These conditions have resulted in limited market reach and inefficient data management. This study aims to implement Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a digital strategy to enhance operational effectiveness and sales performance at Ria Reklame. By utilizing website-based technology, the store can reach a wider range of customers, simplify the ordering process, and manage transaction data in a more structured and secure manner. The implementation of E-CRM is also expected to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and support the growth of Ria Reklame Store in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dalam strategi bisnis agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Toko Ria Reklame sebagai salah satu usaha percetakan undangan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008 menghadapi beberapa kendala antara lain keterbatasan promosi, proses pemesanan yang masih manual serta pencatatan transaksi yang belum terorganisir dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterbatasan jangkauan pasar dan kurang efisiennya pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai strategi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan sektor penjualan pada Toko Ria Reklame. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis website, toko dapat menjangkau pelanggan lebih luas, mempermudah proses pemesanan serta menyimpan data transaksi secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. Penerapan CRM juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas pelanggan serta mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Toko Ria Reklame di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.

Low public awareness of animal protein consumption, limited knowledge of processing and value, and suboptimal utilization of local food resources in South Lampung mean that most fisheries and livestock products are still sold fresh. Lecturers in the Agricultural Technology Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, conducted outreach and training on the handling and processing of fisheries and livestock products to broaden the horizons of agricultural representatives in South Lampung Regency. The program included outreach and training on the importance of animal protein, selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients, and implementing hygiene principles in the production process. Participants also learned skills in meatball making, packaging, and proper storage. This program is expected to enhance the community's thinking skills, creativity, and skills, increase animal protein consumption, and boost community income by processing local food sources into superior products that are characteristic of South Lampung Regency.

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu kontributor utama bagi ekonomi lokal. Namun faktanya, melimpahnya sumber daya tersebut tidak menjadikan asupan protein hewani masyarakat sekitarnya tercukupi dengan baik. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi protein hewani, terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan nilai tambah, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal di Lampung Selatan menyebabkan sampai saat ini kebanyakan hasil perikanan dan peternakan masih dijual dalam bentuk segar. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai penanganan hingga pengolahan hasil perikanan dan peternakan dilakukan oleh Dosen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, untuk membuka wawasan bagi perwakilan usaha tani di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya protein hewani, pemilihan bahan baku yang baik dan segar, serta proses produksi yang menerapkan prinsip higienitas. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat bakso, proses pengemasan, dan penyimpanan yang baik. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan angka konsumsi protein hewani, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sumber pangan lokal menjadi produk unggulan dan ciri khas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Therefore, PKM Team from Universitas Islam Jakarta provided training and assistance in registering halal certificates for entrepreneurs who are members of the SEMABU MSME group. This activity uses the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method to understand the local situation through direct observation and interviews with the target community. In implementing the program, the PKM Team carried out several activities: Counseling, Training, Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation. The activity results show an increase in the number of products of the SEMABU MSME group that are halal-certified, from only 13 products to 31 halal-certified products. This activity has succeeded in helping business actors in providing halal assurance for the products they sell.

Abstrak: Keberadaan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu legal certainty khususnya bagi konsumen muslim terhadap jaminan halal produk. Namun banyak pelaku usaha di Desa Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak mengajukan sertifikasi halal karena kesulitan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Islam Jakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikat halal untuk para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM SEMABU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) untuk memahami situasi setempat melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan program, Tim PKM melaksanakan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah produk kelompok UMKM SEMABU yang tersertifikasi halal, yaitu yang semula hanya 13 produk meningkat menjadi 31 produk tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan jaminan halal produk yang diperjualbelikan.

The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Digitalisasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam era modern ini, terutama bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai sektor industri. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan besar karena ketergantungan pada metode manual dalam mengelola berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk administrasi gudang. Masalah-masalah seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidakakuratan data sering kali muncul akibat dari penggunaan metode tradisional tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Abstrak: Pemerintah prihatin dengan banyaknya kasus stunting. Beberapa penyebab stunting sendiri adalah kurangnya nutrisi yang diserap tubuh setelah lahir di dalam kandungan, kurangnya pelayanan kesehatan, kurangnya air bersih dan sanitasi. Oleh karena itu perlu untuk mencoba mencegah penurunan dengan meningkatkan gizi, pelatihan dan kebersihan. Dikarenakan permasalahan kasus Stunting yang masih tinggi di Kabupaten Magelang, ditemukan bahwa wilayah Desa Sukorejo di Tegalrejo masih memiliki kasus Stunting sekitar 17,95 persen. maka tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terpadu Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, akan melaksanakan pelatihan bagi para kader Posyandu di Desa Sukorejo. Tim PPMT FIKES UNIMMA ini akan menerapkan Pemberdayaan dan Edukasi Kader di dalam mengelola Posyandu sebagai upaya merevitalisasi Posyandu untuk intervensi gizi spesifik pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa tiga model berbasis arsitektur Transformer, yaitu EmoBERT, RoBERTa, dan EmoRoBERTa, dalam tugas klasifikasi emosi pada teks dari dataset SenWave. Dataset ini terdiri dari 10.001 tweet berbahasa Inggris yang telah dilabeli ke dalam sepuluh kategori emosi, namun penelitian ini berfokus pada empat label utama: anxious, annoyed, empathetic, dan sad. Proses penelitian meliputi prapemrosesan data, tokenisasi, pembagian data latih dan uji, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model EmoBERT dan EmoRoBERTa memiliki performa terbaik dengan nilai f1-score sebesar 0,81, sedangkan RoBERTa memperoleh nilai f1-score sebesar 0,73. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyesuaian arsitektur Transformer khusus untuk emosi dapat meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi emosi pada teks media sosial.

