ty. The method used by Research and Development (R&D) is the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, implementation, Evaluation) model, but this research is only up to implementation. They are producing e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker with 19 student respondents. To test the feasibility, validation sheets of media experts, linguists, and material experts were used with results obtained in the suitable category for use in learning. The results of the research from the validator instruments of media experts, linguists, and material experts obtained an average of 92.45% and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average of 90.63%. Based on the results of research and development of e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker, it can be categorized as suitable for use by students in the learning process.

Utilizing a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with students from grade XII public senior high schools in Solo, Central Java. The findings reveal that the internet plays a significant role in facilitating language learning by providing access to diverse resources and interactive platforms. It is reported that internet tools help them create more engaging and culturally relevant lessons, which cater to the multilingual backgrounds of the students. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century. The use of internet-based learning tools helps students seamlessly transition between languages, enhancing their overall language proficiency and confidence in using English. This research underscores the importance of integrating internet resources in EFL education to address the unique linguistic needs of students in multilingual settings. Future studies should explore the long-term impacts of internet use on language acquisition and its potential integration with traditional teaching methods to create a more holistic and effective EFL learning environment.

s one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The research method used is normative juridical legal research with legislative and conceptual approaches, through descriptive qualitative analysis of primary and secondary legal materials. Research findings indicate that corrections to copies of deeds remain valid and equivalent to the deed minutes as long as the errors are administrative in nature and the corrections are made in accordance with regulations, so they do not alter the substance of the deed. However, if corrections are made not in accordance with the UUJN procedures or result in substantial differences with the minutes, then the copy of the deed may be downgraded to a private deed and categorized as a legally defective deed. Notaries are liable in civil, administrative, criminal, and ethical terms, because such negligence constitutes an unlawful act under the concept of liability. In conclusion, corrections to deed copies remain valid as long as they do not change the substance and are carried out according to procedure, while Notaries are obliged to bear legal responsibility for any typing or writing errors arising from their negligence.

Based on the satisfaction survey conducted, the results showed that the digitalization of soap stirring tools carried out in this activity provided benefits to SMEs by providing convenience with equipment automation and more consistent stirring so that the resulting products are also of better quality.
