subdistrict in data processing that is computerized as one way in making an institution decision.The target in this activity is the village apparatus in Buntu Pane sub-district which is approximately 25 people. Training in data processing is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with a question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of SPSS software as one of the media in data processing. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is stages of recognizing the existing tools in the software SPSS and know each function, while the method of practice to practice data processing based on information technology by processing a certain data. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of activities is expected to accelerate and facilitate the employees in decision making for the future.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk Tridarma perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki agar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane dalam pengolahan data yang bersifat komputerisasi sebagai salah satu cara dalam pengambilan keputusan sebuah instansi.Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane yang berjumlah lebih kurang 25 orang. Pelatihan dalam pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software SPSS sebagai salah satu media dalam pengolahan data. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software SPSS dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan pengolahan data berbasis teknologi informasi dengan mengolah sebuah data tertentu. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk masa yang akan datang.

and the design used in this research is cross sectional. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Samples were 112 people. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed with chi-square test. Results showed that knowledge OR; 2,918 95% Cl=(1,306-6,522), attitude OR; 2,293 95% Cl=(1,305-5,083), were knowledge and attitude are associated with self awareness in implementing health protocols.

the service quality specifically at the Tihu Village Office within Teluk Ambon Subdistrict, Ambon City. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman.
Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.
