Penerapan E-CRM Dan Analisis BEP Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Produk Nugget Lele Di Pokdakan Tani Makmur

Abstract: Abstract: Pokdakan Tani Makmur in Asahan Regency faced low sales of fresh catfish due to intense price competition in the local market. This community service program aimed to increase the economic value of catfish farming… ing through product diversification into catfish nuggets and the application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a supporting tool for digital marketing. The activities included socialization, production and packaging training, implementation of social media–based E-CRM, and Break Even Point (BEP) analysis to assess business feasibility. The results showed an improvement in partners’ skills in processing and marketing catfish products. With a monthly production capacity of 30 kg, where 1 kg yields 40 pieces or 10 packs of nuggets priced at IDR 5,000 per pack, partners achieved a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 1,500,000. The BEP analysis indicated an equilibrium point at 100 kg or around three months of operation with fixed costs of IDR 1,500,000. The E-CRM system served as a supporting medium to promote products and expand market visibility, while the main factors driving sales growth were product diversification and improved quality. This activity has implications for enhancing competitiveness and economic independence among small-scale fish farming groups. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil budidaya melalui diversifikasi produk olahan menjadi nugget lele serta penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, penerapan E-CRM berbasis media sosial, serta analisis Break Even Point (BEP) untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan. Dengan kapasitas produksi 30 kg per bulan, di mana 1 kg menghasilkan 40 potong atau 10 bungkus nugget dengan harga Rp5.000 per bungkus, mitra memperoleh omzet sekitar Rp1.500.000 per bulan. Analisis BEP menunjukkan titik impas pada 100 kg produksi atau sekitar tiga bulan operasional dengan biaya tetap Rp1.500.000. Penerapan E-CRM berperan mendukung promosi dan memperluas informasi produk, sementara faktor utama peningkatan penjualan berasal dari diversifikasi dan kualitas produk olahan. Peningkatan Pengetahuan Siswa SMK Jurusan Tata Boga tentang Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP)

Abstract: Food Additives (BTP) are materials added to food to affect the taste, color, aroma, shape and properties of a food product, as well as maintain or improve nutritional value, inhibit food damage, maintain food freshness,… improve food appearance. Vocational high school students majoring in culinary arts often use BTP for food products. This activity aims to improve students' knowledge about BTP at SMKN 33 Jakarta. The theme raised is ACETATE: Observe Carefully Food Additives that are Safe for the Body. The number of participants involved was 56 students. The series of activities began with a pretest, presentation of materials, discussion, games and posttest. The materials provided include; session 1: understanding and types of BTP, session 2: BTP that is safe to use and dangerous, session 3: characteristics of foods that use dangerous BTP and the impact of BTP on the body. The method used was counseling using powerpoint. The results of student knowledge before and after participating increased in the good category by 78.6%. It was seen that 41 students had an increase in knowledge scores on the posttest. Keywords: Food additives; nutrition education; adolescent    Abstrak: Jurusan tata boga merupakan salah satu jurusan SMK yang saat ini mulai berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat. Siswa SMK jurusan tata boga sering mempergunakan Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP) untuk membuat produk makanannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal dan diskusi dengan guru SMKN 33, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum terpapar banyak mengenai BTP alami dan sintesis, serta belum terbiasa membaca label pangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang BTP di SMKN 33 Jakarta. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 56 siswa. Adapun rangkaian kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest, pemaparan materi dengan ceramah, lalu dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, games dan posttest. Materi mencakup pengertian dan jenis BTP, BTP yang aman dan berbahaya, ciri makanan dengan BTP berbahaya, serta dampaknya bagi tubuh. Media yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan menggunakan powerpoint. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sebelum edukasi, sebanyak 25% siswa berada pada kategori pengetahuan baik, dan setelah edukasi, jumlah tersebut meningkat menjadi 78,6%. Pemberdayaan KTT Jabal Farm Milenial Melalui Teknologi IOT Pemantauan Kolam dan Pakan Ikan Otomatis

