Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice.

It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

The main ingredient used is the Moringa plant, which is known in many countries to overcome malnutrition because it is rich in nutrients, obtained easily, and affordable. The activity program is hoped to support the government's efforts in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Maskuning Wetan Village.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah hingga saat ini karena berpengaruh pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu daerah yang masih menjadi sasaran penanganan stunting adalah Desa Maskuning Wetan, Kecamatan Pujer, Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur dengan kasus stunting sebanyak 14,36%. Pola makan termasuk jenis makanan berperan penting dalam penanganan stunting. Sebagian besar ibu di daerah tersebut masih banyak yang belum mengetahui cara pengolahan makanan sehat. Oleh karena itu, pada program pengabdian ini dilakukan beberapa langkah penanganan stunting terkait pengolahan makanan sehat berupa kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Bahan utama yang digunakan adalah tanaman kelor yang telah dikenal di berbagai negara untuk mengatasi malnutrisi karena kaya akan kandungan nutrisi, mudah diperoleh, dan terjangkau. Dengan adanya program kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Desa Maskuning Wetan.

This service activity aims to provide training for NAM Al-Mulk Vocational School students in making solid soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Solid soap is made by adding seaweed extract which has a multitude of benefits, one of which is to help moisturize the skin and treat irritation. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and direct practice during training. The results of the service received a good response from the participants based on the questionnaire results after the training, 75% of the training participants were satisfied with the soap-making training with the addition of seaweed extract because it met the participants' expectations. The results of ANOVA with Sig support this. equal to 0.000 < 0.05, it means that there is a difference in the average understanding of service participants before and after being given training in making solid soap with seaweed extract.

Abstrak: Sekolah SMK NAM Al-Mulk merupakan salah satu sekolah SMK yang berbasis islam. Di sekolah ini terdapat pembelajaran mengenai pembuatan produk tepat guna yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran wirausaha. Namun, masih belum ada edukasi pembuatan pruduk yang bisa dijadikan sebagai objek berwirausaha yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari yang bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bagi siswa SMK NAM Al-Mulk dalam pembuatan sabun padat yang aman bagi kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan. Sabun padat yang dibuat dengan menambahkan ekstrak rumput laut yang memiliki segudang manfaat salah satunya untuk membantu melembabkan kulit dan mengatasi iritasi. Metode yang digunakan yakni ceramah, diskusi dan melakukan praktek langsung saat pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari peserta berdasarkan hasil kuesioner setelah pelatihan sebesar 75% yaitu peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dengan penambahan ekstrak rumput laut karena sesuai dengan harapan peserta. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil ANOVA dengan Sig. sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 maka dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pemahaman peserta pengabdi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun padat dengan ekstrak rumput laut.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggali potensi lokal, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki oleh UMKM Desa Petanang, serta merumuskan pesan branding yang kuat, UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya tarik mereka. Dengan menerapkan elemen branding seperti logo, slogan, dan desain kemasan yang mencerminkan budaya dan kualitas produk mereka, UMKM dapat membangun identitas bisnis yang lebih kuat. Dengan menerapkan strategi branding yang sesuai, UMKM Desa Petanang dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka, menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, dan memperluas pangsa pasar mereka. The solution to the problem provided is by offering donations for production equipment and some training. The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.

Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon†di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.
