The Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program requires a quality assurance system capable of supporting the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality assurance system in SMKs within the MPLB program, examine efforts to strengthen twenty-first-century skills, and identify challenges encountered in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in four public vocational high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the quality assurance system is implemented through the evaluation of educational report cards, program monitoring, curriculum alignment with business and industrial partners (DUDIKA), and the strengthening of a school quality culture. The development of twenty-first-century skills is promoted through active and industry-based learning approaches, including Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, and student-centered learning. However, implementation continues to face challenges, including suboptimal coordination, limited teacher competencies, inadequate technological facilities, and insufficient industrial and financial support. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the quality assurance system with the development of twenty-first-century skills specifically within the MPLB program, positioning educational quality not merely toward compliance with standards but also toward the formation of adaptive and work-ready graduates.

In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

ately, which can ultimately improve livestock health and livestock productivity. In developing this system, the Forward Chaining technique is used as the main inference method. This method was chosen because of its ability to produce conclusions based on available facts in stages, so it is very suitable for expert system applications that require repeated and complex decision-making processes. This research begins with a system requirements analysis that includes identification of common types of cattle diseases, associated symptoms, as well as the knowledge and rules required for the diagnosis process. Next, system design is carried out which includes creating a knowledge base, inference engine, and user interface. The result of this research is a prototype expert system for diagnosing cattle diseases which has been tested and shows satisfactory performance in detecting various cattle diseases based on the symptoms entered. With this system, it is hoped that farmers can more quickly take appropriate action against diseases that attack their livestock, so that they can minimize losses and increase the efficiency of livestock businesses.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis dan perancangan sistem deteksi penyakit sapi menggunakan teknik Forward Chaining. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai penyakit pada sapi secara cepat dan akurat, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ternak dan produktivitas peternakan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, teknik Forward Chaining digunakan sebagai metode inferensi utama. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tersedia secara bertahap, sehingga sangat cocok untuk aplikasi sistem pakar yang memerlukan proses pengambilan keputusan berulang dan kompleks. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang mencakup identifikasi jenis-jenis penyakit sapi yang umum, gejala-gejala yang terkait, serta pengetahuan dan aturan yang diperlukan untuk proses deteksi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup pembuatan basis pengetahuan, mesin inferensi, dan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem pakar deteksi penyakit sapi yang telah diuji dan menunjukkan kinerja yang memuaskan dalam mendeteksi berbagai penyakit sapi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dimasukkan. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan peternak dapat lebih cepat dalam mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap penyakit yang menyerang ternaknya, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha peternakan.

Alasan mendasar penerapan supply chain management ini karena program ini melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terkait seperti suplier, distributor dan konsumen. Adapun kegiatan utama yang dilakukan yaitu produksi tahu dalam lingkup industri rumah tangga. Kebutuhan bahan baku di Pabrik Tahu Helen setiap hari dan hal ini bisa meningkat tergatung pesanan pelanggan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh Pabrik Tahu Helen adalah sering mengalami kehabisan stok bahan dikarenakan terkadang banyak pesanan mendadak dari pelanggan. Proses pendataan bahan masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan secara manual sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan bahan. Bila diamati secara mendalam, masih banyak kendala yang terlihat sejak usaha ini dilaksanakan. Dari sini penting untuk dikaji ruang lingkup dari penerapan supply chain managemen sebagai wujud dari usaha memajukan pelaku bisnis khususnya industri rumah tangga. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan perhitungan. As a solution to this problem, the service team is committed to providing community service related to assisting in the design of teaching factory product social media advertisements for the target audience. There were 34 participants in this service activity consisting of students and accompanying teachers. The results of the service activities show that overall the activities ran successfully and smoothly. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in the target audience's understanding of product design for social media advertising. Increased understanding can be seen from the ability to design product advertisements for social media posts by considering color composition, image quality, font size, typeface, and graphic design layout of social media advertisements. The success of implementing this service activity can also be reflected in the increase in sales turnover of teaching factory products.

Strategi pemasaran produk pada era bisnis berbasis digital perlu memanfaatkan platform media sosial dengan optimal. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa khalayak sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat belum mampu melakukan desain iklan produk teaching factory pada media sosial. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi berkomitmen untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait pendampingan desain iklan media sosial produk teaching factory bagi khalayak sasaran. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 34 orang yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru pendamping. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan sukses dan lancar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman khalayak sasaran tentang desain produk untuk iklan media sosial. Peningkatan pemahaman terlihat dari kemampuan mendesain iklan produk untuk postingan media sosial dengan mempertimbangkan komposisi warna, kualitas gambar, ukuran huruf, jenis huruf, dan tata letak desain grafis iklan media sosial. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini juga dapat tercermin dari adanya peningkatan omzet penjualan produk teaching factory.

The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.

Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon†di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.

This is compounded by the very strict working hours that leave workers no time to utilize the blessing as additional income. In dealing with this situation, breeding catfish using tarpaulin method is likely the most appropriate alternative solution for the locals to earn more income without having to leave their main job as factory workers. This is possible as the catfish cultivation using tarpaulin method is effortless and does not consume much time to manage it. Moreover, with the annual increase in demand for catfish consumption in the surrounding regions as well as competitive selling prices (ranging from IDR14,000 to IDR17,000 per kilogram) making tarpaulin cultivation of catfish solution for the locals in Dukuh Rejosari. The method used in this service was socialization by providing outreach and training from the catfish cultivation expert. The result shows that villagers are enlightened to have a new source of income in the midst of busyness working as laborers.

Abstrak: Berlokasi di kaki gunung Merbabu, Dukuh Rejosari dianugerahi dengan pemandangan yang indah, cuaca yang sejuk, dan lahan yang subur untuk bercocok tanam seperti kopi, teh, jagung, dan tembakau. Namun hal belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh para penduduk dikarenakan kesibukan mereka sebagai pekerja buruh harian yang bergantung pada upah pabrik. Hal ini diperparah dengan jam kerja yang sangat padat membuat para pekerja tidak memiliki waktu lebih untuk memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai tambahan penghasilan. Dalam menghadapi situasi tersebut, pengembangbiakan ikan lele dengan menggunakan terpal merupakan solusi alternatif yang paling tepat guna memberi para penduduk penghasilan lebih tanpa harus meninggalkan pekerjaan utama mereka sebagai buruh pabrik. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena budidaya lele terpal sangat mudah dilakukan dan tidak memerlukan banyak waktu untuk merawatnya. Juga, dengan peningkatan tahunan permintaan ikan lele konsumsi di daerah sekitar serta harga jual yang kompetitif (berkisar Rp. 14.000,- – Rp. 17.000,- per kilogram) menjadikan budidaya ternak lele terpal sebagai alternatif paling ideal untuk memberikan tambahan penghasilan kepada masyarakat Dukuh Rejosari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pelatihan dari pembudidaya lele terpal berpengalaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan untuk membentuk sumber pendapatan baru ditengah-tengah kesibukan bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik.
