Abstract:This study analyzes the financial condition of the Osseda Faolala Perempuan Nias Consumer Cooperative during the period January 2021–December 2024, focusing on the management of current assets, short-term liabilities, and…
and the repayment rate of member loans. Data were processed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression to assess the cooperative's financial balance and factors influencing business growth. The classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the feasibility criteria, both in terms of normality and autocorrelation, thus the analysis results were reliable. The t-test results proved that working capital had a positive and significant effect on cooperative business growth with a significance value <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.887) confirmed that 88.7% of the variation in business growth was explained by working capital management. This means that the more optimal the management of working capital—including current assets, short-term liabilities, and member loans—the higher the cooperative's chances of growth and development. In addition to strengthening the existing literature, this study is consistent with the findings of Winata et al. (2023) on manufacturing companies and Herawati (2023) on savings and loan cooperatives, both demonstrated the importance of working capital management to financial performance. However, these results differ from the research of Rezki Erdian et al. (2022) on the retail sector, which found that receivables had no significant effect on profitability. This difference indicates that the relevance of working capital is highly dependent on the institutional context. Overall, this study confirms that optimal working capital management is not merely an administrative issue, but a strategic factor determining cooperative business growth and improving welfare. member.
Abstract:Stock price fluctuations in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reflect the financial condition of the company and are a major concern for both companies and investors. One of the factors that…
influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions
Abstract:Islamic views on property ownership depart from the notion that individuals have an innate desire to possess property (fithrah), as Islamic societies depend on other people to function. The riches or money that Allah SWT…
has bestowed upon this universe is a gift to humanity and should be used as efficiently as possible to ensure everyone's financial security. One topic covered in economics classes, including socialism, capitalist, and Islamic economics, is ownership rights. Ownership rights are determined by certain characteristics of each economic system. The number of assets (goods and services) that can be owned is limited under a socialist economy, but the method of acquisition (quality) remains unconstrained. This suggests that you can distribute it in whatever way you want. Meanwhile, the capitalist economic system views property ownership as unlimited, both in terms of quantity and quality; that is, any kind of property ownership is acceptable as long as it does not restrict the freedom of others. Islam acknowledges, but does not fully give, the right of humans to own the materials they use for production and consumption, in contrast to socialism and capitalist economic systems.
Abstract:This study examines the effect of profitability and capital structure on firm value. Profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), reflects the company's ability to generate profits from its…
ts operations. Capital structure, represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), indicates the proportion of debt and equity used to finance the company. The research sample consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression models. The results show that profitability and capital structure both have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability contributes to increasing firm value by attracting investors and enhancing market confidence. Meanwhile, an optimal capital structure, particularly the prudent use of debt, can also increase firm value by lowering the cost of capital. The study suggests that management should focus on improving profitability and maintaining an optimal capital structure to maximize firm value

ed out on each variable based on the hypothesis that is built. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was selected using a purposive sampling method. After eliminating data with several criteria, 57 companies were identified as samples during the 2017-2020 period. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that Fixed Asset Investment, Solvency and Free Cash Flow have an influence on Profitability, while Working Capital has no influence on Profitability.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in terms of profitability ratio analysis for 2019-2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique…
in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.

from PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk from 2022. The results of the data analysis show that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk has an excellent liquidity ratio and the ability to settle debts. On the contrary, PT. Siantar Top has a better solvency ratio than PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Activity ratio of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk shows that both companies in terms of optimizing their assets, PT. Indofood is not good because the results are below industry standards. In addition, the profitability ratio of PT. Indofood showed better profit achievement performance than PT. Siantar Top, Tbk
Abstract:Appraisal of a company's performance can be seen both through financial and non-financial aspects. This study specifically measures financial performance by focusing on DuPont System analysis. The DuPont system divides performance…
erformance into three components, namely net profit margin, rate of return on assets, and rate of return on equity/capital. However, in this study, only two components of the DuPont System were used, namely return on assets and net profit margin. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analyzed comes from the financial reports at PT. State Savings Bank (PERSERO) Tbk specifically in the statement of financial position and annual comprehensive income statement ending December 31 2019 to December 31 2021. The results of the study show that Bank BTN has low financial performance. Judging from the total ROA generated each year, it cannot reach the standard set by Bank Indonesia. Even though it has a low ROA value, Bank BTN is able to increase ROA from year to year.
Abstract:The purpose of this research is totest and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Sulselbar Bank. The techniques for collecting secondary data are…
e obtained from the Financial Data at PT. Sulselbar Bank. The population is the financial statements at PT. Bank Sulselbar from August 2017 to December 2021, and the samples taken are monthly data for 4 (four) years and 5 (five) months. So, the amount of data obtained is 53. The results of the research have been tested on classic assumptions such as the assumption of normality, the assumption of multicollinearity and the assumption of heteroscedasticity. By applying multiple linear regression techniques in the process of analyzing the data. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) had a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneously Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive effect
Abstract:This study aims to test whether the variables Liquidity (CR), Solvency (DAR), and Profitability (ROA) have an influence on Profit Changes at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report…
eport data of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2021 period in each quarter, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss reports. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios which were then entered into the multiple linear regression equation. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially the current ratio and debt to assets ratio do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are inconsistent with (H1) and (H2) which say the current ratio and debt to asset ratio partially have an influence on changes in earnings. It is also known that partially the return on assets has a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are in accordance with (H3) which says return on assets has an influence on changes in earnings. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. This result is inconsistent with (H4) which states that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on assets simultaneously have an influence on changes in earnings.
