The population in this study were all VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau-Pulau Batu, totaling 25 people, because the population was small, namely only 25 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 25 people. This study used a quantitative method with SMART PLS software data processing. The method of collecting data as a result of the study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 answer options. The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality. (X) with Spiritual Formation (Y) but not significant.

Judging from the results of the t test, it is very clear that the tcount of the morale variable is 3.181 greater than the Ftable of 1.692 with a possible t of 0.003 which means it is more significant by 0.05 on the morale variable. the variable of job satisfaction is seen from the variable of work enthusiasm. on the work climate variable, a tcount of 4.363 is greater than a ttable of 1.692 with a probability of sig 0.000 which is imperfect with the furthest level of importance reaching 0.05, so that the work climate variable is more or less visible than the work spirit variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained means 0.441, this figure indicates that 44.1% of morale (reliable variable) can be explained by job satisfaction and work climate.

Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (field research), data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dengan mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU) dari Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (KPI) serta Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, yang didukung oleh teknik dokumentasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan perspektif fungsi manajemen (planning, actuating, controlling, dan evaluating) serta teori Uses and Gratifications. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dakwah digital di media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube) bertumpu pada perencanaan konten yang visual, estetis, dan berbasis tren (planning), serta gaya penyampaian materi yang persuasif, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap problem psikologis harian remaja seperti kesehatan mental dan self-love (actuating). Namun, ekosistem digital juga membawa tantangan berat berupa hoaks keagamaan, distorsi informasi, dan disorientasi kredibilitas pendakwah demi viralitas belaka. Oleh karena itu, penguatan fungsi pengawasan (controlling) melalui pencantuman referensi dalil yang sahih serta evaluasi dampak perilaku nyata (evaluating) menjadi pilar krusial untuk mentransformasi media sosial menjadi ruang edukasi Islam yang solutif dan berkelanjutan bagi karakter generasi muda.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2025. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 19 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kecemasan sebelum diberikan terapi yaitu 27,42, rata-rata kecemasan sesudah diberikan terapi yaitu 18,42. Hasil uji statistik paired sample t-test diperoleh p-value 0,000. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada Pengaruh Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) Terhadap Kecemasan pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik di Ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Tk. Berdasarkan data dari SKI 2023 kasus gagal ginjal kronis sebanyak 638.178 kasus di Indonesia dan di wilayah Sumatera Barat sebesar 0,23%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) yang menjalani hemodialisa di RS TK. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Metode Penelitian yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RS TK. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 100 pasien. Data dikumpulkan selama 6 hari yaitu tanggal 16-21 April 2025 menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui hasil kurang dari separuh sebesar 42 (42,0%) responden termasuk dalam kecemasan kategori sedang, lebih dari separuh 61 (61,0%) responden termasuk dalam kualitas tidur kategori buruk. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur dengan p-value-0,000 (<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien chronic kidney disease (CKD) yang menjalani hemodialisa di RS TK. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap aspek psikologis pasien dan melakukan intervensi nonfarmakologis seperti terapi spiritual untuk membantu menenangkan kecemasan dan meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien menjadi lebih baik.

The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.