Abstract: The Jabal Farm Millennial Taruna Tani Group is located in Kefamenanu City, focusing on freshwater fish farming and agriculture. The conventional fish farming system faces challenges in terms of monitoring pond conditions… and efficient feeding. One of the main problems faced by the group is the difficulty in maintaining optimal water temperature and quality as well as manual feeding management. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with an Android application. This technology allows monitoring of pond conditions such as water temperature and pH automatically, as well as periodic fish feeding settings. This community service aims to build IoT-based automatic monitoring tools and systems, as well as provide training and mentoring to members of the Jabal Farm Taruna Tani Group in using IoT technology for fish pond management. The implementation method in this activity uses a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach that emphasizes active community participation in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation and follow-up. With IoT technology, it is expected that fish pond management patterns will become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve fish farming performance, reduce risks, and facilitate management, thus having a positive impact on the productivity and welfare of farmers. Sistem budidaya ikan yang masih konvensional menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemantauan kondisi kolam dan pemberian pakan yang efisien. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi kelompok ini adalah kesulitan dalam menjaga suhu dan kualitas air yang optimal serta pengelolaan pemberian pakan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan implementasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Android. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi kolam seperti suhu dan pH air secara otomatis, serta pengaturan pemberian pakan ikan secara berkala. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun alat dan sistem pemantauan otomatis berbasis IoT, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm dalam menggunakan teknologi IoT untuk manajemen kolam ikan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang menekankan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dengan adanya teknologi IoT, diharapkan pola pengelolaan kolam ikan akan menjadi lebih modern dan efisien. Teknologi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan performa budidaya ikan, mengurangi risiko, dan memudahkan manajemen, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani. Implementasi Teknologi Ozon Untuk Meningkatkan Lama Waktu Simpan Ikan Kembung Di Desa Air Genting

Abstract: Mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) is a type of marine fish widely consumed. Several factors influencing it include affordable prices, delicious taste, and the ability to be processed into various dishes. However, mackerel fish… has a weakness: it quickly declines in quality if not managed properly. In the face of increasing demand, it is crucial to meet the need for fish with an optimal level of freshness. Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.             Keywords: fish; curing; ozone

EDUKASI PEMANFAATAN BULU-BABI (SEA URCHIN) MELALUI BUDI DAYA KERAMBA JARING APUNG

Abstract: Abstract: Sea urchin is one of the fisheries resources products where its gonad can be consumed either in fresh or processed. Unfortunately, sea urchin has not been consumed due to society suspicion that may cause death… if sea urchin gonad consumed. Thereby, we need to educate the society by instructing them in a participatory way on how to consume and cultivate sea urchin cultivation with a floating net cage. This work was conducted at Desa Lambangan Office (February 2020–March 2020) by involving 25 fishermen and 30 students from Gorontalo State University as the fellows of the society. The results of the counseling and practicing that conducted at desa Lambangan had been switched the paradigm of society that was formerly assuming sea urchin as a marine organism that has toxicity to be an organism that could be consumed and traded. Furthermore, the fishermen have overcome and able to handle how to build a floating net cage for the cultivation of sea urchins that they have learned in simulation on how to make floating net cage of sea urchins.             Keywords: sea urchin; counseling; floating net cage      Abstrak: Bulu Babi (sea urchin) merupakan salah satu produk perikanan penting yang telurnya dapat dikonsumsi baik dalam keadaan segar maupun olahan. Sayangnya Bulu Babi belum dimanfaatkan karena dianggap beracun dan bila dikonsumsi dapat menimbulkan kematian. Karena itu, perlu dilakukan edukasi pada masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan bagaimana cara mengonsumsi dan membudidayakan Bulu Babi dengan sistem keramba jaring apung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa Lambangan, kecamatan Pagimana, Sulawesi Tengah selama dua bulan (Februari 2020–Maret 2020 dengan melibatkan 25 masyarakat nelayan dan 30 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sebagai pendamping masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan simulasi yang kami laksanakan telah mengubah paradigma masyarakat yang tadinya menganggap Bulu Babi sebagai biota laut beracun menjadi sesuatu yang dapat dikonsumsi dan dapat diperjualbelikan di pasar-pasar lokal. Selain itu, masyarakat juga telah menguasai dan mampu menerapkan konstruksi keramba budi daya Bulu Babi yang dilaksanakan melalui metode praktik simulasi  pembuatan keramba jaring apung.   Kata kunci: Bulu Babi; penyuluhana; keramba jaring apung

