Women's Empowerment Through PKK Dawis 2 Group RT 37 RW 009 Surodinawan Village, Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City in Orderly Administration and Financial Bookkeeping

Abstract: Women's empowerment at the grassroots level is often constrained by weak administrative practices and the absence of transparent financial management systems. This research aims to analyze how orderly administration and… financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Edukasi : Hak Atas Informasi Pengunjung Pada Destinasi Wisata Sejarah Desa Bejijong, Trowulan, Mojokerto

Abstract: Hak atas informasi yang benar dan jujur  tentang destinasi desa wisata Bejijong merupakan hak pengunjung sebagai konsumen yang harus dipenuhi oleh Pengelola Desa Wisata.  Adanya permasalahan yang dihadapi Pengelola karena… ena adanya perubahan stigma dari Masyarakat terhadap desa wisata Sejarah yang kemudian berubah menjadi wisata religi dan menjadi tempat untuk melakukan pemujaan dan minta berkah bagi orang orang tertentu untuk meningkatkan jabatan atau untuk mendapat rizky yang banyak. Pengelola tidak ingin desa wisata Sejarah ini kemudian berbelok arah hanya dikenal sebagai wisata religi saja.  Pengelola ingin  menyampaikan informasi tersebut kepada masyarakat,  agar wisata sejarah ini tidak kehilangan marwahnya.  Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, setelah dilakukan survei yang mendalam tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, selanjunya diberikan edukasi kepada pengelola tentang hak-hak pengunjung sebagai konsumen jasa wisata dan kemudian dibuatkan video konten tentang informasi desa wisata yang diunggah melalui youtube agar dapat diakses dan diketahui pengunjung/ masyarakat.

Government Digital Marketing Communications for Tourism Development in Bejijong Village

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the tourism potential and marketing strategies in Bejijong Village, a village with a rich history and culture from the Majapahit Kingdom era located in Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. This… is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations.
