indung diri (APD) berperan penting untuk mencegah hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi, sumber penyebab terjadi kecelakaan yang dominan adalah kecerobohan pekerja, konstruksi tidak aman, dan tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 31 sample pekerja yang memenuhi syarat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden patuh terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%), pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik 24 responden (77,4%) dan sikap responden baik sebesar 24 responden (77,4%). Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan sikap (p-value=0,02) terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam Tahun 2024. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peran dari semua pihak terkait seperti pihak perusahaan serta pekerja untuk meningkatkkan pengetahuan dan sikap serta menerapkan program-program K3 khususnya penggunaan APD agar tehindar dari kecelakaan akibat kerja atau kerugian yang tidak diharapkan.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). nalyze the relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research which is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 266 respondents (total sampling) with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that based on the results of the chi-square test, a value of p = 0.001 (<α = 0.05) was obtained, indicating that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Mount Maria Tomohon Hospital. As a suggestion for hospital leaders, especially for outpatient directors at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital, it is recommended to set health service standards, particularly for outpatients, to enhance their satisfaction.

eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

Data were collected using instruments measuring oral and dental health maintenance and a doctor’s diagnosis to determine the presence of periodontitis. Analisis was conducted using the Fisher exact Test (p-value = 0,000). The results indicate a significant relationship between oral and dental health maintenance and the incidence of periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients. Healthcare workers play a crucial role in educating on the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, including brushing teeth twice daily (morning after meals and before sleeping) and regularly visiting the dentist every six months.

The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The informants include citizens using public services, government officials, and community leaders.
The findings reveal a significant disparity in access and quality of services between urban and rural areas in Merauke. Residents in remote areas face various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, a shortage of healthcare workers and teachers, as well as geographical barriers that delay the fulfillment of their basic rights, particularly in healthcare, education, and civil administration services. The digitization of services is also uneven, as limited internet access in rural areas hampers licensing services.
Based on these findings, the study proposes a new theory, Geographically Adaptive Public Service, which emphasizes the importance of adapting public services to local geographical and socio-cultural conditions. This theory offers a more flexible and innovative approach to public service delivery in remote areas, aiming to ensure the equitable fulfillment of citizens' rights. In conclusion, service innovation and a more adaptive approach are needed to improve the quality of public services in Merauke Regency, particularly in reaching communities in hard-to-access areas.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity among reproductive-age women working at the Bondowoso District Health Office. A quantitative design with a correlational approach and cross-sectional method was employed, involving a population of 112 individuals and a sample of 53 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had normal stress levels, accounting for 25 individuals (47.2%), and normal menstrual cycles, accounting for 31 individuals (58.5%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity with a p-value < 0.05, indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. The findings confirm that stress levels are significantly associated with menstrual cycle regularity among working women. The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on female workers in a regional health institution with distinct workload characteristics, providing empirical contributions to the development of stress management interventions aimed at maintaining women’s reproductive health.

ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.
