till in the sufficient category and needs improvement. It is necessary to examine the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation on teacher commitment. This research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau. This research is research with an associative quantitative approach with a survey design taking the location of SMPN Kepulauan Riau. The population in this study was 801 teachers with civil servant status and the sample was 80 teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous direct influence between organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau with a multiple correlation coefficient of (0.460) with a contribution of (73.96%). The conclusion is that organizational culture, principal leadership and teacher work motivation partially or simultaneously influence teacher commitment. The implication is that the better the organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation, the higher the teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi akademik pada SMP Santa Veronika masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam pengolahan data akademik masih secara konvensional dengan sistem pendataan yang sekarang dirasakan masih banyak kekurangan yang terjadi dikarenakan sistem yang ada masih menggunakan lembaran kertas dan arsip sehingga dapat menyebabkan data-data yang ada mudah hilang ataupun rusak. Pengembangan sistem berupa pembuatan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web pada SMP Santa Veronika merupakan sistem yang memberikan informasi laporan siswa secara online yang berupa laporan nilai siswa yang bersangkutan dengan berbasis web, sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Selain itu dengan berbasis web maka informasi data dapat diakses dengan waktu dan tempat yang tidak ditentukan. Pada sistem ini, menu hanya dapat diakses oleh user tertentu yaitu admin, guru, walikelas, siswa, kepala sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini selain memaparkan kajian teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan, juga akan dibahas mengenai perancangan sistem dan pembuatan sistem informasi. Hasil dari yang dibuat dapat membantu akademik dalam pendataan laporan dan memperbaiki segala kekurangan yang ada pada sistem yang lama.

Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah yang dilakukan pada sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak melalui metode wawancara dan observasi, kepala sekolah mengharapkan adanya suatu website yang dapat digunakan sekolah sebagai media informasi dan promosi. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana adalah memgembangkan web profile untuk sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang menggunakan Wordpress. Web profile sekolah dirancang dan dikembangkan oleh pihak dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana. Perancangan dan pengembangan web profile tersebut telah disosialisasikan dan disimulasikan kepada pihak sekolah. Web profile ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak sekolah untuk memberikan konten yang menarik berupa berita kegiatan sekolah, video kegiatan sekolah, dan galeri foto kegiatan sekolah. Abstrak: Salah satu bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang diprioritaskan adalah penguasaan teknologi informasi pada komputer, sebagai generasi keberlanjutan dalam menyiapkan tokoh berikutnya untuk menyambut Indonesia Emas 2045. Tuntutan abad ke-21 merujuk pada keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap yang dianggap penting untuk sukses dalam era globalisasi dan teknologi yang berkembang pesat. Pelatihan Canva dan capcut merupakan bagian dari upaya untuk mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan untuk mempersiapkan para guru dan peserta didik menjadi orang yang memiliki ide inovasi dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 150, yang beralamatkan di Jl. TP Demsi Husin Darmajaya Gandus, Pulo Kerto, Kecamatan Gandus, Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup pengumpulan data dari bahan pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan, bahwa tingkat antusias, keterampilan berkomunikasi, kreativitas guru, dan peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan, dibuktikan dengan publikasi projek yang dikerjakan selama pelatihan yang dibagikan melalui medsos, dan grup komunikasi guru dan Kepala Sekolah.

Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources.

Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya.

Abstrak: Virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Semenjak penyebaran covid-19 banyak instansi pemerintahan di indonesia yang mendapatkan imbasnya, diantaranya SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Meluasnya virus corona mengakibatkan sekolah ini tidak lagi bisa melakukan pembalajaran tatap muka dimulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Untuk mengantisipasinya penyebaran covid-19 diwilayah SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai ini, maka tim pengabdian merancang sistem pengaman dipintu masuk sekolah untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid, sehingga jika ada orang atau kendaraan yang ingin memasuki sekolah tersebut akan di semprot secara otomatis dengan cairan disinfektan, selain itu alat tersebut juga bisa membaca suhu tubuh pengunjung. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan ipteks, dimana tim pengabdian berkonsultasi dengan kepala Sekolah tentang masalah yang ada, yaitu untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 di area sekolah.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian medapati bahwa Ada 3 kondisi pembacaan objek yaitu, ketika tidak ada objek, atau tangan, maka suhu diseting 30 0C tidak melakukan penyiraman, sementara jika objek tidak demam, suhu di range 330C-360C dan dilakukan penyiraman. Sementara untuk objek yang demam, maka suhu >= 370C dan tidak dilakukan penyiraman, serta tidak diperbolehkan masuk. Seluruh tegangan modul, menggunakan tegangan input 5VDC, yang disupply dari controller. Sementara untuk tegangan pompa menggunakan inverter 12VDC, yang dikecilkan menjadi 5,68 VDC.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa pelatihan pembuatan tabel untuk pengolahan nilai siswa bagi pegawai dan guru-guru SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan dari para pegawai dan guru sehingga proses pengolahan nilai siswa dapat berjalan dengna lancar dan mudah. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pegawai dan guru-guru SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran . Kegiatan pelatihan ini disajikan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi ini masih rendah.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya penggunaan Micrososft Excel terutama menggunakan tabel pada pengolahan nilai suswa yang selalu digunakan oleh para guru-guru di sekolah dalam memasukkan nilai siswa dan aplikasi formula dasar dalam mempercepat pengolahan data lainnya.
