However, Australian chicken eggs are easily damaged and decreased in quality due to the entry of bacteria into the eggs. CV. Bintang Ternak selection of quality eggs is still done manually by employees, so there is a need for a new method in determining quality eggs. cv. Bintang Ternak has a sample of 90 Australian chicken eggs. The sample used is Australian chicken egg shell, in determining the quality of Australian chicken eggs can be seen from the condition of the egg shells. Planning in solving these problems will use the C4.5 algorithm method. With the application of the C4.5 algorithm method contained in the rapidminer5 application, there are several advantages to be gained, namely in making a simpler decision, shortening employee work, more flexibility in selecting class attributes, accuracy in predicting more effectively and efficiently and easy to understand with there are conclusions generated by the rapidminer5 application that can be seen from the decision tree or rules obtained using 90 samples of test data resulting in an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract: Telur Ayam Autralia merupakan salah satu bahan makanan hewani yang dikonsumsi selain daging, ikan dan susu. Telur ayam australia mengandung gizi yang tinggi, ketersediaan yang berkelanjutan, dan harga yang relatif lebih dibandingkan dengan telur lainnya sehingga menjadikan telur ayam australia sangat diminati oleh para konsumen. Namun, telur ayam australia mudah mengalami kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas akibat masuknya bakteri kedalam telur. CV. Bintang Ternak pemilihan telur yang berkualitas masih dilakukan secara manual oleh karyawan, sehigga perlu adanya metode terbaru dalam penentuan telur yang berkualitas. Cv. Bintang Ternak memiliki sampel telur ayam australia 90 butir. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kulit telur ayam australia, dalam menentukan kualitas telur ayam australia dapat dilihat dari kondisi kulit telurnya. Perencanaan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut akan menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5. Dengan adanya penerapan metode algoritma C4.5 yang terdapat pada aplikasi rapidminer5 maka ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapat diperoleh yaitu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan lebih sederhana, mempersingkat pekerja karyawan, lebih fleksibel dalam pemilihan atribut kelas, keakuratan dalam memprediksi lebih efektif dan efisien dan mudah dipahami dengan adanya kesimpulan yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi rapidminer5 yang dapat dilihat dari pohon keputusan atau rule yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan 90 sampel data uji memghasilkan akurasi sebesar 90%.

ing lifestyle patterns and obesity-related factors: K-Means, Agglomerative Clustering, and Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM). The data used in this study is sourced from the Food Nutrition dataset, which includes variables such as dietary habits, physical activity, and socio-economic status. The three clustering methods were assessed using evaluation metrics such as Silhouette Score, Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), and Calinski-Harabasz Index (CHI). The findings revealed that K-Means exhibited the best performance in terms of cluster separation with a Silhouette Score of 0.5559, while GMM showed better flexibility in handling more complex data. Although Agglomerative Clustering produced acceptable results, it had a higher overlap between clusters compared to the other methods. This study offers valuable insights into selecting the most appropriate clustering technique based on the data characteristics.

Abstrak: Obesitas menjadi masalah kesehatan yang semakin meningkat di seluruh dunia, dengan pola hidup yang tidak sehat berperan besar dalam perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tiga metode clustering dalam mengelompokkan pola gaya hidup dan faktor yang memengaruhi obesitas, yaitu K-Means, Agglomerative Clustering, dan Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM). Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari dataset Food Nutrition yang mencakup informasi terkait pola makan, aktivitas fisik, serta faktor sosial-ekonomi. Ketiga metode tersebut diuji dengan menggunakan beberapa metrik evaluasi, seperti Silhouette Score, Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), dan Calinski-Harabasz Index (CHI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K-Means memiliki kinerja terbaik dalam hal pemisahan klaster, dengan nilai Silhouette Score sebesar 0.5559, sementara GMM lebih fleksibel dalam menangani data yang lebih kompleks. Meskipun Agglomerative Clustering memberikan hasil yang dapat diterima, tumpang tindih antar klaster lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kedua metode lainnya. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pemilihan metode clustering yang tepat berdasarkan karakteristik data yang digunakan.

