Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Unggas Jaya Melalui Teknologi Monitoring Gas Amonia Dan Suhu Kandang Otomatis Berbasis IoT

Abstract: The Poultry Jaya farmer group is in the city of Kefamenanu, the native chicken farming system of the Jaya Poultry Group is still conventional. One of the main problems faced by this group is the lack of monitoring and controlling… ntrolling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.   Keywords: Poultry Jaya farmer group; chicken coop; Internet of Things (IoT)

DIAGNOSING ANDROID-BASED VIRUS INFECTIONS IN CHILDREN USING NAIVE BAYES

Abstract: Abstract: Infectious diseases are one of the most common health problems in children because they have immature immune systems. Children are more susceptible to infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa.… . Some common infectious diseases in children include fever, acute respiratory infections (ARI), pneumonia, acute gastroenteritis (GAE), measles, chickenpox, and diphtheria. The limited number of pediatricians and the difficulty of accessing health facilities in remote areas hinder children's health services. To overcome this, an Android-based expert system is needed using the Naïve Bayes method to help diagnose infectious diseases in children earlier. The research method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), where Black Box is used for internal testing, and PSSUQ is used to measure user satisfaction. The data set used was 1320 taken from a local hospital. The test results show that all the main features work as expected without any errors. The implementation of the system in diagnosing diseases went well and based on end-user feedback from 74 respondents, the system obtained a user satisfaction score of 6.40, where users felt that the system was easy to use, efficient, and provided clear and useful information.   Keywords: expert system; infectious disease; naïve bayes; PSSUQ; SDLC     Abstrak: Penyakit menular merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling umum terjadi pada anak-anak karena mereka memiliki sistem kekebalan tubuh yang belum matang. Anak-anak lebih rentan terhadap infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus, jamur, dan protozoa. Beberapa penyakit infeksi yang umum terjadi pada anak-anak antara lain demam, infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA), pneumonia, gastroenteritis akut (GEA), campak, cacar air, dan difteri. Keterbatasan jumlah dokter spesialis anak dan sulitnya akses ke fasilitas kesehatan di daerah terpencil, menjadi kendala pada pelayanan kesehatan anak. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem pakar berbasis Android menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes untuk membantu mendiagnosis penyakit infeksi pada anak-anak lebih dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), di mana Black Box untuk pengujian internal, dan PSSUQ untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna. Data set yang digunakan adalah 1320 yang diambil dari rumah sakit setempat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai harapan tanpa kesalahan. Implementasi sistem dalam mendiagnosa penyakit berjalan dengan baik dan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna akhir dari 74 responden, sistem memperoleh skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 6,40, di mana pengguna merasa sistem ini mudah digunakan, efisien, serta menyediakan informasi yang jelas dan bermanfaat.   Kata kunci: naïve bayes; penyakit menular; PSSUQ; SDLC; sistem pakar

