SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan praktis peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI guna memperbaiki efektivitas serta mutu publikasi ilmiah di lingkungan Paspama Institute. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan interaktif, meliputi tiga tahapan utama: (1) pengenalan konsep dasar AI dan potensinya dalam bidang publikasi, (2) workshop penerapan aplikasi AI seperti ChatGPT, Grammarly, dan Copilot untuk asistensi penulisan akademik, serta (3) pendampingan penyusunan artikel ilmiah berbasis AI secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menulis dan mengedit naskah, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat sebesar 32% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan publikasi. ased on the PROMETHEE method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) to assist prospective students in objectively and systematically selecting the best university in Asahan Regency. The main issue addressed is the lack of integrated information regarding the strengths of each educational institution, as well as the absence of a recommendation system that considers various important criteria such as accreditation, facilities, tuition fees, achievements, and study programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The implementation results of the PROMETHEE method show that Royal University achieved the highest ranking, followed by Asahan University and STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. This method has proven effective in producing rational and transparent campus rankings based on multi-criteria preferences. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for prospective students and educational institutions in improving the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the Asahan region.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) guna membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus terbaik di Kabupaten Asahan secara objektif dan terstruktur. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kurangnya informasi terintegrasi mengenai keunggulan masing-masing institusi pendidikan serta belum tersedianya sistem rekomendasi yang mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penting seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, prestasi, dan program studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil implementasi metode PROMETHEE menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Royal memperoleh peringkat tertinggi diikuti oleh Universitas Asahan dan STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. Metode ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan peringkat kampus secara rasional dan transparan berdasarkan preferensi multikriteria. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi calon mahasiswa dan pihak institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing perguruan tinggi di wilayah Asahan.

ution is the number of graduates entering the workforce. So to implement this goal, alumni data is needed that can be used in decision making. Existing tracer study data at the STMIK Royal Career Service Center (LPLK) have not been utilized optimally by the campus. If we dig deeper, we will get some knowledge from this data by applying data mining techniques. Therefore, it is clear that using data mining to predict alumni waiting time is important for a university to determine its strategy. The purpose of this study is to predict the waiting time for alumni to get a job using data mining by applying the Naive Bayes algorithm. Training and testing data were taken from 193 data tracer study alumni of STMIK Royal in 2021 who had graduated and were working. The criteria used to predict alumni waiting time are gender, major, year of entry, year of graduation, GPA, and length of time getting a job. The results of modeling using the Naive Bayes algorithm produce an accuracy of 94%.

Abstrak: Mendapatkan pekerjaan merupakan tujuan oleh lulusan setelah menyelesaikan studi mereka. Tetapi dalam proses ini, mendapatkan pekerjaan pasti membutuhkan waktu tunggu. Jika salah satu ukuran keberhasilan di bidang pendidikan suatu perguruan tinggi adalah banyaknya lulusan yang masuk ke dunia kerja. Maka untuk menerapkan tujuan itu, maka diperlukan data alumni yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Data tracer study yang ada di Lembaga Pusat Layanan Karir (LPLK) STMIK Royal belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh kampus. Jika kita gali lebih dalam, kita akan mendapatkan suatu pengetahuan dari data ini dengan menerapkan teknik data mining. Oleh karena itu, jelas bahwa menggunakan data mining untuk memprediksi waktu tunggu alumni penting bagi suatu perguruan tinggi untuk menentukan strateginya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi waktu tunggu alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan menggunakan data mining dengan menerapkan algoritma naive bayes. Data training dan testing diambil dari 193 data tracer study alumni STMIK Royal tahun 2021 yang sudah lulus dan bekerja. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk memprediksi waktu tunggu kerja alumni yaitu jenis kelamin, jurusan, tahun masuk, tahun lulus, IPK, dan lama mendapatkan pekerjaan. Hasil pemodelan dengan menggunakan algoritma naive bayes menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 94%.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi kini tak hanya digunakan oleh invidu tetapi juga dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. STMIK Royal sebagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di kisaran juga menggunakan teknologi komunikasi seperti media sosial dan website untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat luas. STMIK Royal khususnya Media dan Informasi merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas konten yang digunakan sebagai publikasi kampus, dan untuk memaksimalkan publikasi ini maka Media dan Informasi membutuhkan Critical Path Method dalam memanajemen konten. Critical Path Method merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi manajemen konten karena metode ini berorientasi pada waktu dengan menganalisis kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk dikerjakan. Sehingga pada penerapannya aplikasi ini akan membantu tim kreatif media dan informasi untuk mengetahui pekerjaan mana yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu dan tepat waktu. The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Presentation of information in this system includes lecturer data input, input of research proposal, dedication proposal input, print decision letter and report data input.