This company sells ± 1500 products a month, but also often faces shortages and stockpiles of product, which can reduce customer confidence and cause Ms. Glow Kisaran Original to experience financial losses, among others. Conversely, if the demand for skincare increases but the skincare supply cannot be prepared, this is a loss for the store and customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of the forecast, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smoothes past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on the latest data. The use of data from the last 12 months as reference data for past recording for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. The results of the study at Ms Glow Kisaran show the flexibility of the method in adapting to different sales dynamics. Overall, this research helps in predicting skincare sales predictions at the Ms Glow Kisaran Original Kisaran Store using the Single Exponentian Smoothing method, so that it can overcome the challenges in predicting sales figures.

Abstrak: Toko Ms Glow Kisaran Original merupakan salah satu perusahaan di bidang kecantikan yang menjual produk-produk skincare yang bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit wajah dan tubuh. Namun rangkaian Original Ms. Glow saat ini menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan yang ketat dan pengelolaan inventaris yang kurang efektif dalam hal angka penjualan. Perusahaan ini menjual ±1500 produk dalam sebulan, namun juga sering menghadapi kekurangan dan penumpukan stok produk, yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan menyebabkan Ms. Glow Kisaran Original mengalami kerugian finansial. Sebaliknya jika permintaan akan skincare meningkat namun persediaan skincare tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak toko dan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 bulan terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Hasil penelitian pada Ms Glow Kisaran menunjukkan fleksibilitas metode dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika penjualan yang berbeda. Secara keseluruhan, Penelitian ini membantu dalam meramalkan prediksi penjualan skincare di Toko Ms glow Kisaran Original Kisaran menggunakan metode Single Exponentian Smoothing, sehingga dapat mengatasi tantangan dalam memprediksi angka penjualan.

comprehensive framework for evaluating software quality. This study analyzes the implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in the SKEK UINSA application, a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to record extracurricular activities of UINSA students. With 100 respondents (lecturers, students, and alumni), the research employs a quantitative approach to examine both functional and non-functional aspects. The results show that functionality and usability aspects scored an average of 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, and additional factors (plus) 64%. Overall, the SKEK UINSA application demonstrates good quality in terms of functionality, ease of use, performance, and flexibility.

Abstrak: Analisis kualitas perangkat lunak penting untuk memastikan aplikasi andal, efisien, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Model FURPS+ (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability, plus) menawarkan kerangka komprehensif untuk evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) pada aplikasi SKEK UINSA, aplikasi semacam LMS (Learning Management System) untuk mencatat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mahasiswa UINSA. Dengan 100 responden (dosen, mahasiswa, dan alumni), penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengkaji aspek fungsional dan non-fungsional. Hasilnya, aspek functionality dan usability memiliki persentase rata-rata 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, dan faktor tambahan (plus) 64%. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi SKEK UINSA menunjukkan kualitas baik dalam fungsi, kemudahan penggunaan, kinerja, dan fleksibilitas.

In addition, the application of Agile methods in the application development process can provide the flexibility and adaptability needed to deal with frequent changes in requirements. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Therefore, the use of AngularJS with an Agile approach should be carefully considered by organizations wishing to develop successful web-based acceptance system applications.

Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat juga turut berkontribusi pada perkembangan teknologi komputer. Saat ini banyak perangkat listrik yang bekerja terintegrasi dengan sistem komputer. Hal ini tentunya akan sangat membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam mengoperasikan perangkat listrik tersebut. Salah satu penelitian yang sedang dikembangkan adalah tentang Smart Home. Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

Pada indikator fluency dan flexibility dengan kategori “sedang” dan pada indikator originality dan elaboration memiliki kategori “rendah”, kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatkan mencapai 80% dengan rata-rata 80,67. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.
