unity’s economy. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis in selected coastal tourism areas. The findings reveal that sustainable tourism development, community empowerment, and digital marketing adoption significantly contribute to economic improvement. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, environmental degradation, and policy inconsistencies hinder optimal development. The study suggests a collaborative approach involving government, local communities, and private sectors to establish sustainable and inclusive coastal tourism strategies. Strengthening infrastructure, promoting eco-tourism, and enhancing digital tourism platforms are recommended to maximize economic benefits. These findings provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders to formulate more effective coastal tourism policies in Indonesia.

Design/methodology/approach: This research tends to have a qualitative approach and uses an in-depth interview method with an interview guide. This research utilizes Nvivo 14 as the software employed for data analysis, validity testing, and drawing research conclusions. Additionally, to measure validity in this study, triangulation techniques were used.
Research Findings: The results of this research show that the development of sustainable cultural tourism in Mamasa Regency requires a careful approach to promoting and utilizing cultural uniqueness. With an effective and sustainable promotional strategy, and using cultural uniqueness as the main attraction, Mamasa Regency can position itself as a superior and attractive cultural tourism destination.
Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research seeks to identify what is needed for planning in organizing and managing the tourism sector to provide maximum contribution to the Mamasa region. Therefore, two aspects are examined: promotion strategies and distinctiveness in the development of cultural tourism.

The existence of hotels not only provides a significant economic impact through income and employment for local communities, but also has a social impact by improving living standards and social conditions. The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. Primary data was obtained from the financial statements of the Rooms Department of Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel for 2020-2022. Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar dan tes matematika. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan motivasi belajar matematika pada kelompok eksperimen setelah perlakuan TGT berbantuan IFB. Penerapan model ini terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD.

This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.

Data collection techniques were carried out using field observation techniques and in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The community also conducted workshops and mentoring training. The IbM results show that, to revive the Tosan Aji MSME, craftsmen need training in contemporary tosan aji making techniques that combine contemporary equipment with modern equipment. Craftsmen need assistance in creating e-commerce and digital promotional content. It is possible for these Tosan Aji craftsmen to become more advanced if their lives are packaged in an educational tourism package that includes a tosan aji making workshop, even the creation of a mini museum.

The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.
