Abstract: Prota (Annual Program) and Promes (Semester Program) are important documents in the world of Indonesian education. They are structured learning plans that guide teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities during… uring the school year. This article aims to understand and describe the design of annual programs and semester programs, apart from that, this article can be a reference for teachers in creating annual programs and semester programs. This research uses the library research method, namely by reviewing various literature related to Prota and Promes, such as books, scientific journals and online articles. A good Prota and Promes design must contain several important elements, including: Learning objectives: Formulate the objectives to be achieved in the learning program. Basic competencies: Determine the basic competencies that will be taught. Time allocation: Determine the time allocation for each basic competency. Learning activities: Designing interesting and effective learning activities. Assessment: Determine the assessment method to be used.

Abstract: Nowadays, we are often disturbed by the behavior of children, especially middle school age teenagers. Because we find a lot of news that teenagers shouldn't do. Even though the aim of National education is to create complete… lete humans, that is, humans who have knowledge and insight who are responsible for the continued development of this developing nation, so to achieve this goal, in order to form good quality students or students as resources In the future this needs to be paid attention to and prepared to answer these expectations. Creating adequate school conditions to fully develop students' abilities is the key. So, in order to realize the founder's ideals, it is necessary to draft regulations. The descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. From the research results, in this case it was found that the role of teachers in implementing school rules and regulations has a big impact in strengthening students' character, seen from how teachers act, and becomes a benchmark for students at school. Teachers need to be Ushwah or examples so that students can strengthen the character they have. As for the implementation of the rules and regulations, the disciplinary commission section carries out Socialization, Commitment and Enforcement, Imposing Sanctions, Evaluation and Improvement, and Continuity.

Freedom of Speech as a Pillar of Equality in Indonesia in The Context of Constitutional Law

Abstract: The important role of freedom of expression as a basis for equality, especially within the framework of constitutional law, is very important in Indonesia. This research uses normative juridical qualitative methods to obtain… tain a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects that regulate freedom of expression in the country. Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.

Evaluation of English Teaching Material for Senior High School

Abstract: In Surakarta, English teachers use manuals to guide scholars and collaborate in the literacy process, and use it as a tonal resource to gain rich input into literacy. In order to improve the quality of English teaching in… n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether  two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English  used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". Based on the results, the experimenter recommends that the teacher use two manuals in the teaching-literacy process because two books meet the criteria of a good book.

KONSEP AL-QUR’AN DALAM MENDIDIK EMOTIOANAL QUOTIENT (EQ)

Abstract: Experts in distributing Emotioanal quotient contained in humans through various studies and research. but it turns out that the Qur'an has already discussed emotions which basically emotions can lead to good things as well… ll as bad. If the intelligence tends to have badness, it will be disastrous for human life, so it can be seen that human control is very important and very necessary for humans. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of emotional and psychological problems that do not escape the process of transferring knowledge in the realm of education which can affect the crisis of exemplary as a figure in terms of education, the Qur'an, will be felt to be a solution that is able to provide one-one solution in the world of education today. This type of research is a library study (library research) analysing the interpretation of the Qur'an related to verses about emotions and psychology in educating children. Furthermore, in obtaining data carried out by investigating various literature earlier using the content analysis method, this study concludes that the internalisation of al-Qur'anic values on emotioanal quotient and psychology can produce al-insan al-kamil conditions, that one way to deal with the test is to manage the emotions of patience (Patience), shukr (Gratitude), Taubah (Repentance), Khusnul Khuluq (Good Character), Muraqabah (Self Awareness), Tawakkul (Trust in Allah), Istighfar (Seeking Forgiveness).

PENANGGULANGAN PATOLOGI BIROKRASI DI KANTOR KECAMATAN LAPPARIAJA KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract: The conclusion of this study indicates that the implementation of offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office has proceeded adequately. Evaluation of offensive strategy indicators, such as the approach… among colleagues, shows a significant improvement. Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Literature Study on the Role of E-Budgeting in Increasing APBD Transparency

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual behavior in the implementation of e-government and the implementation of e-budgeting to support the principle of transparency of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure… enditure Budget (APBD) and achieve good governance. E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.

The Impact of the Implementation of Financial Accounting Standards on the Quality of Financial Reports in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) on the quality of financial statements in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Quality financial reports are very… ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.

The Implementation of Certain Goods and Services Tax (PBJT) Policy on Hotel Services on Local Original Revenue (PAD) in Bogor Regency

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of the Local Tax on Certain Goods and Services (PBJT) in hotels in Bogor Regency and its impact on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) after Law No. 1 of 2022. Using a quantitative approach&#8230; oach based on Edward III’s model, the study analyzes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data from 684 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results show PBJT significantly increases PAD (R²: 71.7%–76.0%; p < 0.001), with bureaucratic structure and resources as the most influential factors. However, challenges remain, including unclear communication, limited resources, and low taxpayer compliance. Strengthening institutional capacity, improving coordination, and enhancing taxpayer compliance are recommended to optimize PAD.

Controlled Speaking Practices of Senior High School Students at SMA TA’MIRIYAH

Abstract: This paper discussed the result of Controlled Speaking Practices of Senior Students at SMA. This teaching technique had a big contribution to improve accuracy and fluency in speaking. The study aimed to investigate the strengths&#8230; trengths and weaknesses of Controlled Speaking Practices and it was also to find whether Controlled Speaking Practices is effective in improving the speaking skill of senior students or not. The study took place at SMA TA’MIRIYAH Surabaya. The school carried out Controlled Speaking Practices in conversation class in the first grade of senior high school students. Qualitative descriptive approach and observation were applied in this study. The writer used recording and field notes as the techniques in conducting observation. The writer analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of controlled speaking practice which were according to three aspects: the result of practicing the task, how the teacher conducted the task, and the way students’ talk in the class. From the data analysis, Controlled Speaking Practices also can indicate that this is the right technique to improve the students’ speaking skill. The researcher concluded that Controlled Speaking Practices might be a tool of practice speaking English which can assist the students to achieve good speaking English.
