increasingly relevant in the context of junior high schools, where classroom diversity necessitates more adaptive and inclusive teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction in Social Studies subjects and assess its contribution to the quality of both the learning process and its outcomes. The method employed is a systematic literature review, identifying and analyzing scholarly articles obtained through the Publish or Perish software, which utilizes Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2016 to 2025. The findings indicate that the application of differentiated instruction has a significantly positive impact on enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, the development of critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of concepts in Social Studies. This approach also succeeds in fostering an inclusive, adaptive, and participatory learning environment that encourages intrinsic motivation and boosts students’ self-confidence. The study emphasizes that the success of differentiated instruction heavily depends on teachers' ability to design and implement data-driven, responsive teaching strategies tailored to each student's needs. These findings are expected to serve as practical guidance for teachers in developing more effective instruction, enrich the academic discourse in the field of differentiated pedagogy, and contribute to the formulation of education policies that support diversity and equity in junior high school learning processes.

ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.

tory of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices. Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang.

This encourages educators/ teachers to formulate alternatives for distance learning media by adapting them according to the conditions of available facilities and infrastructure, and mastering the use of a number of digital platforms that can be used as alternative learning media. This digital-based learning innovation training activity aims to introduce and assist the use of several digital learning media in one of the schools, namely SMK Lingua Prima Indralaya. Assessment of the success of the training held was carried out through a pretest and post-test. Assistance is carried out so that teachers understand and gain insight in formulating innovative learning methods in the implementation of the distance or online teaching and learning process. In this training, introduction and assistance were carried out related to the use of audio podcasts, maximizing the function of social media and also designing materials with attractive and innovative PowerPoint templates.

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak secara langsung terhadap dunia pendidikan. Dibatasinya kerumunan dalam aktivitas masyarakat ditempat umum menyebabkan dunia pendidikan harus memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Hal ini mendorong tenaga pendidik / guru harus merumuskan alternatif-alternatif media pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan cara mengadaptasinya sesuai dengan kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia, serta menguasai penggunaan sejumlah platform digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif. Kegiatan pelatihan inovasi belajar berbasis digital ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengenalan dan pendampingan penggunaan beberapa media pembelajaran digital di salah satu sekolah, yakni SMK Lingua Prima Indralaya. Penilaian terhadap keberhasilan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan ini dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test. Pendampingan dilakukan agar para guru memahami dan menambah wawasan dalam merumuskan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar jarak jauh atau daring. Pada pelatihan ini dilakukan pengenalan dan pendampingan terkait penggunaan podcast audio, memaksimalkan fungsi media sosial dan juga merancang materi dengan template powerpoint yang menarik dan inovatif.

This company sells ± 1500 products a month, but also often faces shortages and stockpiles of product, which can reduce customer confidence and cause Ms. Glow Kisaran Original to experience financial losses, among others. Conversely, if the demand for skincare increases but the skincare supply cannot be prepared, this is a loss for the store and customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of the forecast, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smoothes past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on the latest data. The use of data from the last 12 months as reference data for past recording for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. The results of the study at Ms Glow Kisaran show the flexibility of the method in adapting to different sales dynamics. Overall, this research helps in predicting skincare sales predictions at the Ms Glow Kisaran Original Kisaran Store using the Single Exponentian Smoothing method, so that it can overcome the challenges in predicting sales figures.

Abstrak: Toko Ms Glow Kisaran Original merupakan salah satu perusahaan di bidang kecantikan yang menjual produk-produk skincare yang bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit wajah dan tubuh. Namun rangkaian Original Ms. Glow saat ini menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan yang ketat dan pengelolaan inventaris yang kurang efektif dalam hal angka penjualan. Perusahaan ini menjual ±1500 produk dalam sebulan, namun juga sering menghadapi kekurangan dan penumpukan stok produk, yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan menyebabkan Ms. Glow Kisaran Original mengalami kerugian finansial. Sebaliknya jika permintaan akan skincare meningkat namun persediaan skincare tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak toko dan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 bulan terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Hasil penelitian pada Ms Glow Kisaran menunjukkan fleksibilitas metode dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika penjualan yang berbeda. Secara keseluruhan, Penelitian ini membantu dalam meramalkan prediksi penjualan skincare di Toko Ms glow Kisaran Original Kisaran menggunakan metode Single Exponentian Smoothing, sehingga dapat mengatasi tantangan dalam memprediksi angka penjualan.

haracter. The aim is to identify similarities and differences between the two education systems, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of character education in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Malaysia integrates character education through special subjects such as Islamic and Moral Education, while Indonesia emphasizes the integration of character values in all subjects through the 2013 Curriculum. However, both countries face challenges in implementation, such as a lack of teacher training and gaps between theory and practice. The research results also reveal that Malaysia places more emphasis on religious values and multiculturalism in character education, while Indonesia focuses on the values of nationalism and diversity. Nevertheless, both countries agree that character education plays an important role in forming a generation with noble and responsible morals. Recommendations from this research are the need to increase teacher training, strengthen collaboration between schools, families and communities, as well as develop a more contextual and applicable curriculum. By adopting best practices from Malaysia and adapting them to the local context, Indonesia can increase the effectiveness of character education in forming students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.
