nt. The Non-Tax State Income (PNBP) has two different main functions, namely as budgetary and also as regulatory. Since the onset of Covid-19, the whole world has been in an uproar and all aspects have been affected. Likewise, the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office also felt the impact where the target of PNBP for State-Owned Goods (BMN) was not achieved in 2020 and causing the target given to decrease every year and many state assets to be unused. This service activity is carried out using a descriptive qualitative method in which this research focuses on the government's efforts to increase non-tax state revenues through the use of rental goods (BMN). The conclusion of this service activity is that the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office makes various efforts in order to increase PNBP on state property rentals by providing education through socialization or workshops to work units (stake) to better understand asset management, strengthening the role of the KPKNL, strengthen database and BMN, giving rewards to the stake if it reaches the target, and there needs to be good support and cooperation between the stakes with each other.

Abstrak: Penerimaan negara tidak hanya berasal dari pajak melainkan ada juga dari Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Yang dimana semua penerimaan tersebut akan digunkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang merata. Adapun Penghasilan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) memiliki dua fungsi utama yang berbeda yaitu sebagai budgetary dan juga sebagai regulatory. Semenjak adanya Covid-19 membuat seluruh dunia gempar dan semua aspek terkena dampaknya. Begitupun, Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra yang turut merasakan dampaknya dimana tidak tercapainya target PNBP Barang Milik Negara (BMN) pada tahun 2020 dan menyebabkan target yang diberikan menurun setiap tahunya dan banyak aset negara yang tidak terpakai. Aktivitas pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana penelitian ini memfokuskan pada upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak melalui pemanfaatan sewa barang (BMN). Kesimpulan dari aktivitas pengabdian ini adalah Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra melakukan berbagai upaya agar dapat meningkatkan PNBP pada sewa barang Milik negara dengan cara memberikan edukasi melalui sosialisasi atau workshop kepada satuan kerja (satker) agar lebih memahami tentang pengelolaan aset, memperkuat peran KPKNL, memperkuat database dan BMN, memberikan reward kepada satker jika mencapai target, dan perlu adanya dukungan dan kerjasama yang baik antara satker satu dengan lainya.

Therefore, through the Spelling Bee competition, the team tried to improve the students’ skills and interest in learning English language, especially their ability to write and spell words correctly. In this competition, there were 280 students previously trained before join the competition. This competition is divided into three rounds, namely the preliminary round, the semi-final round and the final round. In addition, the English teachers also helped to coordinate the competition. During the activity, students were also given lessons on writing and spelling correctly. As a result, students’ enthusiasm in participating in competition can be one of the factors that triggers the enthusiasm and interests in learning so that they get more satisfying learning outcomes. During the competition, students were guided by the English teachers and given clear instructions. After participating in Spelling Bee competition, the students were not only given rewards but also some improvement in their English writing and spelling skills.

Abstrak : Spelling Bee merupakan permainan mengeja kata dengan menilai keakuratan kata dan ketepatan pengucapan huruf yang disebutkan dalam Bahasa Inggris. MTSN 7 Bungus, Padang dipilih sebagai mitra PKM karena kemampuan dan minat Bahasa Inggris siswanya yang sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, lewat kompetisi Spelling Bee, Tim PKM berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris terutama pada kemampuan menulis dan mengeja kata. Dalam Kegiatan Spelling Bee ini, sebanyak 280 siswa dilatih sebelum mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee yang terbagi atas tiga babak, yaitu preliminary Round, Semi Final Round dan yang terakhir Final round. Selain itu, guru Bahasa Inggris di sekolah tersebut turut membantu demi kelancaran kegiatan kompetisi ini. Siswa diberikan pelajaran tentang menulis dan mengeja bahasa Inggris dengan benar. Antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kompetisi dapat merupakan salah satu faktor yang memicu semangat dan daya tarik siswa dalam belajar sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang jauh lebih memuaskan. Selama kompetisi, siswa dipandu oleh guru bahasa Inggrisnya dan diberikan instruksi yang jelas. Setelah mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee ini, siswa siswi MTSN 7 Bungus tidak hanya diberikan reward namun juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan mengeja Bahasa Inggrisnya.

Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.

imary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Services Office. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing operated by SPSS ver 23 software. Partial testing of the effect of Rewards on Employee Performance obtained a t-count value of 3,243 > t- table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.002 <0.04 it can be concluded that it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test results of the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, the t-count value is 5,921 > t-table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test count 56,161 > F table 3.17 and have a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and One-Stop City Integrated Services Medan. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.663 or 66.3%, which means that employee performance is influenced by reward and punishment while the remaining 33.7% can be explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that Reward and Punishment have a positive influence or jointly on Employee Performance.

Conversely, the organization where they are sheltered is expected to provide rewards and awards fairly or objectively so that through these rewards ASN can be motivated to improve the quality and quantity of their work. This study aims to describe the form of leadership communication strategies, employee work motivation, and at the same time determine the effect of leadership communication strategies in increasing employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and type of research through interviews and observations of informants to obtain research data. The results of the study indicate that the leadership communication strategy of the Cultural Office still needs to be improved in the area of clarity and even distribution of organizational messages that should be adjusted to its main duties and functions. Furthermore, it was found that intrinsic motivational factors, such as recognition, were the dominant factor in driving work motivation. Finally, it was found that the leadership communication strategy implemented influenced the increase or decrease in employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Service.
