Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian kualitatif yang pengambilan datanya bersumber dari data penumpang yang mengalami Kehilangan bagasi pada saat tiba di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya. Sumber kedua berasal dari penggalian sumber data melalui wawancara secara semi terstruktur kepada narasumber Supervisor unit Lost and Found dan Staff unit Lost and Found. Selain itu, data dalam penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan observasi dan dokumentasi berupa pengambilan gambar yang bertujuan sebagai penguat data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa prosedur penanganan dari Bagasi Hilang yang dilakukan oleh unit Lost And Found adalah memeriksa serta mencari data dari bagasi penumpang ke dalam PIR (Property Irregularity Report) rangkap 3 (putih, merah, dan hijau) yang kemudian ditanda-tangani oleh penumpang serta staf dari unit Lost And Found. Jika ditemukan atau terdapat kasus yang menyatakan penumpang berhak mengajukan kompensasi atas kerusakan bagasi yang didapatkan. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.

n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". Based on the results, the experimenter recommends that the teacher use two manuals in the teaching-literacy process because two books meet the criteria of a good book.

of English into Indonesian translation in a folksong entitled The Wellerman. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In addition, this research combined with purposive sampling technique. Nababan translation quality assessment framework was used to investigate the accuracy and acceptability of the folksong. The whole The Wellerman’s lyrics consist of 28 lines which was then assessed by the raters in terms of its accuracy and acceptability. The raters were 2 translators and 1 writer. The raters were purposely chosen to conduct reliable results of the accuracy and acceptability. This study found the average score of the accuracy was 2. 35 with 198 total scores and the average score of the acceptability was 2.48 with 209 total scores. The result indicates that the translation was relatively accurate and acceptable for the raters. However, it needs further improvement to maintain the context of the source text (ST) in the target text (TT) to reach an accuracy and acceptability in The Wellerman folksong. This study implied that it is crucial to maintain the imagery, narration, and the context of folksong translation.
