas produk olahan. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok pembudidaya ikan di daerah.

Abstrak: Pelaku usaha memerlukan informasi mengenai implikasi peraturan perundang-undangan terbaru terhadap kegiatan usaha yang dijalankannya. Banyak perusahaan telah melakukan kegiatan aksi korporasi selama pandemi Covid-19. Aksi korporasi ini memerlukan persetujuan dari pada kreditor, khususnya lembaga keuangan bank. Para pimpinan bank memerlukan pengetahuan mengenai peraturan dan implikasi setiap peraturan terhadap keputusan yang akan diambil. Pelatihan ini memberikan informasi mengenai peraturan yang baru, di antaranya UU CK, UU ITE, dan rencana UU PDP. The village of Danurejo, especially in the hamlet of Japunan, is ranked fourth and fourth for people with hypertension. Lack of knowledge about hypertension management is one of the causes. This activity aims to increase public knowledge about hypertension and control the increase in blood pressure with herbal plants that are proven to reduce blood pressure, namely cucumber and celery. The results of the analysis with a comparison table, the results obtained that there are changes between before and before the administration of herbal medicines and health education. The average before the measurement of blood pressure is smaller than before the intervention, thus showing the influence of the administration of herbal medicine and health education. The implications of giving herbal medicines and health education can be used to increase the knowledge of citizens regarding hypertension management, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstrak: Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit bersifat menetap dan pembunuh nomor satu di dunia. Hipertensi dapat menyerang hampir semua golongan masyarakat diseluruh dunia, dimana jumlah masyarakat yang mengalami hipertensi semakin bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian hipertensi diantaranya melakukan kegiatan pengukuran tekanan darah atau pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan mengenai penyakit hipertensi dan pengobatan atau penanganan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Desa Danurejo terutama di dusun Japunan menjadi peringkat keempat untuk penderita hipertensi. Rendahnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyebabnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dan mengontrol peningkatan tekanan darah dengan tanaman herbal yang sudah terbukti dapat menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu mentimun dan seledri. Hasil analisis dengan tabel perbandingan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah pada pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Rata-rata sesudah pengukuran tekanan darah lebih kecil dari sebelum intervensi, sehingga menunjukan adanya pengaruh dari pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Implikasi pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan dapat di terapkan untuk meningakatkan pengetahuan warga terkait manajemen hipertensi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.

l Land Agency has initiated digitalization, but several challenges remain, particularly in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and security of land ownership data. Blockchain technology offers a potential solution through its decentralized and immutable characteristics. This study adopted a design and development method consisting of system analysis, requirements identification, architecture design, implementation, and black-box testing. The developed decentralized application (DApp) integrates smart contracts, NFTs, and IPFS to manage land certificates. Core functions such as minting, transfer, splitting, and self-custody were implemented and successfully tested, with all scenarios producing expected results. The findings demonstrate that blockchain integration can enhance security, reduce duplication, and streamline land administration. The study contributes a functional prototype with practical implications for modernizing land registration in Indonesia while identifying scalability and regulatory adaptation as areas for further research.
