Aspek pertama, struktur makro atau tematik pada video yaitu wacana terkait hukum dan sikap kita atas ucapan selamat natal. Aspek kedua, superstrukur atau skema yang diawali dengan pandangan ketiga tokoh dalam video tersebut yaitu Habib Ja’far, Buya Yahya, dan Pendeta Tommy. Struktur mikro ada 4 elemen yakni elemen semantik berisikan latar, iktikad, dan praanggapan. Elemen sintaksis memakai kalimat campuran (kalimat aktif serta kalimat pasif), koherensi berisi tentang sebab akibat dan memakai kata penghubung. Elemen stilistik yang disampaikan menggunakan kata perumpamaan, Elemen retoris dengan metafora, ekspresi, grafis. Kognisi sosial meliputi 2 aspek ialah nilai dan pengalaman. Konteks sosial didalam riset ini konteks sosial yang dibagi jadi 2 bagian ialah konteks sosial makro dan konteks sosial mikro. Tiap- tiap konteks mempunyai 2 aspek berarti, ialah praktik kekuasaan serta akses dalam mempengaruhi wacana.

Peran kepala sekolah di Mi Nurul Anwar di desa Sumber Pandan Prenduan, dan 2. Faktor pendukung dan Penghambat bagi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Nurul Anwar Sumber Pandan Prenduan.Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Kepalasekolah, guru dan sumber lain yang memungkinkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kasus tunggal (single casedesign) dengan model analisis data yang diperkenalkan oleh Miles dan Hiberman, yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dataserta verifikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menyetakan bahwa peran kepala sekolah mempunyai peran sebagai supervisor, manajer dan administrator, leader of educator, innovator. Peran-peran tersebut di jalankannya dengan baik guna mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah MI Nurul Anwar. Adapun Faktor penghambat dan pendukung kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Nurul Anwar Sumber Pandan Prenduan yaitu; a. Faktor pendukung berupa 1) Guru yang mempunyai kedisiplinan dan keteladanan 2) Siswa yang mempunyai prestasi dan bakat3) Sumber daya manusia di lingkungan sekolah 4) Adanya fasilitas Musholla. b.Faktor penghambat di MI Nurul Anwar terlihat dari keberadaan sarana dan prasarana yang sangat minim, terbukti dari kurangnya buku-buku bacaan diperpustakaan serta terbatasnya dana sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan efektivitas supervisi berbasis teknologi dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran inovatif di lingkungan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dalam supervisi, seperti penggunaan platform digital, aplikasi monitoring, dan komunikasi daring, mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, serta kualitas pembinaan guru. Selain itu, supervisi berbasis teknologi mendorong guru untuk lebih kreatif dan adaptif dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi digital pendidik. Dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada Kurikulum di Tingkat Sekolah Dasar dinyatakan secara eksplisit bahwa permainan merupakan media pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas-kelas rendah, yaitu kelas satu atau kelas dua. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setian putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 066047 Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kota Medan Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

This study uses a qualitative approach. The data was obtained by interviewing the owner of the company. The results of this study state that the causes of employees of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika losing work motivation when organizational culture changes occur, among others, being unfamiliar with the work system at home, lack of work facilities at home and lack of coordination between teams. The forms of motivation given by the leadership of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika to employees during WFH include: 1) communication between leaders and subordinates must run well; 2) awarding employees; 3) work flexibility that is not too tight and 4) providing supervision and punishment to employees.

ners/managers and employees towards customers, which have different consequences for workplace performance parameters such as a decline in sales, low patronage, and by extension, weak gross domestic product contribution. Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.
