Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The research method used by the author is quantitative research. The population in this study was all 30 students in class IX M at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This shows that student learning outcomes in the subject of moral aqidah have a very high level. Based on the research results, there is a significant positive influence of the use of learning media on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.
