Therefore, evaluation of the process of preparing financial and tax reports at accounting services firms becomes relevant to ensure the quality, accuracy and compliance of these reports. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of preparing financial and tax reports in accounting services offices. This includes analysis of existing processes, use of technology in preparing reports, and understanding taxes. In this way, it is hoped that areas where improvements are needed to improve service quality and compliance with applicable regulations can be identified. This data was collected through literature reviews and interviews with accounting practitioners and analysis of related documents. Apart from that, direct observation of the report preparation process was also carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding. The research results show that although many accounting firms have implemented best practices in preparing financial and tax reports, there are still several areas where improvements can be made. This includes increased use of technology to increase efficiency and increased collaboration between accounting teams and clients to ensure better compliance. By implementing the recommendations resulting from this research, it is hoped that accounting services firms can improve the services they provide and ensure better compliance with accounting and tax standards

ater control and responsibility in organizing and directing their own learning. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.

Depresi merupakan kondisi emosional yang biasanya ditandai dengan kesedihan yang amat sangat, perasaan tidak berarti dan bersalah (menarik diri, tidak dapat tidur, kehilangan selera, minat dalam aktivitas sehari-hari). Metode ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih dalam tentang aspek-aspek psikologis dan emosional yang terkandung dalam teks penderita depresi. Pendekatan TF-IDF memungkinkan kita untuk menilai tingkat pentingnya kata-kata dalam konteks depresi, dengan memberikan bobot lebih tinggi pada kata-kata yang jarang muncul namun signifikan dalam menggambarkan kondisi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan kumpulan data yang luas dan beragam untuk meningkatkan keberagaman dan representasi informasi mengenai depresi. Hasil analisis TF-IDF dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang faktor-faktor risiko, gejala, dan pengelolaan depresi. Informasi yang dihasilkan dari teknik ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan strategi intervensi yang lebih efektif dan personalisasi perawatan bagi individu yang mengalami depresi. Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencatatan transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran dalam buku harian. Penerapan tersebut telah mencerminkan nilai amanah, kejujuran, transparansi, dan prinsip maqashid syariah, khususnya hifz al-mal (perlindungan harta). Potensi penerapan prinsip syariah terlihat dari adanya pencatatan transaksi yang dapat ditelusuri sehingga mendukung akuntabilitas usaha. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa belum tersusunnya laporan keuangan formal, keterbatasan pemahaman akuntansi, serta belum adanya pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis syariah pada UMKM sektor pangan.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the national economy and require accountable financial management through an Accounting Information System (AIS). This study aims to analyze the implementation of a Sharia-based Accounting Information System in the sales activities of a tofu manufacturing MSME in Tegalgusi Village, Jember Regency, and to identify the potential and challenges of applying Sharia accounting principles in supporting business accountability. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the accounting information system is still implemented manually through the recording of cash inflows and outflows in a daily bookkeeping system. Despite its simplicity, the system reflects the values of trustworthiness, honesty, transparency, and the maqashid sharia principle, particularly hifz al-mal (protection of wealth). The potential of applying Sharia principles is evident in the existence of traceable transaction records that support business accountability. However, several challenges remain, including the absence of formal financial statements, limited accounting knowledge, and the lack of separation between business and personal finances. This study contributes to the development of Sharia-based Accounting Information Systems for MSMEs in the food industry sector.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai pembinaan iman anak dalam keluarga dan gereja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, rutin, dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru Sekolah Minggu mampu menciptakan kerja sama yang harmonis dalam pembinaan iman anak. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua melalui pendampingan rohani, pengulangan pengajaran firman Tuhan di rumah, dan pemberian teladan hidup Kristen memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman anak. Sinergitas antara keluarga dan gereja membantu anak memperoleh pembinaan iman yang lebih konsisten, terpadu, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani berdasarkan prinsip Ulangan 6:6-7.
This study aims to understand the synergy between parents and Sunday School teachers in children’s faith development based on Deuteronomy 6:6–7. The focus of the study is directed toward the communication patterns between parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as parental involvement in supporting children’s spiritual growth. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of children’s faith development within the family and church contexts. The results of the study indicate that open, regular, and continuous communication between parents and Sunday School teachers is able to create harmonious cooperation in children’s faith development. In addition, parental involvement through spiritual guidance, reinforcement of God’s Word at home, and the provision of Christian role models has a positive influence on children’s spiritual growth. The synergy between family and church helps children receive faith development that is more consistent, integrated, and aligned with Christian values based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:6–7.
