Penelitian sebelumnya menekankan pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat dan kualitas layanan, namun integrasi teknologi dan keterlibatan masyarakat masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif serta menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya pendapatan retribusi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan meliputi unsur Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, UPT pengelolaan sampah, petugas lapangan, dan masyarakat pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan, penguatan sistem berbasis teknologi, kemudahan pembayaran, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, serta pengembangan infrastruktur menjadi strategi utama. Rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat, sistem penagihan manual, dan keterbatasan fasilitas menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara manajemen pelayanan publik dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menciptakan sistem retribusi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konseptual dengan studi literatur mengenai ekokritik, literasi alam, literasi digital, serta integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan lingkungan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Eco-Tales mengintegrasikan teknologi pengenalan gambar tumbuhan, Internet of Things, dan Artificial Intelligence dengan narasi sastra ekologis yang bersifat informatif, reflektif, dan sugestif. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan penyampaian informasi ilmiah mengenai identitas, kebutuhan, dan ancaman tumbuhan sekaligus membangun keterhubungan emosional pembaca dengan alam. Kesimpulannya, Eco-Tales berpotensi menjadi media edukasi inovatif sekaligus gerakan literasi ekologis digital yang mendorong empati, kesadaran kritis, dan partisipasi aktif generasi muda dalam pelestarian lingkungan.

ode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-struktural, dan studi dokumen dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengimplementasikan 15 fitur utama, termasuk katalog online berbasis full-text search, pendaftaran anggota daring, peminjaman digital dengan QR code pengembalian, serta dashboard administrasi real-time. Pengujian blackbox terhadap 50 test case menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 96% dengan waktu respons rata-rata 0,3 detik. Implementasi sistem meningkatkan efisiensi proses peminjaman dari 17 menit menjadi 2 menit per transaksi (peningkatan 88%) serta mempercepat rekapitulasi laporan harian dari 2 jam menjadi 15 menit. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai skor rata-rata 4,6 dari 5 (92%). Dengan demikian, aplikasi web yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efisiensi operasional, dan aksesibilitas informasi perpustakaan daerah.

Budidaya Ikan Nila Sistem Bioflok sebagi upaya peningkatan penghasilan masyarakat. Kondisi ini memerlukan pasokan bahan pangan yang cukup besar dan terjamin. Salah satu sumber protein yang dapat dihasilkan dalam jumlah massal dan cepat adalah produk perikanan air tawar. Saat ini telah dikembangkan teknologi bioflok yang hemat lahan dan air sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan di daerah pedesaan dan perkotaan atau hunian padat penduduk yang juga merupakan pasar produk yang dihasilkan. Tingkat produktifitas Sistem Budidaya Nila Sistem Bioflok untuk ikan nila mempunyai tingkat produksi 15-30 kg/m3 air. Dengan masa pemeliharaan yang berkisar antara 2,5-4 bulan serta Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) sekitar Rp 16-22 ribu per kg, maka diperkirakan Sistem Budidaya Nila Sistem Bioflok ini akan menjadi suatu terobosan selain sebagai pendukung program ketahanan pangan dalam rangka pasokan protein yang cukup (misalnya dalam mengurangi masalah stunting) juga dapat meningkatakan penghasilan masyarakat dalam menunjang perekonomian keluarga.

Formulation of the problem whether work stress and work motivation affect employee performance at the Medan City Employment Agency, the population in this study totaled 58 people as the sample. The type of this research is quantitative research, with secondary data and distributing questionnaires to respondents as a data source. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing is done by Partial Test (t), Simultaneous Test (F) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study are Y = 0.550 + 0.447 X1 + 0.398 X2. The stress variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.543 > t-table 1.673. The motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.225 > t-table 1.673, the hypothesis is accepted. The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%. It means having a relationship that is not too strong. While the remaining 44.6% is caused by other factors outside the research.
