n in realizing fisheries administration services that are fast, cheap, efficient and transparent. This research discusses matters related to the implementation of fisheries business services using technology and obstacles in application services. The aim of this research is to find out how application-based fisheries business services are at the Fisheries Business Services UPT, Kundur District, Karimun Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with informants consisting of elements from the Fisheries Service, UPT and the community and using data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The overall research results of this application have been said to meet expectations based on the following 4 indicators: a) input: human resources, finances, adequate facilities and infrastructure. b). Process: easy procedure, more time and cost efficient. c). Output: service levels increase, such as Kube, fuel recommendations, benefits received by fisheries business actors increase. d). Outcome: fisheries business services are more effective and efficient. However, in terms of the implementation process it cannot be said to have met expectations because there are still obstacles or obstacles such as network problems, the community is not yet technologically independent.

se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize that enhancing the professional capacity of school principals (in terms of integrity, managerial competence, and strategic vision) is a key determinant in realizing holistic, relevant, and sustainable educational service quality.

This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Irregular eating patterns, lack of fiber and mineral water intake, and consumption of high-calorie instant foods or drinks, without realizing it, make the kidneys work harder. Starting from the process of filtration, reabsorption, to augmentation of food substances below the kidneys through the blood. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for kidney disease using a web-based programming language that is capable of providing services to the public and conveying information related to kidney disease. Pre-research and research was carried out at the Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran Regional General Hospital starting from November to December 2023. In this research data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and literature study methods. The results of this research show that having an expert system for diagnosing kidney disease in humans can provide significant benefits, including the data processing and consultation process being carried out quickly and producing fairly accurate reports, thus making work more effective and efficient.

Abstrak: Pemilihan masalah menyangkut jenis penyakit Ginjal sebagai sampel penelitian ini, adalah kenyataan bahwa penyakitpenyakit Ginjal merupakan organ penting dalam sistem metabolisme tubuh kita, karena padatnya aktivitas, kita sering lupa untuk menjaganya. Pola makan yang tidak teratur, kurangnya asupan serat dan air mineral, serta konsumsi makanan atau minuman instan berkalori tinggi, tanpa sadar telah memperberat kerja ginjal. Mulai dari proses filtrasi, reabsorpasi, sampai augmentasi dari zat-zat makanan yang di bawah ke ginjal melalui darah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Membuat suatu sistem pakar untuk penyakit Ginjal menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web yang mampu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyakit Ginjal. Pra penelitian dan penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran yang dimulai pada bulan Bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2023. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ginjal pada manusia, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan datanya dan proses konsultasi dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang cukup akurat, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien.

ealizing this, the Margadana Kelurahan thematic maps need to be realized for information disclosure, and the need to optimize the potential of the region for the short, medium, and long term. There is a need for integration between RW and RT in order to provide data and information to make it more efficient. In community service, remote sensing is used, followed by FGDs with local community leaders, namely the urban village administration and RW representatives. The purpose of community service apart from facilitating the sharing and exchange of data/information between Community Leaders can also assist in making safe thematic maps which can be used as the basis for spatial planning based on their potential. The people of the Margadana Urban Village can also participate in the process of planning, utilizing, and controlling the spatial use of their urban village area based on their potential.

Abstract: Kelurahan Margadana merupakan salah satu wilayah adminstratif yang berada di Kota Tegal. Belum tersedianya informasi spasial tentang batas kelurahan, batas RW, dan informasi penting lainnya yang dianggap perlu. Menyadari hal ini, maka peta tematik Kelurahan Margadana perlu diwujudkan keterbukaan informasi, dan kebutuhan pengoptimalan potensi wilayah untuk jangka pendek, menengah maupun panjang. Diperlukan adanya keterpaduan antar RW dan RT dalam rangka penyediaan data dan informasi agar lebih efisien. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan penginderaan jauh, dilanjutkan dengan FGD dengan tokoh masyarakat setempat, yakni pihak kelurahan dan perwakilan RW. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat selain dengan memfasilitasi sharing dan tukar data/informasi antar Tokoh Mayarakat juga dapat membantu dalam pembuatan peta tematik berkeselamatan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar penataan ruang berdasarkan potensinya. Masyarakat Kelurahan Margadana juga dapat berperan serta dalam proses perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang wilayah kelurahannya berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki.