FORECASTING HARVEST RESULTS OF FRESH FRUIT BUNCHES USING THE SES METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan is a state-owned enterprise unit operating in the palm oil plantation industry. In an effort to increase production, the plantation company aims to enhance production… ion efficiency so that palm oil product prices become more competitive by determining harvest yields. The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366. DATA EXPLORATION OF MARINE CULTIVATION TYPES USING CLUSTER ANALYSIS WITH COMPLETE-LINKAGE METHOD

With secondary data based on the type of cultivation developed by fishing communities, the authors intend to explore this data so that they can… examine more deeply the most effective types of cultivation using analysis of variance to find out the differences between each type of cultivation and cluster analysis using the complete linkage method. to find out the grouping of marine culture production based on the types developed by fishing communities in Indonesia. The correlation between the observed variables is 0.008, so it can be said that there is no relationship between the observed variables. In addition, the sig. and t-test. sig value is obtained. > α (5% = 0.05). This means that there is a significant average difference in fish production results based on the type of cultivation developed by fishing communities. With the grouping of types of marine cultivation developed by the Wesleyan community using the complete-linkage method, they are divided into 3 groups based on the degree of similarity in the production results obtained. Cluster 1 consists of Floating Nets, and Pools; Cluster 2 consists of other seas, seaweed, cages, and fishing nets; and Cluster 3 consists of Fresh Floating Nets, Minapadi, and Ponds.             Keywords: Complete-Linkage; Fish Production; Mariculture; Multivariate Analysis; T-test;     Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pada analisis variansi untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata pada masing-masing perlauan peletakan sudut jarring agar jumlah tangkapan yang diperoleh nelayan lebih optimal. Dengan adanya data sekunder berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan masyarakat nelayan, penulis bermasksud untuk melakukan eksplorasi pada data tersebut agar dapat mengkaji lebih dalam terhadap jenis budidaya yang paling efektif dengan analisis variansi untuk mengetahu perbedaan dari masing-masing jenis budidaya serta analisis cluster dengan metode complate linkage untuk mengetahui adanya pengelompokan hasil produksi bududaya laut berdasarkan jenis yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan di Indonesia. Korelasi antar variabel yang diamati sebesar 0.008, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara variabel yang diamati. Selain itu, hasil uji sig. dan uji t. diperoleh nilai sig. > α (5% = 0.05). Artinya, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata secara signifikan hasil produksi ikan berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan. Dengan adanya pengelompokan jenis budidaya laut yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat neleyan dengan metode complete-linkage terbagi atas 3 kelompok berdasarkan tingkat kemiripan hasil produksi yang diperoleh. The Effect of Manure Dosage and Types of Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) on the Generative Phase of Bird’s Eye Chili (Capsicum frutescens L)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of manure dosage and types of plant growth regulators (PGRs), as well as their interaction, on the generative phase of bird’s eye chili plants (Capsicum frutescens L.) in order to… o improve productivity, which remains fluctuating due to suboptimal cultivation practices. The research was conducted from February to March 2026 at the experimental field of the Pusat Riset Bisnis Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) of 4 × 3 with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure (control, 1 kg/plant, 1.5 kg/plant, and 2 kg/plant), while the second factor was the type of natural PGR (onion extract, rice water, and coconut water). Data were collected through direct observations on several parameters, including number of fruits, fruit weight, fresh biomass weight, root fresh weight, and root length, and were then analyzed to determine the effects of treatments and their interactions.          The results showed that certain doses of manure had a significant effect on increasing yield and root growth, while natural PGRs were able to enhance flowering, reduce flower drop, and accelerate fruit formation. The interaction between both treatments indicated that the optimal combination produced higher results compared to single treatments. The novelty of this study lies in the use of a combination of manure and natural PGRs based on local materials as a strategy to improve the generative phase. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a scientific reference for the development of sustainable cultivation techniques, as well as learning material and further research in the fields of agronomy and horticulture.
