Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah partisipatif dan diskusi interaktif, dengan evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test. Sebelumnya dilakukan need assessment kepada 37 karyawan melalui Google Form untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan komunikasi yang ada. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 33 partisipan dari berbagai departemen, dengan materi meliputi konsep komunikasi interpersonal, Johari Window, dan kepribadian tangguh. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test (M = 2,85) dan post-test (M = 7,73), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terkait komunikasi interpersonal. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung terciptanya kolaborasi kerja yang lebih harmonis, efisien, dan berorientasi pada produktivitas.

The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. Through an exploratory approach within qualitative research, this manuscript underscores structuralism as a way to identify aspects of literature regarding training of writing couplets. Couplet is a work that pays attention to pouring imaginations from the authors’ mind towards a structured sense of lyrical poem. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. ar respons siswa dapat ditelaah secara mendalam tanpa adanya perlakuan atau manipulasi terhadap variabel penelitian. Sebanyak 30 siswa kelas VIII dijadikan subjek melalui teknik purposive sampling, dan 6 di antaranya dipilih untuk sesi wawancara semi terstruktur yang mewakili tiga tingkat kemampuan akademik, yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes diagnostik tertulis, wawancara yang direkam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan triangulasi metode untuk menjaga keterpercayaan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 46,67% siswa melakukan setidaknya satu kesalahan dalam mengidentifikasi sisi kubus, 63,33% siswa melakukan kesalahan terkait rusuk, dan 36,67% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi titik sudut secara tepat. Tiga kategori kesalahan yang dominan teridentifikasi, yaitu kesalahan konsep berupa kekeliruan mengidentifikasi unsur geometris, kesalahan visualisasi yang berkaitan dengan kesalahan membaca representasi tiga dimensi, dan kesalahan prosedural dalam menghitung komponen geometris secara sistematis. Faktor penyebab meliputi dimensi internal, terutama lemahnya pemahaman konsep dan rendahnya kemampuan penalaran spasial, serta dimensi eksternal seperti minimnya media pembelajaran dan dominasi strategi mengajar berbasis ceramah. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran geometri bangun ruang yang lebih eksploratif, konstruktivis, dan berbasis media di jenjang SMP.
This study investigates the types and underlying causes of errors made by eighth-grade junior high school students when identifying the faces, edges, and vertices of a cube. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed to examine students' responses in depth without manipulating any research variables. Thirty students from the eighth grade were selected through purposive sampling, and six of them participated in semi-structured interview sessions representing three levels of academic ability: high, moderate, and low. Data were gathered using written diagnostic tests, audio-recorded interviews, and documentation. Analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with methodological triangulation applied to ensure the trustworthiness of findings. Results indicated that 46.67% of students committed at least one error in identifying cube faces, 63.33% made errors related to edges, and 36.67% had difficulty identifying vertices correctly. Three dominant error categories were identified: conceptual errors, visualization errors, and procedural errors. Causal factors encompassed internal dimensions, particularly weak conceptual understanding and limited spatial reasoning ability, and external dimensions, including insufficient instructional media and lecture-based teaching strategies.

This study proposes an interactive visual approach utilizing projection mapping technology through Resolume Arena software to create an immersive educational stage performance. The animated visuals are narratively designed to enhance audience understanding of the 3R concept. The simulation results indicate that this approach has strong potential to improve audience engagement and information retention across diverse age groups.

Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.
