a. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Perjanjian Kerja Sama berfungsi sebagai instrumen kolaborasi riset dan inovasi di Pusat Riset Mikrobiologi Terapan, BRIN. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terbatas, serta telaah regulasi, dokumen kerja sama, laporan monitoring, dan rekapitulasi kerja sama 2022-2026. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Perjanjian Kerja Sama telah bergeser dari kewajiban legal-administratif menjadi akselerator inovasi, tercermin dari sekitar 70 perjanjian aktif, 50% kemitraan industri, tujuh perjanjian lisensi, kasus hilirisasi Xanthan Gum, dan capaian dana eksternal Rp1,758 miliar pada triwulan I 2026. Implementasi didukung jejaring peneliti yang bersifat bottom-up, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, berbagi sumber daya, serta sistem SILARI dan SIBAHRI. Hambatan utama meliputi perbedaan aturan hukum, keterbatasan transparansi pelacakan dokumen, kekurangan tenaga teknis, antrean alat, keterbatasan pembiayaan mitra, dan risiko cuaca. Kontribusi penelitian terletak pada pemaknaan Perjanjian Kerja Sama sebagai arena mikro-administratif tempat kelincahan riset dan kepatuhan hukum dinegosiasikan.

Melalui pendekatan deskriptif-analitis terhadap literatur linguistik Arab klasik dan kontemporer, kajian ini menemukan bahwa perbedaan satu harakat (vokal pendek) dalam i'rab al-Qur'an dapat mengubah makna secara fundamental, bahkan berimplikasi pada ranah hukum fikih, akidah, dan teologi. Selain itu, riset ini membuktikan bahwa para ulama nahwu generasi awal—termasuk Imam Sibawaihi yang menggunakan 60% ayat al-Qur'an sebagai syawahid (bukti) dalam kitab al-Kitab-nya—merumuskan kaidah grammatikal berdasarkan korpus Qur'ani sebagai otoritas tertinggi bahasa Arab. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah rendahnya pemahaman mengenai prinsip dasar penyusunan kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel, meskipun telah terbiasa menggunakan platform survei daring. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom yang dikemas dalam bentuk ceramah interaktif, diskusi, serta evaluasi contoh kuesioner. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, kriteria kuesioner yang baik, langkah-langkah penyusunan pernyataan, serta aspek etika pengumpulan data. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai proses penyusunan kuesioner, struktur instrumen, teknik penulisan pernyataan, dan kemampuan mengevaluasi kualitas butir pertanyaan. Siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendukung penguatan budaya riset sejak jenjang pendidikan menengah serta menjadi model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis daring yang efektif untuk menjembatani kebutuhan praktis siswa dengan keilmuan di perguruan tinggi.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

The results of the activity showed that the tool can help IoT-based systems maintain stable fermentation temperatures, improve dough quality consistency, and increase production efficiency. This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.
