Zebua, Masnia, Buulolo, Nanny Artatina, Gulo, Heniwati, Zebua, Serniati
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze, partially and simultaneously, the influence of seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations on the financial literacy of fishermen in Sifalaete Ulu Village. Partially, this study aims… ims to determine the effect of seasonal cycles on fishermen's financial literacy, as well as the effect of fish price fluctuations on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations have a significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Income uncertainty due to these two factors causes fishermen to experience difficulties in financial planning, lack savings or emergency funds, and tend to rely on debt. In addition, low levels of education and minimal financial literacy training also hinder effective financial management

Pradewa, Adib Putra, Dhewanto, Wawan
Abstract: The Indonesian coffee industry continues to grow rapidly, increasing competition among businesses. Bahagia Kopi faces challenges in slowing sales growth and stagnant asset expansion, requiring a strategic approach to sustain… tain long-term growth. This study evaluates Improvement and Scaling as the most suitable growth strategies, using a mixed-method approach that integrates semi-structured interviews and quantitative analysis through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and financial assessment. In the short term, operational efficiency and service quality improvements are the main priorities, requiring investment in training and performance-based incentives. In the long term, branch expansion in Bandung is identified as the key growth initiative, with funding as the primary challenge since Bahagia Kopi still depends on internal capital. Financial analysis of 2023 reports shows increased profitability, but a 32% funding shortfall remains for expansion. To address this, Mixed Financing is the most balanced approach, maintaining a healthy solvency ratio while minimizing financial risk. With a cautious yet strategic approach, Bahagia Kopi can achieve sustainable expansion without overleveraging debt, ensuring long-term stability and maintaining business growth

Abstract: This study aims to test whether the variables Liquidity (CR), Solvency (DAR), and Profitability (ROA) have an influence on Profit Changes at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report… eport data of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2021 period in each quarter, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss reports. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios which were then entered into the multiple linear regression equation. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially the current ratio and debt to assets ratio do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are inconsistent with (H1) and (H2) which say the current ratio and debt to asset ratio partially have an influence on changes in earnings. It is also known that partially the return on assets has a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are in accordance with (H3) which says return on assets has an influence on changes in earnings. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. This result is inconsistent with (H4) which states that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on assets simultaneously have an influence on changes in earnings.

Munadjat, Baliyah, Gursida, Hari, Indrayono, Yohanes
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the determinants of dividend policy and their implications for stock returns among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. Specifically, the study examines… examines the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Sales Growth (SG), and Firm Size (SIZE) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), as well as the impact of DPR on stock returns. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of dividend-paying companies listed on the IDX. The sample consists of 822 firm-year observations selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with multiple regression models, supported by classical assumption tests including normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests. The results indicate that during the overall period of 2019–2024, ROA, DER, and SG significantly and negatively affect DPR, while CR and SIZE do not have significant effects. Furthermore, CR negatively affects stock returns, whereas SG and DPR have positive and significant effects on stock returns. The findings also reveal that the relationships among financial performance, dividend policy, and stock returns vary across pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis periods. Overall, dividend policy plays an important mediating role in influencing stock returns, particularly during and after periods of financial uncertainty. These findings provide valuable insights for investors, corporate managers, and policymakers in formulating dividend and investment decisions under different economic conditions.

QUICK RATIO, DEBT TO ASSET RATIO, AND RETURN ON ASSETS DETERMINING FACTORS ON: FIRM VALUE (PBV)

Pratama, Mohamad Yudiansyah, Dama, Hais, Ishak, Idham Masri
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) on firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) in consumer non-cyclical sector companies listed on… the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The consumer non-cyclical sector was selected because it consists of companies producing essential goods with relatively stable demand, making it an important sector in the national economy. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 196 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. The results show that partially, Quick Ratio has no significant effect on firm value, indicating that short-term liquidity is not the main consideration for investors in assessing company value. Debt to Asset Ratio also has no significant effect on firm value, meaning that the level of debt dependence does not directly determine market valuation. Meanwhile, Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that profitability is the main factor influencing investor confidence and market value. Simultaneously, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Return on Assets have a significant effect on firm value. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.510 indicates that 51.0% of firm value variation can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 49.0% is explained by other factors outside this study.