IMPLEMENTATION OF SES TECHNIQUES IN THE NEEDS FOR BROILER CHICKEN MEAT IN ASAHAN DISTRICT

Abstract: Abstract: The Asahan Regency Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service carries out outreach activities on the level of demand for boiler chicken, which means that the department must be more active in collecting data on… the volume of boiler chicken every year because consumer demand for chicken continues to increase and instability often occurs. Where in the period 2012 to 2024 there was a significant increase in demand. So it becomes an obstacle in the stock of chickens in the Asahan Regency market which must be prepared. If there is too much chicken supply but the demand for chicken consumption decreases then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for chicken consumption increases but the chicken supply cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for chicken traders and distributors. To increase the accuracy of the estimates, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smooths past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on recent data. Using data from the last 12 (twelve) years as reference data for recording the past for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. Experiments using different Alphas test accuracy in actual situations. The results of the experiment with an alpha of 0.9 are almost the same as the actual value in predicting the situation one year into the future with the lowest error, namely MAPE 7.4% and forecasting broiler chicken meat supplies of 13661261.46 chickens. Keywords: broiler chicken; ses method; web based.   Abstrak: Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Asahan melakukan aktivitas penyuluhan tingkat  permintaan ayam boiler dimana pihak dinas harus lebih aktif dalam melakukan pendataan volume ayam boiler setiap tahunnya karena permintaan konsumen terhadap ayam sering terjadi ketidakstabilan. Dimana pada periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2024 terjadi kenaikan permintaan yangsignifikan. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok ayam di pasar Kabupaten Asahan yang harus disiapkan. Jika persediaan ayam terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan konsumsi ayam menurun maka ini akan manjadi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan konsumsi ayam meningkat namun persediaan ayam tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak pedagang dan distributor ayam. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 tahun terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Penggunaan Alpha yang berbeda menguji akurasi dalam situasi aktual. Hasil dari penelitian dengan alpha 0,9 hampir sama dengan nilai aktual dalam meramalkan keadaan satu tahun ke depan dengan error yang paling rendah yaitu MAPE 7,4% dan peramalan persediaan daging ayam broiler sebanyak 13661261,46 ayam. ANALISIS PERAMALAN PERMINTAAN PADA GEPREK BENSU MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME SERIES

Abstract: Abstract: Demand forecasting for ayam geprek at Geprek Bensu is needed to make chicken inventory decisions to reduce inventory that often out of stock. This study uses  time series single  moving average (SMA) and single… le exponential smoothing (SES) method to make geprek chicken requests in Geprek Bensu. This study sampled sales reports in October 2018 - September 2019. Results obtained from recognition using Mean absolute deviation (MAD = 3,116), Absolute Percentage Error indicate (MAPE = 9%), and mean squared error (MSE = 2,762) shows that Single Moving Average produces more accurate results  compared to the Single exponential smoothing method. Penelitian menggunakan metode seri waktu Single moving average (SMA) dan Single exponential smoothing (SES) untuk membuat peramalan permintaan ayam geprek di Geprek Bensu. Penelitian ini mengambil sample laporan penjualan pada bulan Oktober 2018 – September 2019. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari perbandingan akurasi menggunakan Mean absolute deviation (MAD = 3,116), Absolute Percentage Error indicate (MAPE = 9%), dan mean squared error (MSE = 2,762) menunjukkan bahwa Single Moving Average memiliki hasil yang lebih akurat jika dibandingkan dengan metode Single exponential smoothing.   Kata kunci: Peramalan permintaan; Pemulusan eksponensial; Rata-rata bergerak; Seri waktu.

Fried Chicken's Small Micro-Venture Revenue Increase Strategy Through Digital Media

Abstract: This study aims to explore the implementation of digital media and sales strategies that contribute to increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village, Sedong District, Cirebon Regency. The research… h method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

Pengembangan Kemasan UMKM “Ayam Celup” Dengan Pendekatan Value Engineering

Abstract: Kemasan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas, nilai jual, dan daya saing suatu produk pangan. UMKM Ayam Celup Eva Fried Chicken masih menggunakan kemasan sederhana yang belum memenuhi aspek estetika, identitas… tas merek, keamanan bahan, dan kenyamanan penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemasan baru melalui pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Value Engineering (VE). Metode QFD digunakan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan konsumen ke dalam karakteristik desain teknis melalui House of Quality (HoQ) yang melibatkan 130 responden. Hasil HoQ menunjukkan bahwa ukuran kemasan yang sesuai isi, kejelasan logo dan label informasi, serta penggunaan material ramah lingkungan merupakan prioritas utama. Selanjutnya, pendekatan VE dilakukan melalui tahapan informasi, analisis fungsi, kreativitas, evaluasi, hingga implementasi guna memilih alternatif kemasan yang memberikan nilai terbaik. Hasil akhir penelitian merekomendasikan penggunaan bahan kertas kraft food grade tahan minyak, desain mekanisme fold & lock, penyesuaian ukuran kemasan, serta penguatan identitas merek melalui visual kemasan. Rancangan ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan nilai produk tanpa menambah biaya signifikan serta memberikan kesan profesional pada UMKM. Penelitian ini menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha dalam merancang kemasan efektif, estetis, fungsional, dan berkelanjutan.
