The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

The protagonist's involvement in a serial murder plot and the complex dynamics of the novel's female protagonist are points of contention. This research utilizes literary psychology methodology to conduct descriptive qualitative research. The findings show that the female protagonist in the novel exhibits tendencies of aggression and anxiety. Tara's destructive, hurtful and murderous actions characterize her aggressive tendencies. A negative affective state accompanied by bodily feelings is known as anxiety. On the other hand, Tara also has psychopathic behavior and has manipulative, antisocial and impulsive behavior.

issue is that a lot of individuals are unaware about the characteristics and causes of lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm in the classification of the causes of lung cancer and provide education to the public must be aware of the traits of lung cancer patients and, to stay away from the causes of lung cancer. The dataset used consists of 309 samples with 16 relevant attributes. The K-NN algorithm was trained and tested to assess its ability to classify the factors that cause lung cancer. The results showed an accuracy of 90.32%, with a precision for the "YES" class of 96% and the "NO" class of 67%. The recall value for the "YES" class was 92% and for the "NO" class was 80%. The implementation of this algorithm gives good results in classification and can help in early detection and prevention of lung cancer which can be used in the development of more effective prevention and early diagnosis strategies.

Abstrak: Kanker paru-paru tergolong jenis penyakit kanker yang memperoleh angka kematian paling tinggi di dunia. Identifikasi dan klasifikasi penyebab kanker paru-paru sangat penting untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan pengobatan yang lebih efektif. Masalah yang terjadi adalah banyak orang yang belum mengetahui tentang ciri-ciri dan penyebab-penyebab dari kangker paru tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dalam klasifikasi penyebab kanker paru-paru serta memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat banyak agar mengetahui ciri-ciri orang yang mengidap kangker paru-paru dan tentunya untuk menghindari penyebab-penyebab dari kangker paru-paru tersebut. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 309 sampel dengan 16 atribut yang relevan. Algoritma K-NN kemudian dilatih dan diuji untuk menilai kemampuannya dalam mengklasifikasikan faktor-faktor penyebab kanker paru-paru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 90.32%, dengan skor precision untuk kelas "YES" sebesar 96% dan kelas "NO" sebesar 67%. Nilai recall untuk kelas "YES" adalah 92% dan untuk kelas "NO" sebesar 80%. Implementasi algoritma ini memberikan hasil yang baik dalam klasifikasi dan dapat membantu dalam deteksi dini serta pencegahan kanker paru-paru yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan diagnosis dini yang lebih efektif.

The method used in this study is a literature study, by analyzing interpretations and related literature that discusses the relationship between education, morality, and character. The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. This research concludes that education based on the principles of the Qur'an has a crucial role in creating individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble ethics, which ultimately contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Its originality lies in its emphasis on multi-sensor data fusion, the role of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics, and the integration of climate change adaptation into surveillance system design.