the implementation of digital reports in improving the quality of educational services at the Bright Education tutoring institution in Kisaran. The method used is a descriptive approach by examining the utilization of digital systems in the students’ academic reporting process. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital reports is able to enhance transparency, administrative efficiency, and learning effectiveness. Through this system, data such as attendance, practice scores, evaluation results, and students’ learning progress can be well documented and accessed by various parties, including administrators, tutors, students, and parents. The implementation of the program at Bright Education Tutoring Institution has shown positive results and provided a significant impact on improving the quality of educational services. After the implementation of mentoring programs and the utilization of digital reports, the institution experienced improvements in academic data management, learning administration, and monitoring of student development in a more effective and structured manner. The activities carried out at Bright Education Tutoring Institution have successfully supported the transformation of educational administration toward a more modern, effective, and efficient system, thereby improving the quality of educational services within the tutoring environment. Abstract: Digital report merupakan sistem pelaporan berbasis teknologi yang berfungsi untuk merekam, mengolah, dan menyajikan informasi perkembangan belajar siswa secara terstruktur dan real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan digital report dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan pada lembaga bimbingan belajar Bright Education Kisaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengkaji pemanfaatan sistem digital dalam proses pelaporan akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan digital report mampu meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi administrasi, serta efektivitas pembelajaran. Melalui sistem ini, data seperti kehadiran, nilai latihan, hasil evaluasi, dan progres pemahaman siswa dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik dan diakses oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk pengelola, tutor, siswa, dan orang tua. Pelaksanaan program pada mitra Bimbingan Belajar Bright Education menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Setelah diterapkannya program pendampingan dan pemanfaatan digital report, mitra mengalami peningkatan dalam pengelolaan data akademik, administrasi pembelajaran, serta monitoring perkembangan siswa secara lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Results indicate a significant capacity increase, evidenced by the formation of a women's business group, the launch of the local brand “Kopi Lubuk Malako,” and improved skills for 80% of participants. Key outcomes include enhanced household income, strengthened local economic institutions, and increased female independence in decision-making. Supported by local government and leaders, this program also facilitated business legality and halal certification. This study concludes that the CBR model is an effective and sustainable strategy for strengthening the household economy and fostering the empowerment of women in the agricultural sector.

Abstrak: Studi ini menggunakan model Penelitian Berbasis Komunitas (Community-Based Research/CBR) untuk memberdayakan petani kopi perempuan di Nagari Lubuk Malako, Solok Selatan, dengan mengatasi rendahnya literasi ekonomi dan terbatasnya akses pasar. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra aktif, penelitian ini menerapkan pelatihan pasca panen, literasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas yang signifikan, dibuktikan dengan pembentukan kelompok usaha perempuan, peluncuran merek lokal “Kopi Lubuk Malako,” dan peningkatan keterampilan bagi 80% peserta. Hasil utama meliputi peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga, penguatan lembaga ekonomi lokal, dan peningkatan kemandirian perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Didukung oleh pemerintah dan pemimpin lokal, program ini juga memfasilitasi legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa model CBR merupakan strategi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat ekonomi rumah tangga dan mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan di sektor pertanian.
