This paper aims to investigate the implementation strategies of church management theory as an effort to advance congregation growth and enhance individual spiritual quality. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, allowing researchers to delve into the complexity of social situations influencing church growth. By combining data from various sources, including books, scholarly articles, and academic journals, the author presents key principles of church management theory, such as shared leadership, humility, and resource management effectiveness. Furthermore, this paper discusses factors influencing congregational growth, including the significant role of prayer, discipleship, fellowship, and testimony in shaping enthusiastic and committed communities. By applying appropriate strategies supported by strong leadership, churches can achieve meaningful and spiritually significant growth, strengthening the foundation of faith and expanding their influence in society. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. An understanding of the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership can help leaders integrate spiritual values into their leadership practices. ancial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan—OJK) as the institution authorized to regulate and supervise capital market activities. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing OJK's supervision of market manipulation practices, assess the effectiveness of its implementation, and identify the factors influencing the success of such supervision. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that OJK's supervisory authority is supported by a strong legal framework under Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of supervision continues to face challenges arising from technological developments, the increasing complexity of market manipulation schemes, and limitations in supervisory capacity. This study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity, optimizing the use of technology, and enhancing inter-agency coordination are essential to improving investor protection and maintaining the integrity of the capital market. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the legal framework, supervisory effectiveness, and technology-based market manipulation challenges within a single analytical framework.

These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

The research employs a historical method with a qualitative approach through the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, focusing on M. Quraish Shihab's scholarly works and relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought has developed consistently through a dialogue between the Qur'an, the tradition of Qur'anic exegesis, and the realities of Indonesia's pluralistic society. The concept of wasathiyyah is understood as a principle of balance grounded in justice, public benefit (maslahah), and respect for human dignity. Its implementation is reflected in Tafsir Al-Misbah and his other scholarly works, which contextualize Qur'anic teachings within the spheres of social life, education, and nation-building. This study concludes that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought constitutes a significant intellectual foundation for strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the practices of accountability and transparency in zakat fund management at the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sumbawa Regency and to examine their contribution to public trust. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that accountability has been implemented through financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109, external auditing, and structured accountability mechanisms. Transparency is demonstrated through the dissemination of information via the official website, social media platforms, print media, and public outreach activities. The implementation of these principles contributes to strengthening the trust of muzakki (zakat payers) and generating tangible benefits for mustahik (zakat beneficiaries), although improvements in information accessibility and the development of productive zakat programs remain necessary. The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of the interrelationship between accountability, transparency, muzakki trust, and the perceived benefits experienced by mustahik within the context of regional zakat management at BAZNAS Sumbawa Regency.

ims to analyze promotional activities, identify factors influencing promotional effectiveness, and formulate promotional strategies to increase tourist visits. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation, supported by interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that promotional efforts still rely primarily on annual festivals and direct interpersonal communication without systematic support from planned digital media. This condition has contributed to fluctuations in tourist arrivals, increasing from 587 visitors in 2022 to 711 visitors in 2023, before declining to 503 visitors in 2024 and 468 visitors in 2025. Constraining factors include limited human resources, weak digital media management, and the underdeveloped institutional capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The study concludes that promotional strategies should be directed toward digital marketing, strengthening cultural identity and local storytelling, as well as enhancing community and institutional capacity. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a sustainable promotional model that integrates digital marketing, cultural storytelling, community participation, and the strengthening of Pokdarwis institutions in accordance with the characteristics of Daiama Tourism Village as a nature- and culture-based tourism destination.
