In services program, the introduction of solar drying technology was carried out through outreach and assistance to Village residents, especially youth organizations and micro small medium enterprises (UMKM), regarding the application of technology used for the drying process of lotus seeds, so that the dried lotus seeds could be stored longer for further used, then the next activity continued with the processing of diversified flour products and their derivatives. The success of this activity has shown that the Indralaya Raya residents were enthusiastic about this service activity as shown by the activity achievement indicators. Socialization and assistance activities on the use of solar-powered dryers and the manufacture of flour products and their derivatives have had a positive impact on the Indralaya Raya village community in empowering the activities of youth organizations and UMKMs.

The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. The final problem (3) is in the legal sector, where the partner product does not yet have a production permit as a legality and security aspect in expanding marketing. The solution to the problem provided is by offering donations for production equipment and some training. The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.

Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon†di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.

It is imperative to find a solution to incentivise the community to care for the embung. Our service offers a range of ecotourism programmes for the purpose of promoting the development of tourist areas, with the aim of driving the local economy. Within our ecotourism programme, we offer rides such as bumper boats and floating cafes. Our main material of choice for ecotourism is PVC due to its affordable price and simple manufacturing process. In this service, we provide training and assistance to the community to enable them to manage their affairs independently in the future.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Gunung Sekar memiliki 3 embung yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat,dengan ukuran yang terbesar di Jl. Aji Gunung dengan luas kurang lebih 900 m2 dengan kedalaman 0,5 – 1 m. Tidak adanya pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan mengakibatkan embung terkesan kumuh. Ditambah dengan tumbuhan air,ilalang serta lumpur yang semakin membuat kondisi embung memprihatinkan. Dari kondisi tersebut perlu adanya solusi untuk merangsang masyarakat agar peduli terhadap embung. Pada pengadian ini kami memberikan solusi untuk pengembangan daerah wisata,berupa program ekowisata. Kami berharap program ini mampu sebagai penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Pada program ekowisata terdapat bumper boat dan kafe apung sebagai wahana wisatanya. Bahan utama yang digunakan untuk ekowisata adalah PVC,karena harga lebih murah serta proses pembuatan lebih mudah. Pada pengabdian ini kami juga melatih dan mendampingi masyarakat agar mampu mandiri dalam manajemen pengelolaan nantinya.

l for the emping snack business in Bernung Village is quite large, but this is not matched by the community's knowledge and skills in mastering technology and using the right information technology, particularly digital marketing, which truly helps home industries expand their marketing reach and increase their sales results. The strategy employs a participative approach through training partners. In order to optimize marketing, the stages of this program are based on field conditions in the emping melinjo house business in Bernung village, specifically in Taman Rejo hamlet. Material supply, mentoring, and development are among the steps. The educational results from the post-test results obtained that 70% of participants were able to answer questions correctly, were able to demonstrate operational applications using social media, and participants were already practicing the use of digital content on social media were said to be successful, as seen in the enthusiasm and motivation of the participating business actors to continue marketing online.
