Increasing the creativity and productivity of the people of Babakan Village who face several obstacles in strengthening the fish cultivation population, including the dry season causing drought, this has an impact on the development of fish cultivation, the outreach and training by the Babakan Village Government for fish cultivation groups regarding their potential, the cultivator community has not been maximized. Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. There is no research that focuses on the role of the Village Head in empowering community business groups, especially in Pangandaran Regency, so it is urgent in this research to find solutions to solve the problems that occur.

Universal Islamic values such as moderation, humanity, justice, deliberation, public benefit, unity, honesty, discipline, and tolerance are the basis for the development of various systems in Indonesia. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Method used in this research is descriptive with kualitatif aproach method with interviews, observation and literature studies to collect data and use simple analysis. The results found that many collections in the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum were unkempt and dusty. The preventive conservation carried out so far has only been less than optimal in terms of cleaning. The lack of available resources is also a factor in preventing preventive conservation efforts from running well.

This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of all residents of the Astapada Indah III housing complex was 68 and the sample was 58 people using incidental sampling technique. The independent variables are product, price, promotion, place and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The research instruments used questionnaires, data processing using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research showed that product and location had a significant effect on housing consumer satisfaction, while price and promotion had no effect on consumer satisfaction. However, simultaneously product, price, promotion and location all influence consumer behavior simultaneously by 79.4%.

There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, wawancara yang digunakan yakni wawancara semi terstruktur. Wawancara semi terstruktur mengacu pada inti bahasan yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti untuk semua responden dalam penelitian. Hasil, a) Siswa SMP memililki beberapa masalah pribadi yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial yang meliputi: kepercayaan diri rendah dan memiliki kecenderungan memilih kelompok pertemanan. Di sekolah lain ditemukan masalah terkait keluarga, dimana siswa berasal dari keluarga yang broken home. Selanjutnya di SMP terakhir ditemukan masalah terkait kurangnya kemampuan bersosialisasi pada siswa. b). Siswa SMA memiliki beberapa masalah yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial meliputi, gaya berpacaran yang kurang pantas, siswa dengan kasus broken home, dan masalah pengaturan emosi.
