This descriptive study aims to describe the management of learning carried out by teachers in implementing direct learning models with the Kumon method, student activities during the learning process, student learning outcomes after the learning is implemented and student responses to learning and carried out at SMAN-1 Krian with the subjects of the study being students of class XI IPA 6 and mathematics teachers of class XI IPA 6. The results of the study are that the management of learning carried out by teachers is included in the good criteria, namely with a score of 3.03, student activities that are desired during the learning process other than irrelevant activities appear with a percentage of 90.09% with the dominant activity being listening / paying attention to the teacher's explanation, student learning outcomes in this study are out of 34 students, 31 students completed and 3 students did not complete. Classically, students completed with a percentage of 91.18%, the students' response to this learning was positive, namely out of 34 students, 75% expressed a positive response to the learning.

The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. itional assessment methods, which are often subjective, time-consuming, and inconsistent. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-based assessment system in improving the accuracy and efficiency of practical skill evaluation. The methodology involves a quasi-experimental design, comparing an experimental group using the AI system with a control group using traditional methods. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that the AI system achieved an accuracy rate of 89%, significantly higher than the traditional method's 75%. Additionally, 85% of teachers and 90% of students expressed positive perceptions of the AI system. The study concludes that AI-based technology has the potential to transform practical skill assessment by providing objective, real-time feedback. This research contributes to the field of educational technology by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of AI in primary education, particularly in Islamic-based schools. Recommendations include teacher training and infrastructure improvements to support broader implementation.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Human Resource Development Strategy of the Indonesian Army through the Human Capital Approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. (5) Improving transparency and efficiency through information and communication technology, keeping soldiers' focus on the main task of defense. By adopting a human capital approach, the Army is expected to improve the quality and capability of soldiers, so that they are ready to face future challenges and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

ach with research subjects being PAI teachers, madrasah principals, and sixth-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that PAI teachers' strategies in increasing student learning interest were carried out through the use of varied learning methods such as discussions, questions and answers, demonstrations, direct practice, educational games, and storytelling methods. Teachers also used learning media such as videos, images, posters, and presentation slides to attract students' attention. These strategies were proven to be able to increase student interest, activeness, and motivation in learning. In addition, PAI learning strategies also improved student learning achievement in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Students became more understanding of the material, demonstrated better behavior, and were able to practice worship correctly. Supporting factors for the research include a religious school environment, support for learning facilities, and parental cooperation, while the obstacles faced include differences in student abilities, lack of learning motivation, and limited learning media.

This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers integrate the values of faith, morals, worship, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and love of the homeland in the learning process. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on increasing love for the homeland, tolerance, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and responsibility among students.
