Abstract:This study aims to identify the effectiveness of farmer group associations (Gabungan Kelompok Tani) in empowering the farming community in Kampung Jaya Makmur, Kurik District. The research employs a descriptive qualitative…
ve approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study analyzes organizational effectiveness based on four indicators: Human Relations (focusing on organizational involvement), Open System Model (adaptation and innovation), Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model (productivity and goal achievement). The results show that in Kampung Jaya Makmur, the head of the farmer group association has never conducted socialization or training for farmer groups on how to produce or provide natural fertilizers using locally available materials, despite the uncertainty of continuous fertilizer supply. The effectiveness of farmer group associations in empowering the community is highly needed to support farmers in becoming more independent. Farmer group associations can provide services such as access to technological information and capital, as well as establish partnerships with external parties. This study recommends that farmer group associations strengthen participation and member involvement through more regular deliberation forums and active engagement of all levels of farmers. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the use of technology and alternative agricultural methods, such as organic fertilizers, and to expand training and mentoring programs so that farmers can reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers.

Abstract:The use of the phrase “sit with Me on My throne” has long been debated among scholars regarding whether it should be understood literally or symbolically. Textual analysis of Revelation 3:21 shows that the word “sit” (kathízō,…
t” (kathízō, καθίζω) carries an important meaning in the Book of Revelation. It not only refers to the physical act of sitting but also contains a symbolic aspect: participation in divine authority and governance. This study applies the historical-grammatical method of exegesis to explore the true meaning of this phrase and its relevance to the spiritual life of Christians today. This method focuses on the historical and grammatical context of Revelation 3:21. The findings show that Christ’s promise to those who overcome is not merely about future heavenly honor but also an invitation to share in His mission, authority, and glory. The phrase signifies the restoration of identity and covenantal fellowship between Christ and the victorious believers. It reflects Christ’s exaltation by the Father and shows that the “throne” is not only a symbol of power but also a theological image of shared rule and divine communion. This study affirms that the concept of “sitting with Christ” offers both eschatological hope and present spiritual empowerment. The theology of victory in Revelation encourages perseverance and faithfulness, placing believers within the narrative of divine triumph. Thus, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of New Testament eschatology, Christian discipleship, and the believer’s role in God’s redemptive plan. Revelation 3:21 is a message of promise, restoration, and identity where participation in Christ’s reign is both a future hope and a present reality.

members in terms of age, occupation, education, and social status. Unlike other organizations with financial orientations, the church aims to fulfill the spiritual needs of its members, emphasizing a focus on conformity to Christ. Church leaders are expected not only to exercise authority for regulation but also to empower the congregation. Effective church leadership involves empowerment, exploration of potentials, and acceptance of differences. Church leaders play a crucial role in the effective growth of the church, and leadership management is key to achieving the church's vision and mission. The research methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature review. In-depth analysis of the concept of leadership management in the church is conducted by connecting information from various sources, including books, journals, articles, and relevant websites. The findings indicate that the understanding of the church involves spiritual and organizational dimensions, necessitating effective leadership management. Leadership centered on biblical values, resource management, and the empowerment of congregation members becomes crucial in attaining church goals. The differences and uniqueness of the church demand leaders to implement suitable leadership styles, such as democracy, to support the potential of each member. From this research, it can be observed that effective leadership management in the church plays a crucial role in achieving spiritual and organizational objectives. Church leaders need to develop strategies in line with the church's characteristics and leverage the potential of congregation members for sustainable growth.
