The Pkm forum will provide knowledge and skills to MSMEs members for producing attractive and effective visual content and utilizing AI technology in marketing strategies. In this community service, the methods used are socialization by delivering equipment, practising using AI technology and discussions. In this way, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase its competitiveness and market share for processed seafood products, as well as support the Batam City government program in developing the MSMEs sector. Through this service, it is hoped that marine processed MSMEs in the Riau Islands can optimize their business potential by utilizing AI technology and visual communication in marketing. This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi AI yang berkembang saat ini sangat membantu dalam mendukung kemajuan UMKM diberbagai bidang. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemasaran digital, diharapkan UMKM dapat bersaing secara global dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM serta meningkatkan ekspor produk olahan laut di wilayah Kepulauan Riau, khususnya di Kota Batam.

The East Selatpanjang Village has various MSMEs engaged in developing regional potentials made from sago, which is a typical plant of peatlands. This service activity was carried out at one of the MSMEs, namely Gerai Seroja. Community service activities were carried out by a team of lecturers and the East Selatpanjang Kukerta team in collaboration with the Kelurahan and the community to provide benefits through promotional activities for the area's superior products. The method used in this service is a qualitative method using the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) technique with assistance from the village administration and the local community.

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat diartikan sebagai proses berdayaguna yang dilakukan sehingga dapat mengubah masyarakat tertentu menjadi lebih baik kedepannya dengan kompetensi serta kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Selatpanjang Timur yang berlokasi pada Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Kelurahan Selatpanjang Timur memiliki berbagai UMKM yang bergerak untuk mengembangkan potensi daerah yang berbahan dasar sagu yang merupakan tanaman khas lahan gambut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada salah satu UMKM yaitu Gerai Seroja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan tim Kukerta Selatpanjang Timur yang bekerjasama dengan pihak Kelurahan serta masyarakat memberikan kemanfaatan dalam kegiatan promosi produk unggulan daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) dengan adanya bantuan dari pihak kelurahan dan masyarakat setempat.

These applications can be done in various ways including computerized systems that aim to improve the quality and quality of an application, the results provide solutions and make decisions for some organizational managers and PKK members who do not understand the use of computer applications and use computer applications for administration and documentation. Abstrak: Pembinaan pemanfaatan software aplikasi untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi ini bertujuan agar pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Center Kota Batam Kepri bisa memahami dan memanfaatkan software aplikasi tersebut dan mengetahui cara penggunaan software aplikasi di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan software application ini akan sangat dibutukan bagi pengurus Organisasi dan anggota PKK yang berminat untuk mempelajarinya. Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. Hasil dari pembinaan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Kepri sudah mengetahui cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan software application.

Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry.
