Abstract:Hybrid Power Plants (PLTH) are power plants consisting of PLTS with wind turbines. The Bayu Baru PLTH must be regularly evaluated because the PLTH components are susceptible to damage. This evaluation aims to ensure that…
electrical energy continuity is maintained. PLTH performance can be measured through the performance of each generation component. The performance of PLTH solar panels and wind turbines can be measured from the output power of these components. With HOMER software simulation, you can calculate the economic level of a hybrid generating system based on the lowest NPC value. Simulation results with HOMER software show that the most economical generating components in PLTH are wind turbines with a capacity of 5kW and 2.5kW based on LCOE values of $0.190 and $0.171/kWh.
Abstract:Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance in induction motor 3 phase is one of the equipment that is highly used to support the various processes. In general, induction motors are used to rotate…
ate pumps, blowers or compressors. Maintenance is a combination of various action taken to maintain an asset and repairs that is always in a ready to use condition to carry out productivity effectively and efficiently in accordance with standards. To improve the performance of the generator in the PLTU, and maintain the working performance of the motor routine maintenance needs to be carried out. Motor maintenance is one of the most important things to increase the reliability of the production process in an industry. In various industrial activities which are full of exciting processes, motor motors are one of the equipment or tools that are highly used to support these various processes. In large industries, induction motor, are the main control for driving other equipment.
Abstract:The Caesarean section (C-section) rate increased steadily in the past two decades in Indonesia. People have a common belief that cesarean delivery is less painful, and safer than vaginal delivery. Risk factors for maternal…
al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

e authentic assessment offers various advantages that should not be taken for granted. This study aimed at investigating, 1) the assessment practice in the classroom, 2) the effectiveness of authentic assessment practice for assessing writing skill, and 3) the challenges of the practice. This study was a descriptive case study. The population of the study encompassed 31 learners in grade-5 elementary school. The instruments used for collecting the data were field notes yielded from classroom observation, transcript interview, and related documents. The result of the study performed that (1) the teacher employs several types of assessment, yet authentic assessment is the most preferrable in the practice, (2) the authentic assessment practice in the classroom is effectively depicting learners’ actual competence, comprising real-world relevance, and encouraging evaluation, and (3) the teacher encounters the challenging experience in designing acceptable assessment for learners with diverse level of English competence and the sufficient time, as well. In summary, this study has torched a light on the practice of authentic assessment in originally realizing the function of assessment. The different school setting, teaching experiences, learners’ language proficiency skills, and classroom environment might bring about a distinct result.

Abstract:Risk management is an important aspect of an organization's decision-making strategy to manage uncertainty and identify opportunities in a complex business environment. This research aims to investigate the implementation…
n of risk management in the context of strategic decision making, with a focus on the process of risk identification, risk evaluation, mitigation strategies, and their impact on achieving organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main methodology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizational leaders and analysis of documents related to risk management. The analysis steps include risk identification, risk evaluation using impact and probability assessment methods, as well as risk mitigation strategies applied in strategic decision making. The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.
Abstract:This study examines the implementation of the Local Tax on Certain Goods and Services (PBJT) in hotels in Bogor Regency and its impact on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) after Law No. 1 of 2022. Using a quantitative approach…
oach based on Edward III’s model, the study analyzes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data from 684 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results show PBJT significantly increases PAD (R²: 71.7%–76.0%; p < 0.001), with bureaucratic structure and resources as the most influential factors. However, challenges remain, including unclear communication, limited resources, and low taxpayer compliance. Strengthening institutional capacity, improving coordination, and enhancing taxpayer compliance are recommended to optimize PAD.
Abstract:Rooted in the differences in educational orientation between senior high schools (academic) and vocational high schools (vocational), there is a need for different approaches to guidance and counseling (BK) management. A…
systematic literature review was conducted to analyze the differences in the implementation of BK management in senior high schools and vocational high schools and to formulate a more responsive management model. The results of the study show that even though the same management framework (planning, organizing, acting, controlling) is used, the implementation of BK management at both levels of education is still not fully adaptive to the characteristics of each orientation. The most significant gap lies in the functions of evaluation and accountability. At the high school level, although the evaluation process is often simple and focuses on administrative output, this practice is still considered to be in line with its academic orientation. However, at the vocational school level, the evaluation function is not only technically weak but also irrelevant to the vocational orientation. This condition shows that BK management in Indonesia needs to be strengthened so that it is truly adaptive to the academic needs of high school students and the vocational needs of vocational school students.
