s made the need for chili higher in Indonesia while chili is used in various fields such as medicine, cooking spices, and the food industry. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada para petani cabai mengenai alternatif pemilihan bibit cabai unggul.

The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

Maka dari itu untuk mengetahui harga dan kualitas kelapa dengan menggunakan metode weighted product merupakan metode penyelesaian dengan menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai atribut, dimana nilai harus dipangkatkan terlebih dahulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan.Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) pada pendukung keputusan, kemudian diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem yang menentukan tingkat kepentingan pada setiap kriteria yaitu harga dan bobot Sumber pengetahuan sistem di peroleh dengan mengumpulkan data-data dan informasi.Dengan adanya aplikasi ini mampu membantu masyarakat untuk menentukan kualitas kelapa kepada para pembeli kelapa dan petani.

K-Means Clustering is a data mining technique that aims to group data into a data subset. The grouping of data on Umroh pilgrims is conducted to find out the interest groups of pilgrims based on age. This study categorizes pilgrim data into three clusters, which are very popular, in high demand and less desirable. Attributes used in processing data include gender, age, and congregation package. Before the data calculation process is carried out, the data transformation process is carried out before data calculation process. Based on data calculations that have been done through the RapidMiner software, the members of the group were very interested, ranging in age from 56 to 83 years, interested groups ranging in age from 29 to 55 years and the group was less interested with an age range 2 to 22 years from 170 records.

Abstrak: Perjalanan wisata religi khususnya untuk ibadah haji dan umroh semakin diminati masyarakat. Auliya Tour & Travel yang bergerak pada bidang biro perjalanan memiliki data jamaah yang beragam sehingga kumpulan data tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk menemukan pengetahuan yang baru sebagai strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknik Data Mining. Data Mining merupakan salah satu proses dari KDD yang fungsi salah satunya untuk pengelompokan. K-Means Clustering merupakan salah satu teknik Data Mining yang bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan data ke dalam subset data. Pengelompokan data jamaah umroh dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelompok minat jamaah berdasarkan usia. Penelitian ini mengelompokkan data jamaah menjadi tiga cluster yaitu sangat diminati, diminati dan kurang diminati. Atribut yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, dan paket jamaah. Sebelum proses perhitungan data dilakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan proses transformasi data. Berdasarkan perhitungan data yang telah dilakukan melalui software RapidMiner diperoleh anggota kelompok sangat diminati dari rentang usia mulai 56 sampai 83 tahun, kelompok diminati dengan rentang usia mulai 29 sampai 55 tahun dan kelompok kurang diminati mulai usia 2 sampai 22 tahun dari 170 record.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana yang sangat penting untuk menambah wawasan dan keilmuan setiap orang. Pada umumnya data transaksi peminjaman buku yang ada pada sebuah perpustakaan hanya dibiarkan saja menumpuk oleh pihak perpustakaan di dalam database tanpa ada pemanfaatan atau pengolahan lebih lanjut dari data-data yang telah lama tersimpan tersebut. Dengan melakukan pemanfaatan menggunakan Teknik Data Mining metode association rules dengan FP-Growth, data-data tersebut akan jadi sangat bermanfaat. Karena dari data peminjaman buku pada perpustakaan tersebut dapat diggali informasi baru tentang buku-buku apa yang sering dipinjam dan mengetahui pola hubungan antara buku yang telah dipinjam secara bersama-sama sehingga nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan penyusunan buku sesuai dengan pola peminjaman buku yang ada sehingga dapat mempermudah para pengunjung perpustakaan dalam proses pencarian buku.

Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.
