Abstract:The background of this research is that there has not been a habit of using academic information systems by both lecturers and students, there are no educational staff from the field of computer science or informatics, and…
nd the limited budget they have. This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that academic information system planning refers to the blue print for the development, management and utilization of higher education information systems. The organization assigns a direct assistant to the Head of Academic and Student Affairs who is assisted by two operators, whose operational direction is based on a decree issued by the leadership which is fully managed by the Telecommunications Center. Coordination of academic information systems based on the participation and support of all parties. Control is carried out directly by the Chairman as the leader. The obstacles faced in general are that there is no budget available considering the need for the development of an Academic Information System that requires a large amount of money, the age of most of the lecturers is old so it is quite difficult to adapt to changes towards digital and the ability of lecturers to use information systems is still low. The solution is to encourage students and lecturers to want to get used to adapting and learning in the use of academic information systems

The most dominant factors that can be used in COVID-19 prevention are Perceived Severity with an OR value of 2.77 and Perceived Barriers with an OR value of 2.76. The Health Belief Model has a relationship and can cause behavioral changes in preventing the potential for COVID-19 in the elderly.
Abstract:The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the world economy, including in the food and agricultural sectors. A 1% decline in China's economic growth in 2020 could have an impact of around 0.3% on the economy…
nomy in Indonesia, and Aceh is no exception. Therefore, the creative economy stimulus is one of the most appropriate alternatives in overcoming the community's economic problems, by utilizing local commodities through innovation of tempeh powder broth as family food security in Purwodadi Village, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide the importance of creative economic education for coastal communities, especially for poor families towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemic. The method in this activity uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach and the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method. FGD is a process involving participants (local government, MSME actors and the community) where they exchange messages in a dialogical manner within the framework of a common understanding of the social situation. The results obtained in this activity are the existence of a local business development model based on tempeh innovation that can foster a spirit of independence to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in coastal communities towards family food security during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Abstract:Increased productivity in SMEs in terms of quality service delivery is crucial for economic growth and development. Most SMEs are bedevilled with destructive workplace deviant behaviour, particularly the incivility of owners/managers…
ners/managers and employees towards customers, which have different consequences for workplace performance parameters such as a decline in sales, low patronage, and by extension, weak gross domestic product contribution. Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.
Abstract:It is generally accepted that a teacher's perception of efficacy correlates with the quality of instruction they offer. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics that senior high school (SHS) mathematics…
tics teachers in Ghana's Ashanti Region regard as the most influential in influencing their confidence in their abilities to teach their subject. It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.
Abstract:The study aimed to determine the impact of social media language (also known as net language) on the formal writing skills of Mount Mary College of Education students. This study involved a total of 150 students, 60 of whom…
hom were males and 90 of whom were females, who were studying English language and French at the time of the study. The study employed a phenological research design, and a purposive sample technique was used to choose the thirty (30) participants that took part in it. The responses were mark quiz papers and group tasks, and the results were analysed. The study concluded that when people write individually, social media does have an impact on their formal writing. Students who work in groups, on the other hand, are not affected by this. Another finding of the survey was that respondents employ a wide range of social media lingo, including clipping, abbreviation, alphanumeric homophony, vowel deletion, graphone, and other slang terms, among other things. According to the results of the survey, most people type in social media or internet language when they communicate on social media to make it easier for them to communicate.
Abstract:This study aims to identify the dominant error patterns of students in geometry learning based on Newman's Error Analysis (NEA) and to examine their implications for readiness to understand Non-Euclidean Geometry. The method…
thod employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 10 empirical articles published between 2019 and 2026. Data were extracted based on the five stages of NEA — reading, comprehension, transformation, process skill, and encoding — and subsequently analyzed through narrative synthesis, percentage comparison, and descriptive effect size. The results indicate that comprehension errors and encoding errors are the most dominant categories, with the highest percentages of 56.92% and 50%, respectively, followed by transformation errors, which consistently fall within a moderate effect range (20–40%), while reading errors and process skill errors are classified as low. The primary causes of errors include weak understanding of geometric concepts, inability in spatial visualization, limited mathematical language, and lack of procedural precision. The findings contribute as a diagnostic foundation for designing more effective geometry learning, while simultaneously serving as a conceptual bridge toward higher-level geometry
Abstract:Newborns are a crucial transition period from life in the womb to life outside the womb. One important aspect of newborn care is hygienic and proper umbilical cord care, to prevent infections such as neonatal tetanus and…
accelerate the natural process of umbilical cord separation. Mothers' knowledge of umbilical cord care plays a crucial role in the success of such care. This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with babies aged 0–7 days regarding umbilical cord care at the Mitra Kerja Clinic of the Santa Elisabeth Health Sciences College in Medan. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a purposive sampling technique, with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed univariately. The results showed that most mothers had sufficient knowledge (50%), good (36.7%), and poor (13.3%). The majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (96.7%), <20 years (3.3%), primigravida (56.7%), multigravida (43.3%) and had a high school education (70%), bachelor's degree (16.7%), and diploma (13.3%). Conclusion: Most mothers have sufficient knowledge about umbilical cord care. It is recommended that clinics conduct regular outreach sessions to improve mothers' understanding, and that further research be conducted by adding variables such as occupation and source of information
Abstract:This study aims to Test Wastewater Quality Using the Mpn (Most Probable Number) Method to Detect Total COLIFORM Bacteria. This study uses laboratory analysis, which aims to provide an overview of the microbiological quality…
ity of wastewater based on the presence and number of Coliform bacteria. The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021
Abstract:This study aims to examine the application of the High-Low method, Scatterplot, and Least Squares in cost analysis, particularly in separating fixed and variable cost behavior. The research uses a library research approach…
ch by collecting and reviewing literature from textbooks, journals, and official publications related to cost estimation and cost behavior modeling. The findings indicate that the High-Low method is simple because it uses only the highest and lowest activity levels, but its accuracy is limited due to reliance on extreme data points. The Scatterplot method provides a visual representation of the relationship between cost and activity, helping identify patterns and potential outliers; however, its results may vary due to subjective judgment in determining the cost line. Meanwhile, the Least Squares method is considered the most accurate because it utilizes all available data to produce the best-fit regression line, although it requires more complex calculations and statistical understanding. Overall, the selection of the most suitable method depends on the objective of the analysis, data availability, and the level of accuracy required