rone to human error and difficult to use for real-time trend analysis. In this study, the YOLOv4 method is used to detect four types of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, buses, trucks). To continuously track vehicle movement and address occlusion issues, the Deep SORT algorithm is implemented. The YOLOv4 model used is a pre-trained model and was tested on seven CCTV video recordings obtained from the official website of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department. The system was implemented on a limited device, the Nvidia Jetson Nano, as a simulation of direct CCTV integration. Test results showed a highest precision of 98%, but the maximum accuracy achieved was only 26%. This low accuracy is influenced by several factors, including video resolution, detection model quality, and lighting conditions. Nevertheless, the system demonstrates potential to support future traffic management and engineering decisions but still requires further optimization, including improving video resolution and quality, retraining the model with a more representative local dataset, using lighter and more accurate detection models, and optimizing the tracking algorithm.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Traffic Flow Detector berbasis Deep Learning untuk mengobservasi arus lalu lintas secara otomatis dan akurat. Observasi lalu lintas konvensional sering dilakukan secara manual atau melalui CCTV, namun rentan terhadap human error dan sulit digunakan untuk menganalisis tren secara real-time. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode YOLOv4 untuk mendeteksi empat jenis kendaraan (mobil, motor, bus, truk). Untuk melacak pergerakan kendaraan secara berkelanjutan dan mengatasi masalah occlusion, digunakan algoritma Deep SORT. Model YOLOv4 yang digunakan merupakan pre-trained model dan diujikan pada tujuh rekaman video CCTV yang diambil dari situs resmi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru. Sistem ini diimplementasikan pada perangkat terbatas Nvidia Jetson Nano sebagai simulasi penerapan langsung pada CCTV. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan presisi tertinggi mencapai 98%, namun akurasi tertingginya hanya sebesar 26%. Rendahnya akurasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti resolusi video, kualitas model deteksi, serta kondisi pencahayaan. Meski demikian, sistem ini menunjukkan potensi untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas di masa depan, namun masih membutuhkan optimasi lebih lanjut, seperti peningkatan kualitas video input, pelatihan ulang model dengan dataset lokal, penggunaan model deteksi yang lebih ringan dan akurat serta pengoptimalan algoritma pelacakan.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative in order to improve efficiency and suitability in the procurement of alma mater suits. This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.

Saat ini, proses pengadaan dan pemesanan jas almamater dihadapi beberapa kendala, yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan merasa dirugikan selama proses pemesanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok di Koperasi SACIKA guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dalam pengadaan jas almamater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok jas almamater di Koperasi SACIKA menggunakan Matriks SCOR. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat atribut dan matriks, yaitu Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), dan Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The design quality of the Information System Architecture model has been recognized as an important factor for the success of EA design in enterprises. In meeting this quality, it is necessary to test the relevance of EA to the needs of the enterprise. This study focuses on testing the relevance of Information System Architecture design using the Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). The quality principle of relevance has derived attributes, which are EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, and Level of Detail. Each attribute has an assessment method, whether qualitative, quantitative, or Yes / No. Relevance testing in this study will produce an Information System Architecture model in EA design that meets the quality principle of relevance in the EA quality framework.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadikan sistem informasi penting dalam menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu perusahaan semakin mengadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan landasan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dalam memenuhi harapan arsitektur sistem informasi. Kualitas perancangan model Information System Architecture telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk kesuksesan perancangan EA di perusahaan. Dalam memenuhi kualitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu pengujian relevansi EA terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian relevansi perancangan Information System Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). Prinsip kualitas relevansi memiliki atribut turunan, yaitu berupa EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, serta Level of Detail. Setiap atribut memiliki metode penilaian, baik yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau Ya / Tidak. Pengujian relevansi pada penelitian ini akan menghasilkan model Information System Architecture pada perancangan EA yang memenuhi standar prinsip kualitas relevansi pada kerangka kerja kualitas EA.

design involving 82 participants, organized into two equally sized groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted through speaking assessments administered prior to and following the treatment. The findings showed that students who received the treatment achieved better improvement in speaking skills than those in the control group. The average score achieved by the experimental group increased from 63.90 to 83.12, whereas the control group’s mean score rose from 66.15 to 74.34. The hypothesis test results revealed a significance value below 0.05 (p < 0.001), providing evidence of a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results point to the fact that the Wordwall application was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skills.. Consequently, Wordwall can be considered an effective technology-based learning tool for promoting speaking skill development in English language learning.
