Systematic Literature Review Analysis: Effectiveness of Family Planning Programs in Reducing Maternal and Child Mortality Rates

Abstract: The Family Planning program has long been known as an important intervention in efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality rates. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Family Planning Program in reducing… cing maternal and child mortality rates using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research uses the SLR method by collecting and analyzing literature from various academic databases. Inclusion criteria included studies evaluating the impact of Family Planning programs on maternal and child mortality rates, published between 2019 and 2024. The literature selection process was carried out in two stages: initial screening and quality assessment using PRISMA guidelines. A total of 15 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in this study. The findings show that the Family Planning Program is effective in reducing maternal mortality through increasing access to reproductive health services, health education, and use of contraception. Apart from that, the Family Planning program is also effective in reducing child mortality by improving maternal health and preventing unwanted pregnancies. Challenges identified include limited access to health services in remote areas, cultural barriers, and lack of policy support. Family Planning programs have proven effective in reducing maternal and child mortality rates. To increase its effectiveness, it is necessary to increase accessibility, service quality, and adequate policy support. It is hoped that these recommendations will help in improving the implementation of Family Planning programs and maternal and child health policies in the future.

Models and Implementation of Curriculum Development in Schools

Abstract: Curriculum development cannot be separated from various aspects that influence it. Various curriculum models have been developed by curriculum, education and psychology experts. The curriculum development model is an alternative… ernative procedure for designing, implementing and evaluating a curriculum. Therefore, the curriculum development model must be able to describe a learning planning system process that can meet various needs and standards of educational success. This research aims to examine curriculum development models and their implementation in schools. In this article the author uses library research or what could be called qualitative research which obtains data from appropriate journals, articles and books. In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The success of curriculum implementation is also determined by communication about the implementation plan and support from all resources in implementation.

The result of study obtained information about the type of taxes paid by SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, namely Value Added Taxes and Income Taxes. At the SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, transparency in the use of taxes in scholl is making accountability reports. The school treasure makes transparent accountability reports related to the use of tax funds in detail to interested parties. In order to comply with applicable tax regulatioms, SMAN 13 Surabaya several things, namely; [1] understand the applicable tax regulations in the school area; [2] identify relevant tax liabilities; [3] conduct tax planning to minimize the tax burden as much as legally possible; [4] register as taxpayer; [5] collect and make timely payment of taxes; [6] conduct tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.

Manajemen Peningkatan Prestasi Mahasiswa Pada Strategi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Team Assisted Individualization

Abstract: This study aims to improve students' academic achievement by implementing the TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) cooperative learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over two cycles.… . Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

Abstract: Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat, pembayaran yang awalnya berupa uang Cash telah diganti dengan Cashless, Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor memilih pembayaran kartu berbasis… rbasis Radio Frekuensi, yaitu Radio Frekuency Identification (RFID), Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, di mana penelitian dilakukan langsung melalui Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian yang di peroleh, Manajemen RFID yang diterapkan Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor sudah optimal dimaulai dari Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasian (organizing), Penerapan (actuating), dan Pengawasanya (controlling). Kelebihan dari RFID ini adalah, simpel, uang lebih aman, pembayaran lebih cepat, dan pengisian saldo mudah. Sedangkan kekurangannya sendiri yaitu, harus terhubung ke internet pada perangkat scanner yang digunakan, hanya bisa digunakan pada perangkat dengan frekuensi yang sama, dan terjadi pemborosan.

This research method uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This phenomenon affects the planning and development process, forcing a correction in development planning in Indonesia. Development planning… ing can be started within the scope of small area given that the concept of development in Indonesia refers to development from below and from above. RW I Kelurahan Kramas is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so it requires mitigation of development planning within the scope of an area oriented towards social disaster mitigation. This community development activity aims to produce planning documents that are oriented towards social disaster mitigation but still consider the sustainability aspects of an area and can serve as a guide for policy makers in formulating development programs in RW I Kelurahan Kramas. This planning document formulating uses a Rational Comprehensive Planning (RCP) analysis method by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of an area. The data collection method used in this service was through interviews and secondary data search. The results obtained in this analysis are 6 groups of development directions, namely improving the quality of infrastructure, improving health and safety, building layout, improving environmental quality, increasing the economy and improving the aesthetics of the area.

Strategi Content Marketing Unihouse Melalui Media Sosial untuk Meningkatkan Brand Image

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi content marketing Unihouse dalam membangun dan memperkuat brand image di tengah persaingan hunian mahasiswa di Salatiga. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah rendahnya citra… itra merek Unihouse dibandingkan kompetitor, yang tercermin dari ulasan pelanggan dan penurunan persepsi publik di media digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi aktivitas media sosial, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unihouse menerapkan strategi content marketing yang terstruktur melalui delapan tahapan utama, yaitu goal setting, audience mapping, content ideation and planning, content creation, content distribution, content amplification, content marketing evaluation, dan content marketing improvement. Strategi ini diimplementasikan melalui pemanfaatan media sosial (Instagram dan Facebook), integrasi paid, owned, dan earned media, serta evaluasi berbasis data (reach, engagement, conversion, dan sentimen audiens). Konten visual yang autentik, storytelling, penggunaan hashtag, call to action, serta optimalisasi electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) berkontribusi dalam membangun asosiasi merek yang modern, profesional, dan relevan dengan gaya hidup mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa content marketing yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, didukung pengalaman layanan yang konsisten, menjadi determinan utama dalam pembentukan brand image yang kredibel dan berdaya saing pada bisnis jasa hunian berbasis lokal.

Developing Green Infrastructure: Management of Madrasah Building Construction with Green Building Principles

Abstract: This study examines the management processes involved in developing green infrastructure for Islamic educational institutions, specifically focusing on the construction of madrasah buildings using green building concepts.… . It investigates how environmental sustainability principles can be systematically integrated into the planning, design, construction, and operational phases of madrasah development projects. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.
