This study analyzes the application of work discipline sanctions for employee violations at PT. Pouchen Indonesia and their conformity with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. It employs empirical legal research with a juridical-empirical approach through observation, interviews, and library research. The findings show that the most frequent violations include tardiness, unexcused absence, non-compliance with SOP and PPE use, and other minor repeated violations. The causes include distance from residence, lack of understanding of regulations, low disciplinary awareness, and uneven supervision. The company applies sanctions progressively, from verbal warning, Warning Letters I, II, III, to Termination of Employment as the final step, always preceded by recording, clarification, and the right of defense. The application conforms to Articles 108, 111, 151 paragraph (1), and 161 of Law No. 13 of 2003, with no unlawful wage deductions or arbitrary sanctions found. Thus, the disciplinary sanction system at PT. Pouchen Indonesia reflects the principles of legal certainty, justice, and protection of workers' rights.
Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas.
This study examines the legal responsibility of a director who uses personal assets to fulfill a company’s severance payment obligations, particularly from the perspective of Article 1338 of the Indonesian Civil Code and Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. This study aims to analyze the validity of an agreement involving the use of a director’s personal assets and to determine the legal basis of the director’s responsibility for the payment of employee compensation. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through deductive reasoning. The findings indicate that an agreement in which a director voluntarily undertakes to use personal assets to secure or fulfill the company’s severance obligations may be legally binding as long as it satisfies the requirements for a valid agreement under Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The director’s personal liability arises from the contractual relationship voluntarily established, rather than automatically from the director’s position as a corporate organ. The use of personal assets also does not eliminate the separate legal entity principle between the company and the director. These findings emphasize the importance of clear contractual arrangements in providing legal certainty for the fulfillment of severance obligations.
This study examines the normative firewall deficit in safety-data protection within Indonesian pilot education and develops the concept of Double Burden Vulnerability (DBV) for pre-licence cadets. A socio-legal design was employed, weighted toward doctrinal analysis of ICAO Annex 19 Third Edition, Law Number 1 of 2009 on Aviation, Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Penal Code, Minister of Transportation Regulation PM 2 of 2026, and the institutional Safety Management System Manual, supported by semi-structured interviews with 14 informants. Thirteen transcripts were coded in NVivo through two cycles, while one legal-expert interview was used for doctrinal validation. The findings show that Article 359 of the Aviation Law provides a firewall only for investigation records concerning accidents and serious incidents, whereas Article 584(1) of the 2023 Penal Code criminalises ordinary negligence without requiring a victim. Cadets’ uncertain legal status recurs across international, national, and institutional rules and manifests socially as fear of reporting, quiescent silence, seniority-based filtering, and conditional anonymity. Reform requires a higher culpability threshold, operational reporter protection, and explicit recognition of cadets as protected reporting subjects.
Abstract:External evidence can make retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) more informative, yet retrieved passages also provide a path for adversarial instructions to enter the model context. We examine that path in an English-Indonesian…
onesian RAG system and track cross-lingual indirect prompt injection separately at retrieval, reranking, and generation. The experiment starts from 75 semantic items and evaluates every item in eight query/body/payload language combinations, for 600 paired trials. Qwen3-Embedding-0.6B and BGE-M3 produce top-20 candidate sets, BGE-reranker-v2-m3 reduces each set to five documents, and Qwen3-0.6B answers from the resulting context with either a standard prompt or an explicit trust-boundary prompt. Statistical uncertainty is estimated by resampling semantic items, and paired binary outcomes are modeled with generalized estimating equations. Poison documents reached the top 20 in 80.50% of Qwen trials and 37.67% of BGE-M3 trials (odds ratio 6.94, 95% CI 4.53-10.63). Top-five exposure was 18.50% and 16.17%, respectively. Standard end-to-end attack success was 6.33% for Qwen and 6.00% for BGE-M3; boundary-aware prompting lowered both rates to 1.33%, with no canary false positives. The results indicate that multilingual RAG security depends on several linked stages rather than generation alone.
This study aims to analyze the market development strategy implemented to overcome the stagnation of tourist visits (under 50,000 visitors per year) caused by market saturation at the religious tourism object of the Jesus Statue Buntu Burake in Tana Toraja. The religious tourism industry in Indonesia has great potential, yet many destinations face challenges in maintaining and increasing visitor numbers due to increasingly intense competition and changing consumer behavior. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of tourism site managers (Tourism Office) and tourists selected purposively. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the current market development strategy is still in a transitional phase and has not operated optimally. Destination promotion is still heavily dominated by organic content (digital word-of-mouth) voluntarily uploaded by visitors on visual social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, while official paid advertisements and strategic partnerships with large-scale travel agencies remain highly limited. Furthermore, the study identifies a gap between the core attraction, which is rated highly satisfying, and the quality of supporting service infrastructure that still requires standardization, including road accessibility, toilet cleanliness, availability of trash bins, and the lack of Muslim-friendly facilities, particularly the certainty of halal culinary options. This study concludes that the market development strategy requires shifting from a passive promotion approach to a structured paid digital marketing campaign, expanding geographical and demographic market segments, and upgrading operational facilities to create sustainable visitor satisfaction.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the financial management strategies implemented by a local property and real estate company in facing conditions of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA). The study employed…
a qualitative approach with a single-case study design at PT RBP in Tuban Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with nine informants at strategic, managerial, and operational levels, supported by observation and company documentation. Data were analyzed thematically with the assistance of NVivo, and validity was assessed through source and method triangulation. The findings show that PT RBP implements an adaptive-conservative financial management strategy oriented toward cash-flow stability while maintaining the ability to respond to changes in the business environment. The strategy is realized through the use of internal capital, cash-flow control, phased development, cost monitoring, customer screening, transaction flexibility, and diversification of banks and suppliers. The strategy is reinforced by cross-functional communication and an adaptive organizational culture. The findings indicate that the combination of financial prudence and adaptive capability constitutes an important mechanism for maintaining project continuity, financial stability, and operational resilience amid VUCA pressures.
