dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literasi digital sebagai strategi pencegahan cyberbullying pada remaja dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap penelitian tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Cyberbullying, yang kerap terjadi secara verbal, dipengaruhi anonimitas pelaku dan rendahnya literasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dapat meningkatkan kesadaran, pengendalian diri, pemahaman privasi, serta empati siswa dalam berinteraksi di dunia digital. Dukungan psikososial dari keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat juga menjadi kunci dalam mencegah cyberbullying. Therefore, in this study, a design for an automatic water pump on an Arduino Uno-based boat will be made, which functions as a tool to remove puddles in the hull of the boat due to leakage. This tool is able to discharge water on the boat automatically when the water level entering the hull of the boat has exceeded the maximum height limit until the water level is within the tolerance limit which is considered safe and does not interfere with sailing. This tool works automatically using the WLC sensor (water level control) as a tool to monitor the water level, and the Arduino Uno system as a component to run the program by switching the pump. This tool can minimize the occurrence of shipwreck accidents due to boat hull leaks and human error. This system is still applied in the form of a prototype.

Abstrak: Pembuangan air pada kapal tradisional saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan adanya campur tangan manusia, berbeda dengan kapal-kapal komersil yang sudah memiliki sistem ballast. Hal ini tentunya akan menjadi permasalahan bagi para pengguna kapal yang dapat mengganggu pelayaran mereka. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu perancangan pompa air otomatis pada kapal berbasis Arduino Uno, yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk membuang genangan air dalam lambung kapal akibat kebocoran. Alat ini mampu melakukan pembuangan air pada kapal secara otomatis pada saat ketinggian air yang masuk kedalam lambung kapal telah melampaui batas ketinggian maksimal sampai ketinggian air tersebut berada pada batas toleransi yang dianggap aman dan tidak mengganggu pelayaran. Alat ini bekerja dengan otomatis menggunakan sensor WLC (water level control) sebagai alat untuk memantau ketinggian airnya, dan sistem Arduino Uno sebagai komponen untuk menjalankan program dengan melakukan switching pada pompa. Low public awareness of animal protein consumption, limited knowledge of processing and value, and suboptimal utilization of local food resources in South Lampung mean that most fisheries and livestock products are still sold fresh. Lecturers in the Agricultural Technology Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, conducted outreach and training on the handling and processing of fisheries and livestock products to broaden the horizons of agricultural representatives in South Lampung Regency. The program included outreach and training on the importance of animal protein, selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients, and implementing hygiene principles in the production process. Participants also learned skills in meatball making, packaging, and proper storage. This program is expected to enhance the community's thinking skills, creativity, and skills, increase animal protein consumption, and boost community income by processing local food sources into superior products that are characteristic of South Lampung Regency.

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu kontributor utama bagi ekonomi lokal. Namun faktanya, melimpahnya sumber daya tersebut tidak menjadikan asupan protein hewani masyarakat sekitarnya tercukupi dengan baik. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi protein hewani, terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan nilai tambah, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal di Lampung Selatan menyebabkan sampai saat ini kebanyakan hasil perikanan dan peternakan masih dijual dalam bentuk segar. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai penanganan hingga pengolahan hasil perikanan dan peternakan dilakukan oleh Dosen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, untuk membuka wawasan bagi perwakilan usaha tani di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya protein hewani, pemilihan bahan baku yang baik dan segar, serta proses produksi yang menerapkan prinsip higienitas. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat bakso, proses pengemasan, dan penyimpanan yang baik. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan angka konsumsi protein hewani, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sumber pangan lokal menjadi produk unggulan dan ciri khas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices. Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang.

In this community service, the methods used are socialization by delivering equipment, practising using AI technology and discussions. In this way, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase its competitiveness and market share for processed seafood products, as well as support the Batam City government program in developing the MSMEs sector. Through this service, it is hoped that marine processed MSMEs in the Riau Islands can optimize their business potential by utilizing AI technology and visual communication in marketing. This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.

Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. cially in community empowerment in optimizing the 3M Plus PSN through the 1 House 1 Jumantik Movement (G1R1J) which aims to increase ABJ >95% at the family level. It is known that the results of the G1R1J trial in Gheoghoma village can increase ABJ by 84.7%. In connection with this, one of the efforts made is to empower posyandu cadres through Community Service activities. The methods used were training, post-training assistance and advocacy. The implementation time was three months in Gheoghoma village, North Ende sub-district, Ende Regency.Conclusion: this community service contributed to increasing the knowledge of posyadu cadres about G1R1J by 60%, with good knowledge criteria. This human resource potential continues to be maintained so that the community service team provides assistance for a certain period of time before finally releasing the cadres to be able to independently act as G1R1J motivators. The activity ended by advocating to the Head of Gheoghoma Village.

Abstrak: Persoalan penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) bukan hanya menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat tetapi juga menjadi beban ekonomi. Kasus yang terus meningkat baik secara global, nasional maupun local menuntut peran berbagai pihak terutama dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengoptimalkan PSN 3M Plus melalui Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Jumantik (G1R1J) yang bertujuan meningkatkan ABJ >95% di level keluarga. Diketahui bahwa hasil ujicoba G1R1J di desa Gheoghoma dapat meningkatkan ABJ sebesar 84,7%. Sehubungan dengan itu salah satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberdayakan kader posyandu melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Metoda yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan pasca pelatihan dan advokasi. Waktu pelaksanaan tiga bulan di desa Gheoghoma Kecamatan Ende Utara Kabupaten Ende.Simpulan: pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyadu tentang G1R1J sebesr 60%, dengan kriteria pengetahuan baik. Potensi SDM ini terus dipertahankan sehingga tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan pendampingan untuk jangka waktu tertentu sebelum akhirnya melepaskan para kader mampu secara mandiri berperan sebagai motivator G1R1J. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan melakukan advokasi kepada Kepala Desa Gheoghoma.

f students’ ability to apply vocabularies (mufradat) in form of sentences (jumlah) based on the direct survey to students at the first preliminary research. Therefore, this training was focused to improve the speaking skill (maharah) of the students through Snowball Throwing model by utilizing the origami papers. The method of conducting the training was mix methods (intiqodiiyya) namely combination of speech delivery method or lecturing (ilqoiyyah) and direct method (mubasyarah). The program was carried out within one day and was followed by 27 female students. Some steps were done at implementing this program comprising opening, core agenda, evaluaton, giving reward and closing. The results showed that students’ ability increase very well where they could express simple sentence (jumlah) with related given materials and were actively practicing Arabic orally in front of the classroom by turn.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara (Maharah Kalam) siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre Medan. Alasan dipilihnya Madrasah ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan kosa kata (Mufrodat) dalam bentuk kalimat (Jumlah), hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survey berbicara langsung dengan siswa pada kunjungan awal, oleh sebab itu pelatihan ini difokuskan untuk peningkatan kemampuan maharah kalam siswa melalui melalui Model Snowball Throwing dengan pemamnfaatan media kertas origami. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Campuran (Intiqoiyyah) yaitu gabungan antara metode Ceramah (Ilqoiyyah) dan metode Langsung (Mubasyarah). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu hari dan diikuti oleh 27 siswi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup . Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengungkapkan kalimat (Jumlah) sederhana terkait materi yang disampaikan serta keaktifan mereka dalam praktek berbicara bahasa arab di depan kelas secara bergantian.

The use of technology-based media is considered to provide significant benefits for both teachers and students in the process of teaching and learning activities. In this context, the education system in vocational schools should explore the potential resources or potential available around the school environment, which are relevant to the demands of the world of work. In an effort to prepare student graduates who are superior and ready to work and are able to compete in the job market, there needs to be preparation in improving the hard skills and soft skills of mature students. This service activity aims to provide assistance and training to Karya Utama Vocational School students through the use of Multimedia Technology as additional skills. The method in this activity applies training and observation to students. As a result of this activity, 85% of students were able to create simple animations using Macromedia Flash software.
