Abstract: Abstract: Population growth in some regions such as Asia is still high, especially in the number of births in children. Indonesia is one of the many countries whose birth rate growth is still high. With this high birth rate,… ate, it will cause problems for the region such as the problem of uncontrolled population growth if the birth rate continues to be high in addition to the social and economic impact of the region. To reduce the birth rate, the government created a family planning program to minimize the high birth rate. In birth control with this birth control program, contraceptive devices and drugs (ALOKON) are used as a prevention of pregnancy. This is intended to determine the level of allocone use in family planning patients in the outpatient unit and recap reports of birth control patients in the outpatient unit. In addition, the era of digitalization of technology utilization with information systems that have been increasingly developed and advanced, especially in the health sector. The system development method used in this journal is the waterfall method which consists of analysis, system design, implementation, unit testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are in the form of developing implementation results from the design made into a family planning information system in the outpatient unit. This research was made to develop an existing information system and can assist medical record officers in processing data and reports more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: alokon; growth of birth rate; information system; kb Abstrak: Pertumbuhan penduduk dibeberapa wilayah seperti di Asia masih tinggi terutama pada angka kelahiran pada anak. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the differences in social support received by pregnant women who participate in the Family Planning (FP) program compared to pregnant women who do not participate in the program. The method used… d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

Impact From Mental Health Problem to Pregnant Woman: A Literatur Systematic Review

Natalia Pereira, Maria Cardoso dos Santos, Eugenia Carvalho de Araújo, Etelvina Jose Soares Tilman, Olandino Evaristo Obeno
Abstract: Teenage pregnancy is a complex global issue with a significant impact on maternal mental health. This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analysis of the relationship between teenage pregnancy and… maternal mental health, with a focus on the impact, influencing factors, and variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. Literature searches were carried out through scientific databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and several international journals. Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.

Etelvina Jose S. Tilman, Eugenia Carvalho de Araujo, Natalia Pereira, Artur N. Cortereal Araujo, Jose Dionisiio Ximenes
Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between teenage pregnancy and future maternal mental health by using qualitative methods and relying on literature review as the main data source. The background of this study is… based on the importance of a deeper understanding of the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, given the high prevalence of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia and its long-term negative impact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that support or hinder the mental health of mothers who experience teenage pregnancy, and to present key findings from the relevant literature in this context. The research method used was a qualitative analysis of relevant literature studies found through systematic searches in academic databases and scientific journals. This approach allowed us to explore the findings of various studies and gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The main results of this study show that teenage pregnancy has a significant impact on the mother's future mental health, including an increased risk of depression, anxiety and postnatal stress. Factors such as social support, access to mental health services, and economic conditions play an important role in determining the mother's future mental health. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to improve future maternal mental health should be a priority in public policy and clinical practice. A holistic approach that takes into account the various factors that influence maternal mental health, as well as cross-sectoral cooperation, is needed to create a supportive environment for adolescent mothers to achieve optimal mental well-being.