Abstract:The increasing use of electric vehicles in Indonesia is a step in the framework of transforming the transportation system to be more environmentally friendly to achieve the Net Zero Emission target of 2060. However, the…
increasing use of electric vehicles is not only due to technical and policy changes, but also communication efforts. This study attempts to analyze the sustainability communication strategy used by the TikTok account @eos_indonesia in providing education related to electric vehicles. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, These methods consist of digital participatory observation and documentation, The data collection is an analysis of the TikTok account @eos_indonesia content data that will be taken with a time span of April 2025 - June 2026 according to the classification that has been made, the data collected includes: video content (visual, audio and narrative). and content analysis has stages, starting from determining the unit of information, data sampling, recoding or recoding data (coding), grouping based on certain categories until finally interpreting the meaning contained in the message content. The research results show that sustainability communication strategies are carried out through five approaches: providing environmental education, reducing the complexity of electric vehicle technology, storytelling based on user experience, digital visual persuasion, and combining economic and environmental benefits in every communication message. This study contributes to the field of digital communication and sustainability communication by demonstrating the potential effectiveness of social media as a public education platform towards green transportation transformation in Indonesia.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation of islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase of classic Vespa motorcycles at Garage Scooter krangkeng, Indramayu Regency, trough the perspective of Sharia Economic…
nomic Law. As part of sociological phenomenon and contemporary automotive creative economy, transactions of used motorcycles with high historical value are often faced with technical information asymmetry between business actors and consumers. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. Primary data were collected directly from the field through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, while secondary data were obtaied through participatory observastion and-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, national regulitions. The result of the study indicate thet transaction practices at Garage Scooter Kangkeng are carried out through a direct sale and purchase scheme (bal’ musawamah) and an indent system for ordering modification restorations. Business actors have implemened basic islamic business ethics values such as honesty (shiddiq0, trustworthiness, transparancy, and reponsibility for product qualit. However, crucial loopholes are still found in the form of weak black and white doumentation (written contracts), which opens up the potential fo uncertainty (gharar) and manipulation of minor information (tadlis)related to detalled machine specifacitions and the accuracy of restoration times. Viewed form Shari Economic La, the validity of The pillar and conditions of commodity objects requires strengthening after-sales technical tansparancy through written instruments (al-kitabah) to uphold the principle of mutual consent (an-tardhin) and the right to choose (khiyar al-‘aib) in order to achieve tru benefit (maslahah).
Abstract:Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) branding has become increasingly important in strengthening stakeholder relationships and corporate legitimacy, particularly in emerging economies characterized by institutional…
l uncertainty and diverse stakeholder expectations. However, limited studies have comparatively examined how ESG branding and communication strategies differ between business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) firms and how these differences affect relationship outcomes. This study aims to analyze the distinctions between B2B and B2C ESG communication strategies in emerging economies and their implications for stakeholder trust, loyalty, and long-term business relationships. This study employed a systematic literature review approach using evidence retrieved from the Elicit database integrating Semantic Scholar and OpenAlex sources. From an initial pool of 1,000 studies, 10 empirical articles published between 2020 and 2026 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings reveal that B2B ESG strategies primarily emphasize governance structures, third-party ESG ratings, and verifiable sustainability metrics to strengthen interorganizational trust and reduce relational risk. In contrast, B2C ESG strategies rely more heavily on emotional storytelling, sustainability narratives, influencer engagement, and digital interaction mechanisms that enhance consumer identification, brand credibility, and loyalty. The study further demonstrates that ESG pillar salience is strongly shaped by institutional and cultural contexts rather than business model orientation alone. This study contributes to ESG and relationship marketing literature by developing a comparative framework explaining how ESG communication strategies shape stakeholder relationships across B2B and B2C environments in emerging economies.
Abstract:This study explored how cost structure, land productivity, and price efficiency shape the income of micro scale shallot farmers in Brebes Regency based on farmers' reported financial experiences and informants' financial…
narratives. Using an exploratory qualitative approach, data were collected from five shallot farmers, one agricultural extension officer, and one farmer group leader through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis supported by source and technique triangulation. The findings show that reported income is highly vulnerable to variable production costs, particularly labor, seed, and pesticides. Land productivity is closely related to land ownership status and farming scale, while price efficiency is constrained by farmers' weak bargaining position and dependence on intermediaries. Farmers apply adaptive strategies such as delaying sales, drying harvested shallots, and converting part of the harvest into seed stock. However, these strategies are limited by liquidity needs, storage capacity, product quality, and market uncertainty. The study concludes that improving farmers' income stability requires integrated cost control, asset productivity, price information access, post-harvest support, and stronger farmer institutions.
