With the development of computer technology and video animation, learning methods about understanding the meaning and purpose of traffic signs can be made easier and more efficient to attract the public's interest in understanding them. Because it takes the form of animated videos and tutorials, so it's easy to display and play back if the learning participants don't understand. With the community service from STMIK Royal to Porsea Sector Police, we are trying to help the police station to introduce traffic signs to the community using the animated video tutorial method. This animated video tutorial uses Adobe Flash.

Abstrak: Rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dipasang pada kanan kiri jalan yang sering kita lihat saat berkendara dijalan raya memiliki arti dan tujuan tertentu. Pemasangan rambu-rambu lalulintas adalah salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang wajib diadakan pemerintah oleh dinas terkait demi kenyamanan pengguna jalan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalulintas. Selain sebagai penunjuk jalan, rambu tersebut juga difungsikan untuk peringatan untuk pengguna jalan tentang kondisi dan situasi jalan yang akan dilalui. Untuk hal tersebut maka pengguna jalan harus mengerti dan memahami arti dari rambu-rambu yang terpasang. Namun dengan berbagai sebab, banyak masyarakat yang belum berkesempatan belajar dan memahami tentang arti dan maksud dari tanda rambu lalu lintas. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komputer dan video animasi, metode pembelajran tentang pemahaman arti dan maksud dari rambu lalulintas dapat dibuat semakin mudah dan efisien untuk menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahaminya. Karena berbentuk video animasi dan tutorial, sehingga mudah ditampilkan dan putar ulang jika peserta pemebelajaran belum paham. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat dari STMIK Royal ke Polsek Porsea ini, kami berusaha membantu polsek untuk mengenalkan rambu lalulintas kepada masyarakat dengan metode video tutorial animasi. Video tutorial animasi ini menggunakan adobe flash.

The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented.

Abstrak: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan memiliki sudah modul yang bagus. Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Dengan aplikasi tersebut maka akan mudah memberikan pengetahuan akan jaringan komputer yang dapat diberikan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktek. Metode ceramah yang digunakan dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara teori terhadap materi jaringan komputer.Metode praktek digunakan untuk menunjukan langsung cara membuat kabel jaringan dan komunikasi data. This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

This study investigates the legality and ethical implications of exoneration clauses within standard-form freight forwarding contracts used by companies such as JNE, TIKI, and SiCepat. Employing a doctrinal legal research methodology, the study integrates statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches to analyze primary legislation, judicial decisions, and relevant legal doctrines. It critically evaluates the use of these clauses in light of consumer rights, contract theory, and the economic impact on service quality. Findings reveal that exoneration clauses not only contravene the UUPK but also create systemic contractual imbalances due to the lack of negotiation opportunities and transparency. The study proposes a normative legal framework for reform, including clause classification, interactive consent mechanisms, and regulatory enforcement to ensure contractual fairness. gulation embodies asymmetric decentralization intended to protect the rights of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and address local needs. However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua
