SISTEM INFORMASI IT-HELPDESK UNIVERSITAS LABUHANBATU BERBASIS WEB

Abstract: Abstract: The reporting system for the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities in the Labuhanbatu University Campus still uses a simple method. As a result, the Head of the Communication Center,… Technicians and Users of ICT facilities have difficulty in dealing with problems that arise. The purpose of this research is to build a more effective and efficient problem reporting system. The system built is a Web-based IT-Helpdesk Information System by implementing a Ticketing System. The method used in developing this system is the System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. While the modeling language used in the design is Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing is done by applying the Blackbox Testing method. After going through the implementation and testing stages, the IT-Helpdesk system can work more effectively and efficiently in responding to problem reports sent by users. With the IT-Helpdesk, Admins and Users can track the process of working on the problem until it is finished. Admin is also facilitated in documenting reports, both in the form of a diagram display, or in the form of a document file that can be downloaded.             Keywords: blackbox testing; IT-helpdesk; information system; ticketing system; UML     Abstrak: Sistem pelaporan masalah penggunaan fasilitas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Labuhanbatu masih menggunakan cara sederhana. Akibatnya, Kepala Puskom, Teknisi dan Pengguna fasilitias TIK mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani masalah yang muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem pelaporan masalah yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dibangun adalah Sistem Informasi IT-Helpdesk berbasis Web dengan menerapkan Ticketing System. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah System Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall. Sedangkan bahasa pemodelan yang digunakan pada perancangan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Blackbox Testing. Setelah melalui tahapan implementasi dan pengujian, sistem IT-Helpdesk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien dalam merespons laporan masalah yang dikirim oleh User. Dengan adanya IT-Helpdesk, Admin dan User dapat melakukan tracking terhadap proses pengerjaan masalah sampai selesai. Admin juga dimudahkan dalam mendokumentasikan laporan, baik dalam bentuk tampilan diagram, maupun dalam bentuk file dokumen yang dapat diunduh.   Kata kunci: blackbox testing; IT-helpdesk; sistem informasi; ticketing system; UML        

Innovation And Regulation: Legal Challenges In Indonesia In Responding To The Development Of Generative Artificial Intelligences

Abstract: Penelitian ini menganalisis tantangan hukum dalam menyeimbangkan inovasi Generative AI (GenAI) dan kebutuhan regulasi di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi celah regulasi, dampak sektoral, serta merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan… berbasis prinsip keadilan dan keberlanjutan. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis.  Studi mengidentifikasi tiga tantangan utama: (1) Regulasi yang tidak adaptif, di mana UU ITE, PDP, dan Hak Cipta gagal mengatur aspek krusial GenAI seperti status hukum output AI, bias algoritma, dan penggunaan data pelatihan; (2) Ambang akuntabilitas yang ambigu, menyulitkan penentuan pihak bertanggung jawab atas konten ilegal atau disinformasi berbasis AI; serta (3) Dampak sektoral tidak terantisipasi, termasuk risiko hallucination di sektor keuangan, plagiarisme pendidikan, dan disrupsi tenaga kerja kreatif. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup regulasi berbasis risiko, amandemen UU Hak Cipta untuk ciptaan AI, kolaborasi multistakeholder, dan regulatory sandbox untuk inovasi terkendali.

Abstract: Cybercrime has become a serious challenge in the digital age, requiring a dynamic legal approach to respond to this threat. This study aims to investigate legal developments in the application of criminal sanctions against… st cybercrimes. Through a critical analysis of various cases and regulatory developments, this study will explore the effectiveness of criminal sanctions applied in tackling cybercrime. This research method includes comparative law analysis, case studies, and interviews with criminal law experts. Research findings will include the evolution of the concept of cybercrime, the legal challenges faced in enforcing criminal sanctions, and the impact of the application of criminal law on cybersecurity levels The results of this study are expected to provide in-depth insight into the progress of criminal law in responding to cybercrime, as well as provide a basis for further improvement and development in the relevant legal framework. The practical implications of this research are expected to help authorities, legal professionals, and academics in understanding the dynamics of criminal law related to cybercrime, so as to formulate policies that are more effective and responsive to evolving cybersecurity threats.

Analysis of the Impact of Fiscal Policy on Economic Growth in Indonesia

Abstract: This research investigates the impact of fiscal policy on economic growth in Indonesia. The study was carried out by analyzing the implementation of public expenditure policies, tax reforms and subsidies implemented by the… he government in several time periods. Macroeconomic data such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation rate, investment and household consumption are used to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal policy in responding to domestic and global economic conditions. The findings show that fiscal policy has a significant impact on economic growth, particularly through increasing infrastructure investment and tax incentives for the private sector. However, challenges such as transparent public budget management and long-term policy consistency need to be addressed to maximize the contribution of fiscal policy to inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Policy recommendations include expanding infrastructure investment, further tax reform to increase efficiency, as well as improvements in public budget management. The implication of this research for national economic policy is the importance of maintaining policy consistency and improving inter-institutional coordination to achieve the goal of sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

Change Management PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero) Dealing with A Strategic Environment in The Vuca Era

PT PAL Indonesia (Persero)… ro) is a strategic industry that produces the main tools of the Indonesian defense system, especially for the marine dimension. It also needs to have strategies in dealing with the strategic environment in the VUCA Era. The purpose of this study is to analyze how change management is carried out by PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) in dealing with the Strategic Environment in the VUCA Era. The method of writing scientific articles is using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of Literature Studies and Library Research. The results of the study explain that the Maritime Industry Transformation 4. 0 is PT PAL Indonesia's effort in responding to VUCA's challenge to increase the company's business competition. PT PAL Indonesia's HR management through increasing core capability and people competency is an important capital in realizing Maritime Industry Transformation 4.0.
