nforced by the influence of prosperity theology, which emphasizes material success, life comfort, and the absence of suffering as indicators of genuine faith. This situation raises a significant theological concern regarding how believers should properly understand and respond to suffering based on the testimony of Scripture. This study aims to examine the attitude that believers should adopt when facing suffering according to 1 Peter 4:12-19 and to elucidate the theological significance of suffering for the Christian life of faith. A qualitative approach employing a biblical–exegetical method is utilized to analyze the text through an examination of its historical, literary, and theological contexts. Data were collected through a literature review of the Bible, biblical commentaries, theological works, and relevant academic journal articles in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the theological message conveyed by the Apostle Peter. The findings indicate that suffering experienced by believers is neither unexpected nor contradictory to faith but rather an integral component of the calling to follow Christ. The Petrine epistle emphasizes that suffering functions as a means of refining faith, a form of participation in the sufferings of Christ, and an opportunity to glorify God through steadfast faithfulness. Believers are therefore called to respond to suffering with spiritual joy, perseverance in faith, and wholehearted trust in the faithful will of God. The study concludes that suffering possesses profound theological significance that shapes spiritual maturity and deepens one’s relationship with Christ. The novelty of this research lies in its reaffirmation of the biblical perspective on suffering as a constructive element of the Christian life, challenging the paradigm of prosperity theology while enriching pastoral understanding of faithful responses to suffering.

This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The analysis results show that from the market and marketing aspect, the company has demonstrated positive performance through the optimization of digital platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok, as well as strategic partnerships with contractors and property developers. Legally, the company is deemed feasible as it has fulfilled all business documents and licenses, including SIUP, NPWP, PKP, and tax compliance. In terms of human resources, a systematic organizational structure and professionally-based HR management indicate the company’s readiness to support business expansion. The environmental aspect also meets feasibility criteria, with evidence of standardized waste management systems and compliance with environmental regulations. From the financial perspective, the project is considered highly feasible based on financial indicators, namely a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 13.7 billion, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 32%, and a Payback Period of 5 years, which is below the project’s economic life of 8 years. The IFAS and EFAS analyses show significant internal strengths, while the SWOT matrix places the company in Quadrant I with an aggressive strategy (Strength–Opportunity). Based on the overall findings, the business development of CV. Subur Indah Pertama is declared feasible and has strong prospects for long-term growth.

llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

Abstrak: Pada penelitian di Kampus STIT Batu Bara, dimana peneliti harus memutuskan dan membandingkan kualitas calon yang satu dengan yang lain untuk menyeleksi para mahasiswa yang mengajukan diri untuk menjadi seorang calon yang akan berkesempatan untuk dipilih nanti. Dan terkadang timbulnya sikap memihak terhadap salah satu pencalon. Oleh karena itu, Suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam masalah di atas, peneliti menggunakan penyelesaian dengan logika fuzzy metode fuzzy sugeno. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa often has problems with stock availability due to the large number of product requests from consumers. Abstrak: PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa yang berlokasi di Hessa Air Genting, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara.Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan distribusi yang memiliki cakupan cukup luas di pulau Sumatera. PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa menjual produk utama Indofood salah satunya minyak goreng bimoli. Kendala yang dialami oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sering mengalami masalah ketersediaan stock barang dikarenakan banyaknya permintaan produk dari konsumen. Selain itu ada masa dimana terlalu banyaknya persediaan (over stock) yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan terlalu tingginya beban biaya guna menyimpan dan memelihara bahan selama penyimpanan di gudang padahal barang tersebut masih mempunyai opportunity cost (dana yang bisa ditanamankan / diinvestasikan pada hal yang lebih menguntungkan). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SMA dalam memecahkan masalah prediksi permintaan minyak goreng pada periode selanjutnya. Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem peramalan yang digunakan oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa dalam meramalkan permintaan Minyak Goreng tiap bulannya dan mengimplementasikan Metode Single Moving Average dalam meramalkan Permintaan Minyak Goreng khusunya minyak goreng Bimoli Pada PT. h the installation of lightning rods and education on bad weather conditions at sea. This activity was carried out in Segoro Tambak Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The participants in this activity are local fishermen who are members of the KUB Geronggong. The methods used in this activity include 1. Initial Survey; 2. Socialization; 3. Training Session; 4. Technology Application; and 5. Mentoring and Evaluation. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that the fishermen's level of understanding increasing by 8%. Based on the questionnaire results, the majority of fishermen gave positive feedback of this activity. In terms of program assessment, 71.4% of participants stated that the material provided was very easy to understand, and 82.1% of participants considered the speakers' delivery to be very clear. The opportunity to ask questions was also considered sufficient by 64.3% of participants, while in terms of satisfaction, 85.7% of participants stated that they were very happy to participate in this activity. All participants (100%) stated that this activity increased their knowledge, improved their preparedness for bad weather, and encouraged the application of knowledge in their daily lives.

Abstrak: Masih banyak nelayan tradisional di Indonesia yang penghasilannya turun di musim penghujan karena kendala cuaca buruk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan nelayan melalui pemasangan alat penangkal petir dan edukasi cuaca buruk saat melaut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Segoro Tambak, Kecataman Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Mitra dari kegiatan ini merupakan nelayan lokal yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Geronggong. Metode kegiatan meliputi 1.Survey Awal; 2.Sosialisasi; 3.Pelatihan; 4.Penerapan Teknologi; serta 5.Pendampingan dan Evaluasi. Dari hasil pre-test dan post-test didapati tingkat pemahaman nelayan meningkat sebesar 8%. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, mayoritas nelayan memberikan penilaian positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Pada aspek penilaian acara, sebanyak 71,4% peserta menyatakan materi yang diberikan sangat mudah dipahami, dan 82,1% peserta menilai penyampaian narasumber sangat jelas. Kesempatan bertanya juga dinilai sangat cukup oleh 64,3% peserta, sedangkan dari sisi kepuasan, 85,7% peserta menyatakan sangat senang mengikuti kegiatan ini. Seluruh peserta (100%) menyatakan kegiatan ini menambah pengetahuan, meningkatkan kesiapan menghadapi cuaca buruk, serta mendorong penerapan ilmu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.

Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.

One alternative to this design is using the Canva application, a tool that supports the learning process visually and helps train visual literacy skills students quickly and easily. The purpose of this service is for students to quickly and easily master using the Canva application for designing, while improving their business skills in the digital era. This service is carried out with the observation stage, followed by direct training/practice using the Canva application and directions to improve the quality of graphic design. Misalnya, desain grafis untuk pembuatan logo, toko online/olshop dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jualnya, begitu juga poster penjualan makanan dan lainnya, Salah satu alternatifnya design ini menggunakan aplikasi Canva, alat yang mendukung proses pembelajaran secara visual dan membantu melatih kemampuan literasi visual siswa dengan cepat dan mudah. Tujuan pengabdian ini agar siswa dapat dengan cepat dan mudah menguasai penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk mendesain, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan berbisnis di era digital. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan observasi, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan/praktek langsung dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva dan pengarahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas desain grafis. This activity was held at the Sangeh Village Perbekel Office, Badung Regency. This community service activity is aimed at the Krama Desa Adat, Yowana, and Pakis in Sangaeh Village, Badung Regency, which consists of 105 people. Counseling is provided through the method of activities carried out.
