idelines. Attendance at STMIK Amik Riau is done manually, where students are called one by one and then the lecturer changes the attendance data in SIMDOS. This method is of course very inefficient, and takes a long time. Apart from that, this manual process is prone to fraud where students can make absences. Therefore, this research proposes a QR-Code based student attendance mobile application prototype at STMIK Amik Riau using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The results of the research are in the form of a prototype or user interface design for the student attendance mobile application. It is hoped that this prototype can help programmers to build QR-Code based student attendance mobile applications.

Abstrak: Kehadiran atau presensi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses perkuliahan. Presensi juga merupakan salah satu elemen nilai akhir mahasiswa setiap mata kuliah yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan panduan akademik suatu perguruan tinggi. Presensi di STMIK Amik Riau dilakukan secara manual, dimana mahasiswa dipanggil satu per satu lalu dosen merubah data presensi yang ada pada SIMDOS. Cara ini tentunya sangat tidak efisien, dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Selain itu proses manual ini rentan terjadi kecurangan dimana mahasiswa dapat melakukan titip absen. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengusulkan prototype aplikasi mobile presensi mahasiswa berbasis QR-Code di STMIK Amik Riau menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Hasil dari penelitian berupa prototype atau rancangan user interface aplikasi mobile presensi mahasiswa. Diharapkan prototype ini dapat membantu programmer untuk membangun aplikasi mobile presensi mahasiswa berbasis QR-Code.

This study aims to apply the codeigniter framework to the attendance system that uses QR Code at the Communication and Information Office of South Labuhanbatu Regency. The system development applies the Waterfall method, and the design uses the UML modeling language. This system is designed to make the attendance process effective for employees at the Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan office. From the results of the study, it was found that the codeigniter framework can be applied to an attendance system that uses a QR Code with a more efficient program code processing process.

Abstrak: Absensi merupakan bukti kehadiran dari suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan. Sistem absensi pada kantor Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan saat ini masih manual yaitu dengan menandatangani formulir absensi. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah yakni; kesalahan penginputan data, manipulasi absensi, proses rekapitulasi yang tidak efisien, serta pemborosan dalam penggunaan kertas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan framework codeigniter pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Waterfall, dan perancangan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membuat efektif proses absensi kehadiran karyawan pada kantor Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa framework codeigniter dapat diterapkan pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code dengan proses pengerjaan kode program yang lebih efisien.

Meanwhile, most attendance systems currently use conventional methods, namely printing attendance forms and participants taking notes on the form. After completion of the event, it is recorded in an electronic storage and the original sheet is archived. Meanwhile, universities and schools are required to be sensitive to technology so that they are not out of date. So the researchers proposed a presence system based on Scan Id QR Code based on Restful Web Service technology with the following process: (i) Schedule 1 time in advance; (ii) attendance by scanning the QR-Code ID to a scanner; (iii) Attendance monitoring. This proposed technology can be used for multi-platform and multi-event, so that to use this presence system, each agency can list its activities and its members. And as a member, you can do attendance by just scanning the QR-Code Id you have into a scanner. The development of this system uses the web engineering method because this method is appropriate for developing this system. So that the system is deemed capable of trimming the administration of the committee and minimizing the problem of data fraud and corruption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pada dunia pendidikan dan instansi merupakan dokumen yang wajib didokumentasikan yang dapat digunakan sebagai laporan kegiatan ke pimpinan. Salah satu dokumentasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi presensi kehadiran karena presensi kehadiran terkadang sangat sensitif karena mempengaruhi prasyarat kegiatan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hampir besar sistem presensi saat ini menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu cetak formulir presensi dan peserta mencatat di formulir tersebut. Setelah selesai acara, dicatat di penyimpanan elektronik dan lembar aslinya diarsipkan. Sedangkan universitas dan sekolah dituntut peka terhadap teknologi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan sistem presensi berbasis dengan Scan Id qr-code berbasis teknologi Restful Web Service dengan proses sebagai berikut: (i) Jadwal 1 kali diawal; (ii) Presensi dengan cara scan Id qr-code ke mesin scanner; (iii) Pemantauan kehadiran. Teknologi yang diusulkan ini dapat digunakan untuk multi platform dan multi event, sehingga untuk menggunakan sistem presensi ini, setiap instansi dapat membuat daftar kegiatan dan anggotanya masing-masing. Serta sebagai anggota dapat melakukan presensi hanya melakukan scan Id qr-code yang dimiliki ke mesin scanner. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode tersebut tepat untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sehingga sistem tersebut dirasa mampu memangkas administrasi panitia dan memperkecil permasalahan kecurangan dan rusaknya data.

Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.
